Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen's 301 total touchdowns through his first eight seasons are the most in NFL history, and he has more touchdowns than six teams during that span.
Fantasy Spin: Allen has thrown for at least 25 touchdowns in six straight seasons, and he has rushed for at least 12 scores in three straight. His ability to hurt defenses with his arm and his legs should have him in the mix to be the overall QB1 in 2026.

Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen (foot) underwent surgery on Monday, Jan. 26, and will make a full recovery.
Fantasy Spin: Allen insists he could play this week if he had to, which indicates this will be no issue in 2026. He is very much in the talk for QB1 overall, but will be a top fantasy option regardless.

Updating a previous report, Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen (foot) confirmed on Thursday at a press conference that he had surgery on a broken bone (fifth metatarsal) in his right foot, according to Cameron Wolfe of the NFL Network. Doctors took out his broken bone and cleaned it up. Allen suffered the injury to his foot in the Week 16 win over the Cleveland Browns on Dec. 21, but he didn't miss any time after that, although he did acknowledge that it wasn't ideal and was painful during the week. The 29-year-old former MVP was on crutches and wearing a walking boot on Thursday, but he's expected to be healed up in time for organized team activities this spring. Allen surely wasn't 100% the rest of the way, but he still ran the ball 23 times for 99 yards and two touchdowns in two postseason games. Despite having offseason foot surgery, Allen should still be considered the top fantasy QB going into his ninth NFL season in 2026.

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen (foot) was on crutches while wearing a walking boot on his right foot at a press conference on Thursday, according to Lance Lysowski of The Buffalo News. Additional details on Allen's foot are scarce, but general manager Brandon Beane said that Allen "went and got his foot fixed." It appears that the former MVP had a procedure after the season on a foot injury that was bothering him late in the year. The 29-year-old never missed any games, though, and it shouldn't impact his availability for the start of the 2026 campaign. We'll have additional details on his foot when they become available. Allen should be present for organized team activities in the spring, too. In his eighth NFL season in 2025, Allen was the QB1 in fantasy after throwing for 3,668 yards, 25 touchdowns, and 10 picks in 17 regular-season starts. He set himself apart as a runner, adding 579 rushing yards and 14 more TDs. Despite his foot injury, Allen should be the first QB off the board in 2026 fantasy drafts this fall.

The Buffalo Bills are expected to reach out to Denver Broncos passing-game coordinator/quarterbacks coach Davis Webb for their head-coaching job, sources told Jordan Schultz of FOX Sports. Webb, a former QB with the Bills, is a quick riser in the coaching ranks in the NFL and is also a strong candidate for the head-coaching job this cycle for the Las Vegas Raiders. Despite having no previous play-calling experience in the NFL, Webb could be an option in Buffalo because of his relationship with QB Josh Allen. Webb was a backup for the Bills from 2019 to 2021 before getting his start in coaching in 2023 with the Broncos. It remains to be seen if Webb will get a head-coaching job this cycle, but there's no question that he's quickly become one of the best young, rising offensive-minded coaches in the league.

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen will have "significant say" on the next head coach of the team, according to Dianna Russini of The Athletic. The Bills are ensuring that Allen is a significant part of the hiring process, following the firing of Sean McDermott on Monday after nine years at the helm. Buffalo has already met with a few head-coaching candidates, and Allen has been sitting in on everything. The Bills are interviewing a wide range of coaches for the head-coaching vacancy, but reports have suggested that they will probably prefer an offensive-minded individual who can develop strong chemistry with Allen. Despite having one of the weaker receiver rooms in the league in 2025, Allen finished as the QB1 in overall fantasy points, although most of it came because of his rushing prowess. The Bills need to get him more help if they are going to get over the hump in the playoffs.

Buffalo Bills general manager Brandon Beane said that quarterback Josh Allen (foot) might need surgery on his right foot, but if he does, he should be ready for organized team activities in the spring, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. Allen initially injured his foot in Week 16, but he played through soreness the rest of the year before being eliminated by the Denver Broncos in the Divisional Round of the playoffs. The 29-year-old former MVP also battled a left-knee injury and a right-finger injury in the postseason. Either way, Allen should be completely fine for the start of training camp this summer and the start of the 2026 regular season in the fall. He once again led all QBs in fantasy points during the regular season in 2025 with 3,668 passing yards, 25 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions in 17 games, adding 579 rushing yards and a league-high 14 TDs. Even with head coach Sean McDermott gone, Allen should be the first QB off the board in fantasy football drafts this fall.

Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen (foot) might need a foot procedure in the offseason, according to general manager Brandon Beane. The operation would not keep him out long enough to jeopardize his availabilty for organized team activities.
Fantasy Spin: Allen was the QB1 for the fantasy season, and that was with some shaky options at receiver. There's no reason to think he won't be a top-three target at the position again next season.

Buffalo's QB Josh Allen scored 28.75 fantasy points in Saturday's playoff loss in Denver. Allen threw for 283 yards on 25-of-39 with three touchdowns and two interceptions. Allen scored at least 25 fantasy points a staggering 10 times during the regular season.

Dynasty | Bills quarterback Josh Allen completed 25-of-39 passes for 283 yards with three touchdowns and two interceptions in a playoff loss to the Broncos. Dynasty Analysis: Philip Rivers, Dan Marino, and Matt Ryan are starting to be put on notice as Allen is starting to look like the best quarterback to have never won a Super Bowl at this point. It's an unfortunate turn of events again for Allen as he again tried to will his away to the big game despite Buffalo continuing to fail in their attempts to get him a legitimate WR1. Allen had another QB1 season and will again be a threat to be the overall QB1 in dynasty leagues next season but his ADP is going to start falling a touch now that he'll turn 30 in a few months.
Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen completed 25 of his 39 pass attempts for 283 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions in a 33-30 overtime loss to the Denver Broncos in the Divisional Round. He added 12 carries for 66 yards and lost two fumbles, and RB James Cook rushed 24 times for 117 yards, caught two passes for 24 yards and lost a fumble. WR Keon Coleman caught a 10-yard touchdown, and WR Mecole Hardan hauled in a four-yard score. TE Dawson Knox added three receptions for 32 yards, and WR Brandin Cooks caught two passes for 20 yards. S Cole Bishop recorded a team-high 12 tackles, including seven solo stops and two tackles for loss, and CB Cam Lewis finished with 10 tackles and two passes defensed.

Buffalo quarterback Josh Allen (foot) is battling three separate ailments, and he will not be at 100% when the Bills take on the Denver Broncos to open the Divisional Round on Saturday. Still, he is not expected to have any limitations, according to NFL reporter Cameron Wolfe. Allen visited the blue medical tent multiple times during the team's Wild Card win over the Jaguars, but he did not miss a snap. With the Bills' offense dealing with numerous injuries and Buffalo forced to take an unfamiliar path through the playoffs with their second straight road game, Allen, who is RotoBaller's QB1 in fantasy playoff leagues, will once again be asked to put the team on his shoulders on Saturday.

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen (foot, knee, finger) was listed with foot, knee, and finger injuries this week, but he practiced in full on Wednesday and Thursday and has been cleared to play in the Divisional Round of the playoffs this Saturday against the Denver Broncos. Allen is heading into a less-than-ideal matchup on the road with two of his receivers (Gabe Davis and Tyrell Shavers) out for the rest of the year with torn ACLs. However, he should still be considered one of the top-two QB plays in fantasy football playoff leagues because of his dual-threat abilities. Denver's strong defense allowed the sixth-fewest fantasy points per game to QBs during the regular season, but Allen is a different breed. He was the top fantasy QB in 2025 and led the NFL with 14 rushing touchdowns -- the next closest was Trevor Lawrence with nine.
From RotoBaller
Buffalo Bills CB Maxwell Hairston (ankle) and S Jordan Poyer (hamstring) did not practice on Thursday, Jan. 15, and have been ruled out. S Damar Hamlin (pectoral) and WR Curtis Samuel (elbow) practiced in full on Thursday and are listed as questionable. LB Terrel Bernard (calf), RB Ty Johnson (ankle), and DL Ed Oliver (bicep) were limited in practice on Thursday and are listed as questionable. TE Dalton Kincaid (knee, calf), LB Matt Milano (ankle), K Matt Prater (quad, calf), DE Gregory Rousseau (back), and LB Shaq Thompson (neck) were limited in practice and no longer appear on the injury report. QB Josh Allen (foot, knee, finger) practiced in full on Thursday and no longer appears on the injury report.
