Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker regularly looked like the team's best offensive player this spring, according to ESPN's Cameron Wolfe.

Fantasy Spin: Before owners roll their eyes for the umpteenth time at another offseason puff piece about Parker, it's worth mentioning three years of Adam Gase and four years of Ryan Tannehill serving as his main quarterback wasn't the most ideal situation for his . There's no question he has the talent to be a very good NFL receiver if he can ever stay healthy and find a quarterback/offensive coordinator combination that suits his game. He's worth a late-round flier in fantasy.

Jun 6 6:20pm ET

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Devante Parker has been the best player in camp the last five weeks. He hauled in two more touchdowns in practice on Wednesday and would be a Pro Bowler if he played like this in the regular season. That's been precisely the problem with the disappointing Parker to this point in his career. When it doesn't matter he stands out and when the lights come on he's either injured, struggles with drops or completely disappears altogether. It was a surprise that Miami even held onto the first-round bust, but Parker will be given another chance after catching 24 passes for 309 yards and one touchdown in 11 games in 2018. He has two touchdowns in the last two years and hasn't played in a full season yet. Fantasy owners will want to see something before investing.

Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker has been the best player in camp the last five weeks. If he played like this in games consistently, he would be a Pro Bowler, in the opinion of beat writer Barry Jackson.

May 24 5:50pm ET

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Devante Parker was excellent in red-zone drills at organized team activities this week, catching multiple passes. The new coaching staff and receivers coach Karl Dorrell are trying to use positive reinforcement with Parker, who has responded well to the approach. The 26-year-old is being given a second chance under the new coaching staff after struggling with injuries, drops and just poor overall play after being the 14th overall pick in the 2015 draft. Parker had only 24 receptions for 309 yards and a touchdown in 11 games last year and hasn't gone over 57 catches or four touchdowns in any season in his four years. Most fantasy owners will continue to write him off, but he could be worth a late-round flier if he continues to look good in 2019.

Apr 18 1:13pm ET

MIami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker says he's happy the Dolphins retained him, saying he's fully healthy and ready for 'a fresh start.'

Fantasy Spin: Parker is coming off his worst season yet with 24 catches for 309 yards and a TD on 47 targets in 11 games and belongs off the main fantasy radar in the majority of leagues until he shows otherwise.

Apr 18 12:20pm ET

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Devante Parker is happy that the Dolphins trusted him enough to bring him back in 2019 and said "they have confidence in me again, have trust in me, have faith in me to sign me back again." Parker also said he's fully healthy this offseason. The 26-year-old was hurt to start last season and wound up finishing with a career-low 24 catches for just 309 yards and one touchdown in 11 games. While Parker has the talent, he continues to underwhelm for Miami and fantasy owners, and he's caught only two touchdowns in the last two seasons and nine total in his four years in the league. Even if he remains the No. 1 wideout in Miami in 2019, Parker's fantasy value is down in the dumps. And Miami's quarterback situation is also troubling.

Mar 13 9:13am ET

Updating previous reports, Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker's two-year deal is worth $11.1875 million. He'll receive $4.5 million guaranteed and can earn $3 million more in incentives. The second year is a team option.

Mar 12 12:53pm ET

Updating a previous report, Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker and the team are closing in a on two-year, $13 million contract extension that will include a number of incentives.

Fantasy Spin: A low-risk, high-reward deal is ideal for Parker, who at age 26 is still brimming with potential.

Mar 12 12:43pm ET

Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker was close Tuesday, March 12, to agreeing on a new two-year deal with the team, according to a league source.

Fantasy Spin: Parker has been a perennial fantasy tease and slipped to new career lows last season in games played (11) targets (47), receptions (24) and yards (309). Perhaps a new coaching regime will light a fire under the underachieving first-round pick, but the Dolphins' QB situation remains far from settled so it's best to steer clear outside of last-round, shot-in-the-dark picks in drafts.

Mar 2 2:03pm ET

Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker's fifth-year option for 2019 is expected to be rescinded, which would make him an unrestricted free-agent this offseason. The team would save $9.38 million if Parker is cut.

Fantasy Spin: Parker has struggled with injuries over the last few seasons but likely will receive interest from multiple teams if he is available this offseason. He could be a late-round pick in fantasy drafts depending on his situation.

Feb 20 12:30pm ET

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Devante Parker is believed to already be gone and wideout Danny Amendola is iffy to be re-signed as well. Even Kenny Stills could be at risk with a $4 million salary cap savings if he's cut. The Dolphins have been wanting to move on from Parker for a while, so that is no secret. The former first-round pick in 2015 has been a flop and had just 24 catches (47 targets) for 309 yards and one touchdown in 11 games in 2018. He has just two scores the last two years and has never played a full season in the NFL. Amendola was much more reliable for a stagnant Miami offense and had 59 receptions for 575 yards and a touchdown in 15 games in his first season in Miami. He's getting long in the tooth, though, and isn't a lock to find a prominent role on the open market.

Feb 9 1:43am ET

The Philadelphia Eagles might be interested in Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker if he is released, in the opinion of Philly Voice's Jimmy Kempski, who notes that the team reportedly discussed acquiring Parker from Miami at last year's trade deadline.

Fantasy Spin: Parker has been mostly disappointing in four seasons with the Dolphins, but at just 26 years old and with ample physical ability, the former first-round pick could quickly become a person of interest were he to land in the right situation.

Dec 31 7:33pm ET

Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker is expected to be released this offseason. The team would save $9.4 million salary cap space if they cut Parker.

Fantasy Spin: Parker probably would receive interest from several teams if available this offseason but may not be able to find a starting job. He has the potential to be a solid receiver and could have fantasy value depending on his next team.

Dec 30 4:33pm ET

Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker was blanked on three targets in Week 17 against the Buffalo Bills.

Fantasy Spin: Parker was held to just three grabs for 31 yards on 11 targets in his final four outings, wrapping up another disappointing, erratic and injury-marred season. Perhaps one day the light just goes off for the speed burner, but it's starting to become a recurring theme.

Dec 27 3:33pm ET

Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker will be active for the Week 17 game even though his 2019 salary of $9.37 million would be guaranteed if he suffered a significant injury during the game.

Fantasy Spin: Parker has not been a big factor in the passing game this season and probably will not receive a lot of targets this week. He should be avoided in all leagues.
