Player Notes
Nov 10 11:00pm ET

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald caught eight balls for 71 yards against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Sunday. It was his best game in several weeks. That taste may turn sour with a tough matchup against the San Francisco 49ers next week. He might fall out of the starting lineup in that affair.

From RotoBaller

Nov 10 8:23pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald registered eight receptions for 71 yards on eight targets in Week 10 against the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Fantasy Spin: Fitzgerald continues to defy Father Time, remaining a must-start in PPR fantasy formats. Christian Kirk and perhaps Andy Isabella are ready to receiving the torch, but Fitz isn't ready to pass it just yet. The Cardinals travel to meet the 49ers in Week 11.

From TheHuddle

Nov 8 7:33pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (non-injury) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 8, and is not on the injury report for Week 10.

Fantasy Spin: Fitzgerald has been held to under 40 yards in each of the last three games and has been targeted only 11 times during those games. He should see a decent amount of targets this week and can be a flex option in some leagues.

From TheHuddle

Nov 8 7:20pm ET

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald has been in a deep slumber the last three weeks with seven catches for 58 yards and no touchdowns. Even his targets have dwindled to 11 in the three slates. He has a chance for a spark to light under him against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Bucs are the worst at defending the receiver position over the last five weeks. In four games, they gave up nine touchdowns to receivers. Accompanying that rainmaker, they allowed an average of 14 catches for 180.3 yards. Fitz probably doesn't have the upside to go off this week, but he should be a productive WR3 in point-per-reception formats.

From RotoBaller

Nov 8 4:03pm ET

Arizona Cardinals DE Zach Allen (neck), CB Tramaine Brock (hamstring) and RB Chase Edmonds (hamstring) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 10 versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. LB Brooks Reed (hamstring) was downgraded to a limited practice Friday, Nov. 8, and has also been ruled out. OL Justin Murray (knee) did not practice all week, while LB Terrell Suggs (hamstring) did not practice Friday; both players are listed as questionable. WR Larry Fitzgerald (non-injury), LB Chandler Jones (non-injury), DT Corey Peters (non-injury) and RB David Johnson (ankle) practiced in full Friday and have been removed from the injury report.

From TheHuddle

Nov 7 7:03pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (non-injury) fully participated in practice Thursday, Nov. 7.

Fantasy Spin: Fitzgerald is on a cold streak with only seven receptions over the last three games. He should be more involved in the passing game this week and can be at least a flex option in fantasy leagues.

From TheHuddle

Nov 7 4:43pm ET

Arizona Cardinals DE Zach Allen (neck), CB Tramaine Brock (hamstring), RB Chase Edmonds (hamstring) and OL Justin Murray (knee) did not participate in practice Thursday, Nov. 7. WR Larry Fitzgerald (non-injury), LB Chandler Jones (non-injury), LB Terrell Suggs (hamstring), DT Corey Peters (non-injury), LB Brooks Reed (hamstring) and RB David Johnson (ankle) practiced in full.

From TheHuddle

Nov 6 4:53pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (non-injury) didn't practice Wednesday, Nov. 6.

Fantasy Spin: It's standard procedure for Fitz at this point. He'll ramp up activity throughout the week and be good to go as a WR3 come Sunday.

From TheHuddle

Nov 1 7:00am ET

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald caught four balls for 38 yards in the Week 9 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. Fitz contributes in point-per-reception leagues, but his stats are pretty underwhelming without that point per grab. He's on pace to catch 75 balls for 862 yards and four touchdowns on the season, and you really can't complain about that from a 36-year-old receiver. He'll again be a weaker flex candidate against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers next week.

From RotoBaller

Nov 1 12:43am ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald had four receptions for 38 yards against the San Francisco 49ers on Thursday, Oct. 31.

Fantasy Spin: Following a red-hot start, Fitzgerald has seen fewer and fewer passes, particularly over the last three weeks -- during that time he's combined for seven catches and just 58 yards. It's certainly a troubling trend, though it might be worth rolling the veteran out there in Week 10 against a Bucs secondary that has been torched for most of 2019.

From TheHuddle

Oct 30 6:10pm ET

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald caught has averaged just four catches for 39 yards over the last five games. He brings that putrid performance into a matchup against the San Francisco 49ers that have allowed the least fantasy points to receivers the last five weeks. The addition of running back Kenyan Drake and return of receiver Christian Kirk could open some things up for Fitz, but he's a really suspect flex option in point-per-reception leagues.

From RotoBaller

Oct 27 5:03pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald caught two passes for eight yards against the New Orleans Saints in Week 8. He was targeted four times during the game.

Fantasy Spin: Fitzgerald is on a cold streak with only 20 yards over the last two games. He will have another tough opponent next week and could be benched if fantasy players have better options.

From TheHuddle

Oct 27 4:40pm ET

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald caught just two passes for eight yards in the Week 8 blowout to the New Orleans Saints. Fitz has been super quiet the last few weeks, but wide receiver Christian Kirk proved his health with a decent game. That could open things up for Fitz on the other side. Things look grim in Week 9, though, as they face the division-leading San Francisco 49ers Thursday night. Fitzgerald is a low-end WR3 in point-per-reception leagues right now.

From RotoBaller

Oct 25 7:53pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (non-injury) fully participated in practice Friday, Oct. 25, and is not on the injury report for Week 8.

Fantasy Spin: Fitzgerald was held to only one catch and 12 yards last week but should see more targets this week. He will have a tough matchup but could be a flex option in some deeper leagues.

From TheHuddle

Oct 25 7:00pm ET

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald has been pretty underwhelming over the last five weeks as he's 45th in fantasy points among receivers in standard formats. In his defense, the team has run the ball frequently, and no one has stepped up in wide receiver Christian Kirk's (ankle) absence. Kirk is a game-time decision, but he might be on the wrong side of questionable. Fitz has a midrange matchup against the New Orleans Saints, but he's merely a WR3 in point-per-reception leagues and a flex option devoid of upside otherwise.

From RotoBaller

Oct 25 5:43pm ET

Arizona Cardinals DE Zach Allen (neck) and RB D.J. Foster (hamstring) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 8 against the New Orleans Saints. RB David Johnson (ankle) also did not practice during the week but is listed as questionable. LB Jordan Hicks (calf) was upgraded to a limited practice Friday, Oct. 25, and is listed as questionable. LB Dennis Gardeck (ankle), WR Christian Kirk (ankle), LB Haason Reddick (knee) and LB Zeke Turner (hamstring) were limited in practice all week and are also listed as questionable. LB Terrell Suggs (non-injury) did not practice Friday but does not appear on the injury report. WR Larry Fitzgerald (non-injury), DT Corey Peters (non-injury), TE Maxx Williams (ankle), DT Zachariah Kerr (ankle) and S Charles Washington (shoulder) fully participated in practice Friday and have also been removed from the injury report.

From TheHuddle

Oct 24 5:33pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (non-injury) returned to a full practice Thursday, Oct. 24.

Fantasy Spin: Fitz seems to be continuing his trend of sitting out the weekly Wednesday session but returning for a full Thursday practice. He saw a season-low three targets against the New York Giants in Week 7, but the game script had the Cardinals leaning on the run game. Expect a bounceback performance this week.

From TheHuddle

Oct 23 8:13pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (non-injury) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Oct. 23.

Fantasy Spin: Fitzgerald is coming off a disappointing Week 7 performance but has still be targeted at least seven times in five of the seven games this season. He will be facing one of the better defenses this week but still has a chance to be a flex option in leagues.

From TheHuddle

Oct 20 6:30pm ET

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald had just one catch for 12 yards in Week 7. The Cardinals didn't do much through the air as quarterback Kyler Murray only threw for 104 yards. Fitzgerald was targeted just three times. He'll have a tough matchup against the New Orleans Saints next week, and Fitzgerald will be a WR3 in all formats. He'll have more potential in point-per-reception leagues.

From RotoBaller

Oct 20 4:53pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald posted just one grab for 12 yards on three targets in Week 7 against the New York Giants in rainy weather conditions.

Fantasy Spin: The Cardinals kept the attack mostly ground based, and that was bad news for everyone involved in the passing game. It will be dry for Fitzgerald and the Cardinals under the dome in New Orleans in Week 8.
