Player Notes
Oct 7 3:03am ET

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton managed four catches on five targets for only 37 yards in Week 5 against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Fantasy Spin: There was a bit of doubt as to whether or not Hilton was going to be able to play through a quad injury. So while that may have played a bit of a role into his lack of production, he also didn't look like he was completely healthy either. It ended up not making much of a difference, however, as the running game and defense carried the day. The team's Week 6 bye comes at a good time for Hilton, who will return from a week off to torment his personal punching bag - the Houston Texans.

From TheHuddle

Oct 7 12:00am ET

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver T.Y. Hilton was expected to have a big game in Week 5. The Kansas City Chiefs couldn't stop the run, and Hilton saw a reduced volume as a result. On the night, he saw five targets. He caught four of them for 37 yards. Hilton has been the Colts' leading receiver all season, but he was held in check on Sunday night. Moving forward, he's still a consistent WR2 on a regular basis.

From RotoBaller

Oct 6 7:13pm ET

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (quadriceps) is officially active for the team's Week 5 game.

Fantasy Spin: Hilton may receive a lot of targets this week if it becomes a high scoring game. He should be at least a No. 2 receiver in fantasy leagues.

From TheHuddle

Oct 6 8:23am ET

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (quadriceps) is expected to play in Week 5's game against the Kansas City Chiefs, according to a source.

Fantasy Spin: Hilton was listed as questionable on the injury report after participating in two of the team's three practice sessions during the week on a limited basis. When healthy, he should be viewed as a must-start option in all fantasy formats but there is a slight risk to starting him this week because the Colts don't play until Sunday night.

From TheHuddle

Oct 6 4:20am ET

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver T.Y. Hilton (quad) is expected to play on Sunday night against the Chiefs. The veteran has been dealing with the injury for quite some time, and before missing the Week 4 contest against the Raiders, Hilton exited prematurely in Week 3 after scoring a touchdown against the Falcons. With the Chiefs Defense struggling in 2019, the 29-year-old should be considered a must-start in all formats.

From RotoBaller

Oct 4 6:03pm ET

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (quadriceps) was limited during practice Friday, Oct. 4, and is listed as questionable for Week 5.

Fantasy Spin: Hilton was limited the last two days and could be a game-time decision for Week 5. He is a must-start fantasy option when he is healthy, but fantasy players should have other options available in case he is ruled out.

From TheHuddle

Oct 3 9:00pm ET

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver T.Y. Hilton (quad) is dealing with an injury heading into the team's Week 5 game against the Kansas City Chiefs. If he is able to start on Sunday night, he has to be in fantasy lineups. He's far and away the favorite target of quarterback Jacoby Brissett, and the Chiefs have still not shown the ability to slow down opposing passing attacks. In just three games played, Hilton is averaging a stat line of 6.6 catches, 65 yards and 1.3 touchdowns per game. In PPR, that's over 18 points per game. If Hilton plays, you're starting him.

From RotoBaller

Oct 3 8:13pm ET

Updating a previous report, Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (quadriceps) was limited during practice Thursday, Oct. 3.

Fantasy Spin: Hilton appears to have a chance to play in Week 5, but fantasy players will need to monitor the situation. Hilton should be a starting option if he plays against the Kansas City Chiefs.

From TheHuddle

Oct 3 4:23pm ET

Indianapolis Colts WR Parris Campbell (abdominal), S Clayton Geathers (concussion), S Malik Hooker (knee), DL Tyquan Lewis (ankle), RB Marlon Mack (ankle) and DE Jabaal Sheard (rest) did not practice Thursday, Oct. 3. WR T.Y. Hilton (quad), LB Darius Leonard (concussion) and CB Rock Ya-Sin (hip) were limited.

From TheHuddle

Oct 3 2:30pm ET

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver T.Y. Hilton (quadriceps) was back on the practice field on Thursday after sitting out on Wednesday. It gives his fantasy owners hope that he can play on Sunday night against the Chiefs after missing Week 4. Still, Hilton will likely be questionable this week and will be a tough call for starting lineups this weekend with the game coming on Sunday night. Unless he's a lock to play, Hilton is hard to recommend against Kansas City. If he sits out another game, some combination of Parris Campbell, Deon Cain and Zach Pascal will attempt to pick up the slack. Expect the Colts to lean more heavily on tight ends Eric Ebron and Jack Doyle, too.

From RotoBaller

Oct 3 2:23pm ET

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (quadriceps) was participating in practice Thursday, Oct. 3

Fantasy Spin: This is what we need to see after Hilton missed Week 4 and practice Wednesday. See if he keeps trending the right way over the next few days toward a WR2 start against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 5.

From TheHuddle

Oct 2 12:53pm ET

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (quadriceps) is out of practice Wednesday, Oct. 2.

Fantasy Spin: Hilton would have a decent matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs if he's able to go. Hilton would be a solid WR2 if he's without limitations.

From TheHuddle

Oct 2 12:50pm ET

Indianapolis Colts head coach Frank Reich said that wide receiver T.Y. Hilton (quadriceps) will not practice on Wednesday. Linebacker Darius Leonard (concussion), who has missed the last two games, will practice on a limited basis. Hilton sat out in Week 4 and with the team's bye coming in Week 6, it's possible the Colts give Hilton three weeks to rest up. That wouldn't be ideal for quarterback Jacoby Brissett against the high-octane offense of the Chiefs this Sunday night, though. Until Hilton returns to practice, you shouldn't put him back in your lineups. If he misses another game, Indy will continue to lean on tight ends Eric Ebron and Jack Doyle and a combination of receivers Parris Campbell, Deon Cain and Zach Pascal. Getting Leonard back would be a huge boost for the Colts interior defense, but their overall unit needs to be avoided on the road against the most explosive offense in the league.

From RotoBaller

Sep 29 11:53am ET

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (quadriceps) is not active for Week 4's game against the Oakland Raiders.

From TheHuddle

Sep 29 11:50am ET

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver T.Y. Hilton (quadriceps) and linebacker Darius Leonard (concussion) are both inactive in Week 4 against the Raiders. Safety Malik Hooker (knee) is also inactive, which makes the Colts Defense/special teams much less attractive in fantasy despite the good matchup against Oakland. They are a low-end starting option without Leonard and Hooker available. With Hilton sidelined, rookie Parris Campbell and Deon Cain should be the team's top two receivers, but the Colts could also use a run-heavy game script. Campbell would be the more attractive flex in deeper leagues. Tight ends Eric Ebron and Jack Doyle also figure to be more involved.

From RotoBaller

Sep 29 11:43am ET

The Indianapolis Colts have declared LB Darius Leonard, OT Le'Raven Clark, FS Malik Hooker, WR T.Y. Hilton, DE Tyquan Lewis, RB Jonathan Williams and TE Hale Hentges inactive for Week 4.

From TheHuddle

Sep 29 10:53am ET

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (quadriceps) is not expected to play in Week 4's game against the Oakland Raiders.

Fantasy Spin: Hilton did not practice at all during the week and was listed as doubtful on the injury report. However, he played in four contests last season without having practiced during the week leading up to the games, so fantasy owners should continue to closely monitor this situation. When active, Hilton should be regarded as a must-start option in all formats.

From TheHuddle

Sep 27 8:03pm ET

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (quadriceps) did not participate in practice Friday, Sept. 27, and is listed as doubtful for Week 4.

Fantasy Spin: Fantasy players will need to check the inactive list to make sure Hilton will not play this week. Jack Doyle and Eric Ebron may both receive more targets if Hilton is ruled out and could both be starting fantasy options.

From TheHuddle

Sep 27 5:33pm ET

Indianapolis Colts S Malik Hooker (knee), LB Darius Leonard (concussion) and DL Tyquan Lewis (ankle) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 4 versus the Oakland Raiders. WR T.Y. Hilton (quad) also did not practice all week and is listed as doubtful. DE Al-Quadin Muhammad (neck) returned to full practice Friday, Sept. 27, while CB Pierre Desir (hamstring) and DE Jabaal Sheard (knee) were limited; all three players are listed as questionable. C Ryan Kelly (illness), S Rolan Milligan (knee) and RB Jonathan Williams fully participated in practice Friday and no longer appear on the injury report. DL Denico Autry (rest), OT Anthony Castonzo (rest), S Clayton Geathers (rest) and DE Justin Houston (rest) did not practice Friday but were removed from the injury report.

From TheHuddle

Sep 27 4:40pm ET

Updating a previous report, Indianapolis Colts wide receiver T.Y. Hilton (quadriceps) missed practice all week and is now listed as doubtful for Week 4 against the Raiders. Even if Hilton does manage to suit up, he's going to be super risky for fantasy owners and could be a decoy. Receivers Parris Campbell and Deon Cain have the best chance to put up numbers if Hilton is inactive, but Zach Pascal and Chester Rogers also figure to be involved, as well as tight ends Eric Ebron and Jack Doyle. The Colts could continue to rely heavily on the ground game and running back Marlon Mack in this matchup.
