Good Evening TSFFL Owners:
The Bridge is on a roll! Johnny Chac’s dominance continues as he takes 1st place in Week #3 (Second 1st place finish this season) spearheaded by Saquan Barkley’s 7.5 pts and Jayden Daniels 5.0 pts. Blake’s Subway remains hot and captures 2nd place for the week led by Kyren Williams’ 3 TDs and the ever-powerful PK Brand Aubrey. Finishing 3rd for the week was Ship-it, fresh off a 1st place finish last week, racking up 20 pts. Ty and Scott get a solid performance from Zach Charbonnet and of course, their PK – Harrison Butker. They also win the hard luck award for Week #3 as their WR Tee Higgins was held on a late 2 pt. conversion try (definitely a penalty) eliminating a conversion that would have moved the mailing boys into a second place finish ahead of Subway.
The first Re-Entry Draft is set for tomorrow evening (Tuesday, September 24th) at Pappy’s Dugout. For those not planning on being in attendance, a Microsoft Teams Meeting has been set up. The link for this meeting is below and a separate meeting invite has been sent to your email address on file.

Week 2 Recap
Good Evening TSFFL Owners:
Another wild week in the NFL is complete and 1st Place honors for Week 2 belongs to Ship it with a whopping 28 pts. Ty and Scott get points from every position in their lineup led by James Cook with 6.5. Its no surprise that the mailing boys catapult up into the Top 3 positions early in the 2024 campaign.
Finishing 2nd was Warwood Express with Alvin Kamara scoring an unthinkable 4 TDs and 11 pts for Trent. 3rd place for the week goes to the Bushwackers with 19.5 pts. as Mike and Bruno’s PK- Ka’imi Fairburn racks up 9.5 pts. while continuing his 50 yd plus FG onslaught. The amount of FGs, and long ones at that, are coming at an incredible rate. It makes one think that we may see the first ever 1st round kicker taken in the 2025 draft. All 3 of these teams lead our league while sitting in the top 3 spots.
We are only through 2 weeks and the amount of injuries to key players are piling up. For those directly impacted, get ready to utilize your IR option during the 1st re-entry draft of the season after Week 3. It’s going to be a long, up and down season for all of us so hang in there.
Good luck to all and thanks for being in the TSFFL.
Yours in fantasy football,
Chuck
Week 1 Recap
Good Evening TSFFL Owners:
It was a wild first week of the season for sure with 11 of 12 teams finishing with double digit points. On top of that, the rich get richer… 2023 TSFFL Champion – Bridge doesn’t waste anytime coming out the gate as Johnny Choc racks up 24 pts. to take top honors for the week led by Saquan Barkley (7pts.) and the Chicago Bears defense (6 pts.). Right behind the Bridge with 23 pts. were the Bushwackers led by Josh Allen (7pts.) and Ka’imi Fairbairn (7 pts.).
These two teams also each split the Week #1 29 Board jackpot so when your are hot, you’re hot!
Finishing 3rd for the week was Subway with their patented late run Monday night landing them just short of the Bushwackers with 22 pts.. Blake took Dallas PK Branden Aubrey for a reason and it has already paid off as he racks up 8 pts.
The hard luck award for Week 1 goes to the Black and Gold as they had both Xavier Worthy and Jameson Williams on the bench for 3.5 pts. each (total of 7 pts.). A close runner up has to go to Subway with Chris Boswell who had a whopping 11 pts. On the bench. In Blake’s defense, there is no way he could play Boswell over Aubrey. In fact, Blake’s 2 kickers on his roster combined for an unheard-of 19 pts. in Week 1.
Week 2 promises to be just as exciting so buckle up and good luck!
Thanks for being in the TSFFL.
Yours in fantasy football,
Chuck

Good morning Everyone and Happy 4th!
A 2024 TSFFL Kickoff letter went out this morning to your enlisted email address...Let me know if you did not receive it. Two months and we'll be drafting :-)
Be well, be safe!
Hello TSFFL Team Owners:
With the announced TSFFL Commissioner (Steve Stickles) retirement, Steve, Mike and Chuck recently met to officially transition the Commissioner role. Chuck will assume the lead role handling all organizational administrative responsibilities including finances and be present for the August pre-draft meeting and September player draft. Mike will be the on-site facilitator for re-entry drafts and any other pertinent on-site functions. Together, Chuck and Mike are committed to continuing to make the league a fun and enjoyable experience for all.
Though Steve is riding off into the sunset as the commissioner and participant of the TSFFL, he has committed to coming back to run our annual player draft :-). As we all know from experience, no one does it better than Steve! It has been a pleasure to have Steve as the leader of the TSFFL after the torch was held by Nick Bedway for so may years. We all owe him a much gratitude for his leadership and friendship. As inaugural members of the TSFFL founded by Dave Gillingham and Chuck over 35 years ago, Mike and Chuck are comfortable in insuring continued success moving forward. There are no plans to propose any significant rule changes so this should be a smooth transition.
One change that will take place pertains to the handling of the league fees. There will be no cash exchange at the league functions and we are asking that the entire entry fee be paid up front prior to the draft. Weekly and year-end payouts will be distributed Tuesday AM after all games are completed (similar to the 29 Board) so no one will need to wait to be compensated for their winning efforts. More to come on this and and other league plans, this summer.
For now, enjoy the off-season and know Chuck and Mike got this. If for any reason, you will not plan to keep your team ownership, please let one of us know.
Be well friends,
Chuck and Mike
