Gents,
Mixed bag in the poll but it looks like a majority of you (60%) would allow a QB to be kept. So, this year only, you can keep a QB but would lose a 6 round pick above where you drafted him. If acquired off waivers, he’s treated as being drafted in the 10th, so you lose a 4th round pick. You can only keep two players this year and only one per position.
Let’s open a conversation about keepers for next year. Chap suggested 3. Anyone else have any suggestions? Also, any interest in making TEs a little more valuable? I’ve read some leagues are giving them 1.5 points per reception to increase their value.
New Poll about TE points this year.
I saw no rules change, I think we should allow a 3rd keeper, since we will all prolly keep a QB.
Just a random thought, but either way,
excited to "boot" Kickers from the league
Looks like we are doing a Superflex option this year (Start two QBs - one in flex spot) and losing the Kicker!! QBs are highly sought after and generally are drafted very early (like first pick in first round early and 6-8 going in the first round). In years past, QBs were always drafted a lot later and therefore not changing our keeper rules for QBs this year (losing a second round above where you drafted them) probably will result in everyone keeping a QB. Last year in our draft, 17 QBs were drafted, with an average QB being drafted around pick 7.8.
Please vote on the QB poll.
Another possible trade opportunity....
for draft picks,
DJ Moore, moves to 4th round pick,
finished # 5 overall points/WR in our league last season as well.
5. | D.J. Moore | WR | CHI | 13 |
Would take a 5th possibly a 6th rounder for him...let me know if any interest.
Thx, Chap
