Driskel got the first action of his career last season, getting a chance to start several games because of an injury to Andy Dalton. Driskel wasn't outstanding in a starting role but showed some promise with his work. He had eight total touchdowns to two interceptions in nine games. He completed 60 percent of his passes and threw for more than 1,000 yards. Driskel had touchdowns five of the six games he started but topped 200-passing yards just once. Driskel is likely to be the top backup for the Bengals again this season. He knows his role well. He has a decent arm, good accuracy and knows the offense. He doesn't make a ton of plays down the field, though, and needs to take more chances to be a leg NFL starter.
FANTASY OUTLOOK: Driskel did not top 20 fantasy points in a game as a starter for the Bengals last year, so don't bother with him if he finds his way into the lineup again this year. HIs celling is limited.

Cincinnati Bengals QB Jeff Driskel will likely be cut if QB Ryan Finley plays well enough in the preseason to be used as the backup quarterback, according to Geoff Hobson of Bengals.com.
