Yes it is. Cool crisp evenings, leaves are starting to change. The smell of campfires, brats on the grill and the sounds of cracking a cold beer open. The adrenaline gets pumping just thinking about hearing the voices of the past Brent Musbuger, Pat Summerall and of course John Madden. The eyes of Mike Singletary, Lester Hayes covered in stick-um, Jack Lambert and his missing teeth, Kurt Warner from mail room to Super Bowl. It is absolutely the best time of the year.
