FYI all players have bee nadded to rosters and put in IR if they are picks. Please double check to confirm. Reminder that free agents do not qualify for IR spots and must remain on the active roster or be cut. Reminder that free agency is also now open. Roster must stay under 25 players trades or not.

Boys....1 sleep away and it's go time!  Finally the rookie draft is upon us.

Location: Conrad's house 6483 188a St. Surrey

Start time: plan to arrive around 6pm 

Planned topics for discussion/vote before rookie draft:

1. proposal for voting...waivers must be setup so that you cannot cut and pickup said player until said player has passed through the rest of the league and cleared...in essence a cooling off period so that you can avoid waiver wire manipulation that in essence allows that lowest team in the standings to run a 17 man roster instead of a 16 man one
2. proposal for voting…revamp commish and admin and review new site options
3. proposal for voting…go back to head to head tie break for standings
4. can players that are in the top 20 scoring at their position remain on the IR?
5. discuss the money breakdown and vote on fees ($150) and money dispersement
6. Vote on whether Commish's should be administering or leave admin to Joss
7. Vote on new commishes

Virtual Option: for the owners who cannot make the MSM or draft in person, there will a virtual meeting set-up that you all can join.  This virtual meeting will be sent out prior to the draft. Update: we have Sam, Paul O and Scotty NOT attending with 11 owners attending.

Non-attendance: for the owners who cannot make the MSM or draft at all, please provide feedback in advance to the suggested rule changes.  You will also be required to provide a list of rookie picks/free agents.  Both of these items can be sent to either Conrad, Paul O or Angelo and we will represent you.

Ok boys.  We have a draft day set: Tuesday June 18th 6pm. 30 days away.....

Location: Conrad's house 6483 188a St. Surrey

Start time: plan to arrive around 6pm 

Mid-season meeting (MSM): takes place prior to the draft between 6:30-7:30pm.  As an example, we will need to discuss the prizing with increase in league fees.  If you want to add anything to the discussion, please let a commissioner know as we will track suggestions and post to the RTS chat. Any rule change will require a majority vote and timing decided at MSM. 

Rookie/Free Agent Draft: takes place right after MSM at approx. 7:30pm

Food/drinks: Please reach out to Conrad.  There were also be some bets paid as well so there will be a few extra beers kicking around.
