Dallas Cowboys WR Amari Cooper (foot) fully participated in practice Friday, Sept. 13, and is not on the injury report for Week 2.

Fantasy Spin: Cooper led the team in targets in Week 1 and was able to post a 100-yard game. He will continue to be the main option in the passing game for the Cowboys and should be a weekly starting option in all leagues.

From TheHuddle

Sep 13 4:03pm ET

Dallas Cowboys WR Tavon Austin (concussion) and LB Luke Gifford (ankle) were unable to practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 2 versus the Washington Redskins. DE Tyrone Crawford (hip), OG Zack Martin (back), S Darian Thompson (ankle), S Donovan Wilson (ankle), WR Randall Cobb (rib), WR Amari Cooper (foot), S Jeff Heath (knee), TE Blake Jarwin (foot), LB Sean Lee (knee) and OT Tyron Smith (back) all fully participated in practice Friday, Sept. 13, and no longer appear on the injury report.

From TheHuddle

Sep 12 5:03pm ET

Dallas Cowboys WR Amari Cooper (foot) fully participated in practice Thursday, Sept. 12.

Fantasy Spin: Cooper has played very well since joining the Cowboys last season and is coming off another 100-yard game. He is a must-start option in all fantasy leagues this week.

From TheHuddle

Sep 11 5:13pm ET

Dallas Cowboys WR Amari Cooper (foot) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Sept. 11.

Fantasy Spin: Cooper missed most of the preseason because of his foot injury but was fine in Week 1 and finished with 106 yards and one touchdown. He should be a weekly starting option in all leagues.

From TheHuddle

Sep 11 1:00pm ET

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Amari Cooper is a solidly ranked WR1 again for Week 2. Traveling to Washington, Cooper should have no trouble piling up fantasy points on the road. The Washington defense was burned by Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson in Week 1 and Cooper should be similarly able to get open down the field. Cooper is ranked as the WR9 and could see a repeat of or even an improvement on his Week 1 6-106-1 performance.

From RotoBaller

Sep 9 1:03am ET

Dallas Cowboys WR Amari Cooper had six receptions, 106 yards and a touchdown against the New York Giants in Week 1.

Fantasy Spin: It's a nice start to the season for Cooper, who topped the century mark in receiving for the fourth time in 12 games with the Cowboys (including the playoffs). Consistency has been the issue for the Alabama product in recent years, however, often offsetting monster games with poor ones -- he's managed fewer than 40 yards receiving in a game 16 times in the last two seasons -- so only time will tell if he can provide steadier week-to-week value. Cooper's outlook for Week 2 looks enticing against a Redskins team that allowed 313 yards via the air on Sunday.

From TheHuddle

Sep 8 7:50pm ET

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Amari Cooper had a strong opening to the season in Week 1, catching six passes for 106 yards and a touchdown. Cooper's touchdown catch was a 21-yard pass from Dak Prescott. Cooper and Michael Gallup handled things in the Cowboys passing game and should be a solid duo going forward. The Cowboys take on Washington next week, and Cooper should be right on the WR1/2 turn for that matchup.

From RotoBaller

Sep 8 7:30pm ET

Cowboys' WR Amari Cooper had 6 receptions for 106 yards with one touchdown in Sunday's win against the Giants.

Sep 6 4:43pm ET

Dallas Cowboys WR Amari Cooper (foot) fully participated in practice Friday, Sept. 6, and is not on the injury report for Week 1.

Fantasy Spin: Cooper likely will be the focal point in the passing game this week and should be a No. 1 or No. 2 receiver in all fantasy leagues against the New York Giants.

From TheHuddle

Sep 6 4:23pm ET

Dallas Cowboys LB Luke Gifford (ankle), S Darian Thompson (ankle) and S Donovan Wilson (ankle) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 1 against the New York Giants. LB Sean Lee (knee, non-injury) did not practice Friday, Sept. 6, while OG Zack Martin (back) remained a limited participant, although both were removed from the injury report. WR Amari Cooper (foot), DL Tyrone Crawford (hip), TE Blake Jarwin (foot), CB Byron Jones (hip), DE DeMarcus Lawrence (shoulder), TE Dalton Schultz (ankle) and OT Tyron Smith (back) fully participated in practice Friday and also no longer appear on the injury report.

From TheHuddle

Sep 5 5:40pm ET

Dallas Cowboys executive vice president Stephen Jones said "there hasn't been a lot of negotiations" toward a contract extension for wide receiver Amari Cooper. DallasCowboys.com's David Helman speculates that Cooper isn't in a rush to reach an extension with Falcons wideout Julio Jones about to change the market in the near future. Cooper's move from Oakland to Dallas was great for him, as he helped his fantasy owners in the second half of the season. He enters 2019 as the No. 1 wideout on the team, but a foot injury that slowed him in training camp and the preseason has us wondering if he'll be effective out of the gates. In Week 1 against the Giants, Cooper should be in lineups as a WR2.

From RotoBaller

Sep 5 4:13pm ET

Dallas Cowboys LB Luke Gifford (ankle), S Darian Thompson (ankle) and S Donovan Wilson (ankle) did not practice Thursday, Sept. 5. OG Zack Martin (back) was listed as limited. WR Amari Cooper (foot), DE Tyrone Crawford (hip), TE Blake Jarwin (foot), CB Byron Jones (hip), DE DeMarcus Lawrence (shoulder), LB Sean Lee (knee), TE Dalton Schultz (ankle) and OT Tyron Smith (back) were full participants in practice Thursday.

From TheHuddle

Sep 4 4:30pm ET

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Amari Cooper (foot) was a full practice participant on Wednesday. It's looking like Cooper won't be limited at all in Week 1 against the Giants despite missing most of training camp and all of the preseason. Dallas could wind up throwing more than usual in the season opener, too, with Ezekiel Elliott's workload expected to be curtailed coming off his lengthy contract holdout. There remains some injury risk with Cooper, but he should still be considered a low-end WR1/high-end WR2 to kick off the season.

From RotoBaller

Sep 4 4:23pm ET

Dallas Cowboys WR Amari Cooper (foot) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Sept. 4.

Fantasy Spin: Cooper likely will receive his normal workload this week and may have a favorable matchup against the New York Giants. He should be a starting receiver in all fantasy leagues this week.

From TheHuddle

Sep 4 12:40pm ET

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Amari Cooper is a strong WR2 option with easy WR1 upside in Week 1. The Cowboys take on a solid New York Giants Defense, but Cooper should be the star of the show as the focal point of the passing game. Currently ranked right on the WR1/2 turn, Cooper has tons of upside and a pretty high floor. His foot injury does not seem to be a concern, and he should be good to go for a strong Week 1.

From RotoBaller

Sep 2 3:40pm ET

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Amari Cooper (foot) said he thinks he's good to go for Week 1's matchup against the New York Giants. He mentioned that he did not feel any pain in his foot during Monday's practice. He'd been running at full speed, but the foot injury wasn't allowing him to cut and complete his routes. As long as he's healthy, Cooper will be Dak Prescott's top target and should turn in several WR1 weeks as the focal point of the Dallas passing offense.

From RotoBaller

Sep 2 3:13pm ET

Dallas Cowboys WR Amari Cooper (foot) told The Athletic's Jon Machota that he was able to do a lot in his first practice back Monday, Sept. 2, and believes he is ready to play in Week 1 against the New York Giants. Cooper also added he played through a foot injury during his rookie year that was worse and hurt when he cut on it, while this injury didn't cause him any pain Monday.

Fantasy Spin: Cooper performed at a low-end WR1 level upon arriving in Dallas last season, so it is obviously good news for his prospects this year if he is somewhere close to full health. The likely absence of Ezekiel Elliott figures to make him an even more important part of the offense, so elite production cannot be ruled out if his foot cooperates.

From TheHuddle

Sep 2 1:53pm ET

Dallas Cowboys WR Amari Cooper (foot), LT Tyron Smith (back), RG Zack Martin (back), TE Blake Jarwin (ankle), TE Dalton Schultz (foot), LB Sean Lee (knee) and DE Taco Charlton (ankle) returned to practice Monday, Sept. 2.

From TheHuddle

Sep 2 11:53am ET

Dallas Cowboys WR Amari Cooper (foot) will practice Monday, Sept. 2.

Fantasy Spin: Cooper is a low-end WR1 in fantasy and should be good to go against the New York Giants.

From TheHuddle

Aug 30 10:13pm ET

Dallas Cowboys WR Amari Cooper (heel) is expected to return to practice next week, owner Jerry Jones said Friday, Aug. 30.

Fantasy Spin: Cooper was always expected to be ready for the season opener, so it is no surprise that he is expected to be back on the field. He might not be able to continue to score touchdowns at the rate he did after joining Dallas last season, but Cooper should be a high-floor WR2.
