If you go to the waver wire and bylaw, you will see that the waiver wire is given to worse to best so that way you know where your status is when it comes to the waiver wire. By this being week, one the waiver, where is set to go by the margin of victory so if you beat your opponent by a bigger margin than the person underneath you, you will pick after them that is how the computer has set it up so it goes by the margin of victory and the first week.

You can’t put a player on IR until the end of waiver wire if you want to keep him. If you don’t want him let him go doing the waiver wire time which starts at 12::00 am and ends at 5:00 pm Tuesday.
