Pineiro had missed a couple game because of injury but kicked well for the Panthers, going 25-of-29 on the season. He has missed just six field goals his last two seasons as the Panthers starting kicker. Pineiro should continue to start for the Panthers. He has more than 100 points just once in four seasons. He does make 89 percent of his field goals for his career, showing good accuracy. Pineiro doesn't have a booming leg but it is pretty strong. He is very accurate and continues to get better with more seasoning.
FANTASY OUTLOOK: Pineiro doesn't play in a great offense, which limits his ceiling. He is spot start material for fantasy teams. He might get 110 points.

Carolina Panthers kicker Eddy Pineiro continues to skip the portion of the team's voluntary offseason program, which has allowed undrafted rookie Harrison Mevis to shine during organized team activities. Mevis made all five of his field-goal attempts on Monday, including a long of 47 yards. Pineiro is the league's 21st-highest-paid kicker and is in the final year of his two-year, $4.1 million deal. "I'm sure Eddy has a plan for this whole thing," head coach Dave Canales said. The 28-year-old veteran missed the final two games in 2023 for the Panthers with a hamstring injury, but he's likely healthy now and should report for mandatory minicamp next month. Carolina's offense should improve with more offensive weapons in quarterback Bryce Young's second season in 2024, but fantasy managers in standard-sized leagues can avoid Pineiro on draft day.
