Hoodbridge Sixburghers

PALM CITY, FL With the conclusion of the 2024 fantasy football season, the BCFFL has once again crowned its champion, and it’s a familiar face at the summit. John Afable and his resilient squad, the Hoodbridge Sixburghers, have stormed their way to a second championship, etching their legacy into BCFFL history.

Since the league’s founding in 2001, no franchise has captured the league's imagination quite like the Sixburghers. With their latest triumph, Afable's team becomes company too a small group of BCFFL franchises to win the league championship twice, reminding everyone that legends are built through consistency, grit, and gut calls on Sunday mornings.

“The Sixburghers didn’t just win games, they broke spirits,” one league rival lamented. “They’re not just champs; they're the standard now.”

As the league pivots into the 2025 season, the hunter has become the hunted. Every draft pick, every trade, every start/sit decision will revolve around toppling the Sixburghers from their throne. John Afable has built a juggernaut, and the rest of the BCFFL must now rise to meet the challenge.

The offseason may have just begun—but for the Sixburghers, the dynasty march is already underway.
