Parker started for the Patriots last year and had 33 receptions for 394 yards without a score in 13 games. Parker has 64 receptions in two seasons for the Patriots. He has started but not done much with his chances. Parker had just three games last season with double-digit fantasy points. Parker is trending the wrong way, having fewer than 540 yards three straight seasons. Parker has been inconsistent throughout his career, though, so it shouldn't be a surprise to see his up and down production lately. Parker heads to a great offense this year in Philadelphia but should be third on the depth chart with his new team. Parker has a world of talent and has produced big at times. He is a big target that does a great job of stretching the field and making the acrobatic catch. He is a playmaker. Parker will lack consistency, though, and his route running isn't in the elite category. Fantasy Outlook: Parker will get some targets and enjoy some big games with his new team. Just expect plenty inconsistency along the way. Consider him a No. 4 or 5 fantasy receiver. He should get around 40 receptions for 500 yards and three or so scores.

Philadelphia Eagles WR DeVante Parker was placed on the Reserve/Retired list Wednesday, May 22.
From TheHuddle
Dynasty | Now former Eagles wide receiver DeVante Parker is retiring. Dynasty Analysis: Still just 31 years old, Parker has clearly had a change of heart after recently signing a free agent contract with the Eagles. Always long on talent but short on production, Parker's career just never did materialize. He ends with 402 catches, 5,660 yards and 27 touchdowns. However, he posted a ton of that in what turned out to be a fluky 2019 season with the Dolphins where he posted a 72/1,202/9 line which represented career highs in every category. After the short two-year stint with New England, it seems Parker is just ready to move on. Dynasty managers will be happy to do the same as Parker has clogged some rosters in recent years.
Philadelphia Eagles WR DeVante Parker announced his retirement from professional football Monday, May 20.
From TheHuddle
Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVante Parker announced his retirement on Monday evening. The 31-year-old, who signed with the Eagles in March, was once one of the NFL's most promising wideouts. He spent most of his career in Miami, where he had the best season of his career in 2019 by amassing 1,202 yards and nine touchdowns off 72 receptions. Parker spent a few more years in Miami before suiting up for the Patriots over the last two seasons. However, he was nowhere near as productive as he was in 2019, so New England released him. The 31-year-old will finish his NFL career by totaling 690 catches for 5,660 yards and 27 touchdowns.

Dynasty | The Eagles have agreed to terms with wide receive DeVante Parker. Dynasty Analysis: Parker is getting a one-year contract worth $4.69 million. It's a decent deal for Parker, who has been underwhelming and injured for much of his career. He should slot in as the third receiver behind AJ Brown and DeVonta Smith and could post some big games. However, relying on him in anything other than a best ball league seems to look pretty risky. Parker is going to be a back-end roster option or cut candidate in most dynasty leagues.
The Philadelphia Eagles are signing veteran wide receiver DeVante Parker to a one-year, $4.96 fully guaranteed deal. Philly will pay just $1.2 million, and New England will cover the rest. Parker was released by the Patriots this week after two seasons with the organization. Since being selected in the first round of the 2015 NFL draft, Parker has posted just one season of at least 1,000 receiving yards. He has failed to post at least 700 yards in six of his nine NFL seasons with the Miami Dolphins and Patriots. In Philadelphia behind A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith, Parker is unlikely to be on the fantasy radar, barring injury.

Impending free-agent WR DeVante Parker (Patriots) reportedly agreed to terms on a one-year contract worth $4.69 million with the Philadelphia Eagles on Tuesday, March 12.
Fantasy Spin: Parker will presumably handle the same role Julio Jones did late last season for the Eagles, which is to say he is highly unlikely to be worth rostering in fantasy on an offense that already has A.J. Brown, DeVonta Smith, Dallas Goedert and Saquon Barkley.

Dynasty | The Patriots have released wide receiver DeVante Parker. Dynasty Analysis: Parker's career has been defined by long bouts of inconsistency and quick bursts of production. He had a 72/1,202/9 season in 2019 but has failed to match any of those totals in his other eight years in the league. His time in New England was a total mess as he recorded just over 60 catches for under 1,000 yards and just three touchdowns in his two years. Parker will hit the street and look for work but his dynasty value is that of waiver fodder at the moment.
The New England Patriots informed wide receiver DeVante Parker that they are releasing him on Wednesday at the start of the new league year, and he has now been given permission to talk to other teams, according to his agent, Jimmy Gould. The Patriots still have JuJu Smith-Schuster, Kendrick Bourne and Demario Douglas as their starting wideouts, but expect them to look to add receiving help in free agency and the draft. Parker, 31, had a 1,000-yard campaign (his only in the NFL) and a career-high nine touchdowns with the Miami Dolphins in 2019, but has disappointed since and caught 64 of his 102 targets for 933 yards and only three touchdowns in his two years in New England. The nine-year veteran can still offer a big-bodied downfield threat, but he's unlikely to become an interesting fantasy wideout, even though he's likely to land in a better situation in free agency.
From RotoBaller
New England Patriots WR DeVante Parker will be released Wednesday, March 13, and he's been given permission to speak with other teams, according to sources.
From TheHuddle
New England Patriots WR DeVante Parker is expected to be on the trade block this offseason. He did not receive any trade interest at the trade deadline.
Fantasy Spin: Parker has not posted great numbers over the last several seasons and probably will be avoided in most fantasy leagues next season no matter where he plays.
