Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers registered the worst game of his career in Week 13 and it was the first time he failed to reach 10 receiving yards since Week 15 in 2023 where he had one catch for seven yards against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Finishing as the WR106 looks even worse against a defense as bad as the Cincinnati Bengals though. Now, he'll take on the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 14 who are ranked 30th against opposing receivers. They've allowed 37.39 fantasy points per contest and have let receivers accrue a total of 2,061 yards and 14 touchdowns. Flowers and the Ravens' offense have hit some very low lows this year, but his talent and the struggling Steelers secondary has given him WR2 value.

Not consistent as in always in the running for WR1 overall, more like consistently putting up average fantasy numbers that are good if he's the flex player every week. He still has a touchdown-less streak and non-WR1 streak going since Week 1. In Week 13, he'll take on the Cincinnati Bengals, who have rolled out quite the atrocious defense over the last couple of seasons. For fantasy purposes, however, the Bengals actually rank tenth against receivers and have only given up six receiving touchdowns all season. Rashod Bateman (ankle) also returns to the lineup, so Flowers is still projected as a mid-level WR2.

That could be either good or bad depending on roster makeups and depth of league, but he's registered six finishes in that range for half-PPR formats. While the New York Jets are only 2-8 this season, they aren't the easiest matchup against opposing receiver groups. They're ranked 13th on the season, but they dipped to 23rd in the last four weeks and have given up a total of 37 receptions for 429 yards and two touchdowns. Flowers should see the same volume that he's received this season, but he's on a nine-game scoreless streak at the moment. That leaves him as a mid-level WR2 projection yet again.

He's been getting 7.3 targets per game and turning them into 5.6 receptions for 69.4 yards. The biggest issue is that he hasn't gotten into the end zone since Week 1. He'll go up against the Cleveland Browns in Week 11, who gave up four touchdown passes to Lamar Jackson and company in Week 2. Flowers also had a solid stat line with 11 targets, seven catches, and 75 yards. That puts him squarely into the WR2 conversation again this week, but he does have a WR1 ceiling with Rashod Bateman (ankle) being ruled out for this contest.
