IR policy

Gms just so we are clear on IR designations.   if a player is listed as injured or listed as going to miss time you can put that player on Ir and pick up another.    only issue is if you pick up a player  becase you put a player on IR. . we will use KID ROCK as an example.    X. Worthy out injured headlines say he will mss time.   so rock puts him on Ir and picks up M. Pittman.  everything goes as planned and worthy is out pittman is his replacement for that week.  all is good.  till the time worthy comes off of IR and then Kid rock has to cut someone on his roster to make room for worthy coming back at the time the player comes off of IR before the start of his game.

but if for some reason say worthy plays this week,  the week rock put him on Ir.   It is the owning GMs responsibility to know his players and when they come off IR,   not the commish...   but IM on it.   but say that happens then the team that put the player on IR and picked up another,  in this example the ROck would still be responsible for the charges,   IR and adding a player   but if worthy plays then pittman goes back into the drop and ad pool and can be claimed by another team.     Thats only in the initial week,   after that this does not apply.   but if you leave a player on IR that has been cleared  you will be fined 45 dollars for your indescretion not mine.  this is because our roster is 16  max  not including IR  so make sure you know when your player comes off of IR and that you probally have to get your roster down to 16 before that player that came off of IR's game start or you will incur that fine.

does everybody understand ?
