Updating a previous report, New York Giants TE Evan Engram (knee) fully participated in practice Friday, Oct. 18, and is not on the injury report for Week 7.

Fantasy Spin: Engram will be one of the top options in the passing game for the Giants this week and is a solid No. 1 tight end in all fantasy leagues.

From TheHuddle

Oct 18 1:03pm ET

New York Giants TE Evan Engram (knee) does not appear on the team's Week 7 injury report, and is expected to play Sunday, Oct. 20, against the Arizona Cardinals.

Fantasy Spin: Great news for Engram owners and an even better matchup Sunday versus a Cardinals defense that allows the most fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends. Double check to make sure he's locked back in as your starting tight end.

From TheHuddle

Oct 17 4:03pm ET

New York Giants TE Evan Engram (knee) fully participated in practice Thursday, Oct. 17.

Fantasy Spin: Engram has been a consistent target in the passing game for the Giants this season and can be a No. 1 tight end in fantasy leagues.

From TheHuddle

Oct 17 3:23pm ET

New York Giants CB Corey Ballentine (concussion) was unable to practice for a second straight day on Thursday, Oct. 17. WR Sterling Shepard (concussion) was limited for a second straight day. RB Wayne Gallman (concussion), DL Olsen Pierre (concussion), RB Saquon Barkley (ankle) and TE Evan Engram (knee) were full participants.

From TheHuddle

Oct 16 3:33pm ET

New York Giants TE Evan Engram (knee) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Oct. 16.

Fantasy Spin: Engram appears to have a good chance to play this week and should have some success against the Arizona Cardinals. He can be a starting option in all fantasy leagues.

From TheHuddle

Oct 14 11:43am ET

New York Giants TE Evan Engram (knee) took part in individual drills during the light practice Monday, Oct. 14. He could have a chance to return this week.

Fantasy Spin: If Engram returns against the Arizona Cardinals, he's a must-start in Week 7. Rhett Ellison had three catches for 30 yards in Engram's absence and isn't an option in fantasy.

From TheHuddle

Oct 10 7:13pm ET

The New York Giants have declared RB Saquon Barkley, WR Sterling Shepard, TE Evan Engram, RB Wayne Gallman, G Chad Slade, OT Eric Smith and LB Tae Davis inactive for Week 6.

From TheHuddle

Oct 9 2:13pm ET

New York Giants TE Evan Engram (knee), RB Wayne Gallman (concussion) and WR Sterling Shepard (concussion) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Oct. 9, and have been ruled out for Week 6. RB Saquon Barkley (ankle) was limited during practice but has been ruled out. LB Lorenzo Carter (neck) was limited during practice and is listed as questionable. LB Alec Ogletree (hamstring), OT Nate Solder (ankle), LB Josiah Tauaefa (knee) and LB Tae Davis (concussion) fully participated in practice and are not on the injury report.

From TheHuddle

Oct 9 1:13pm ET

New York Giants TE Evan Engram (knee) has been ruled out for Week 6.

Fantasy Spin: Engram has a sprained MCL, which could cost him four to six weeks. With WR Sterling Shepard (concussion), RB Saquon Barkley (ankle) and RB Wayne Gallman (concussion) all out, WR Golden Tate is the only reliable target. He's a ripe flex option this week. QB Daniel Jones has a rough outlook with all these weapons out and should be benched. TE Rhett Ellison is not worth using except for a basement price in DFS.

From TheHuddle

Oct 8 5:43pm ET

New York Giants RB Wayne Gallman (concussion) and WR Sterling Shepard (concussion) did not practice for a second straight day Tuesday, Oct. 8. TE Evan Engram (knee), RB Saquon Barkley (ankle) and Lorenzo Carter (neck) were limited. LB Alec Ogletree (hamstring), OT Nate Solder (ankle), LB Josiah Tauaefa (knee) and LB Tae Davis (concussion) fully participated in practice Tuesday.

From TheHuddle

Oct 8 11:10am ET

New York Giants tight end Evan Engram is dealing with a sprained MCL after Sunday's loss to Minnesota. With the Giants playing on Thursday, Engram seems unlikely to play. His absence would be a major hit to an offense that will likely not have Saquon Barkley and just lost Sterling Shepard to another concussion. It makes Daniel Jones an even less appealing starting option against the Patriots. Rhett Ellison will likely start at tight end for the Giants but is not a recommended pick-up. The one Giant who is likely to see a boost is Golden Tate, who will likely see more targets over the middle of the field, where star corner Stephon Gilmore doesn't often travel. Tate is on the radar as a high-end WR3.

From RotoBaller

Oct 8 10:13am ET

New York Giants TE Evan Engram (knee) is in danger of missing Week 6 due to a sprained medial collateral ligament, according to sources.

Fantasy Spin: That would be a dagger for Daniel Jones this week with Saquon Barkley (ankle), Wayne Gallman (concussion) and Sterling Shepard (concussion) all likely out. Rhett Ellison isn't worth using in fantasy if Engram can't go, and Jones probably isn't worth using at quarterback against the New England Patriots either.

From TheHuddle

Oct 7 5:23pm ET

New York Giants TE Evan Engram (knee) did not participate in practice Monday, Oct. 7.

Fantasy Spin: Fantasy players need to keep an eye on the situation to see if Engram will be able to play this week. He will be facing a tough opponent this week but can still be a starting option in most leagues.

From TheHuddle

Oct 6 6:33pm ET

New York Giants TE Evan Engram caught six passes for 42 yards against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 5. He was targeted 11 times during the game.

Fantasy Spin: Engram has been targeted 48 times over the first five games of the season and appears to be a popular target for Daniel Jones. He can be a low-end No. 1 tight end next week, but fantasy players should not expect big numbers because of the tough matchup.

From TheHuddle

Oct 6 5:20pm ET

New York Giants tight end Evan Engram had his second straight down week, securing six catches for 42 yards against the Vikings. Engram, like all Giants receivers, can only go as far as his quarterback takes him, and Daniel Jones really struggled today. It's also become clear that Engram is the Giants' best offensive weapon, so defenses have begun to key on him. He had a few missed connections on catchable balls today, but defenders were all over him all game long. You still have to run him out there in season-long leagues since he saw 11 targets today, but he's likely to have a down week against the Patriots on Thursday. He gets the Cardinals after that, so just avoid looking at that spot in your lineup for one week and you'll come out OK in the end.

From RotoBaller

Oct 2 9:40am ET

New York Giants tight end Evan Engram has perhaps the best matchup of all the team's receiving options. Although the Vikings have a strong defense, they have been beaten by top tight ends this year, allowing 9 catches for 77 yards against Austin Hooper and 13 catches for 134 yards against Darren Waller. With the Giants likely to throw often in a game they should be trailing, Engram still remains a top-five tight end option. He carries a little bit of risk as we see how the Giants deploy their fully-healthy passing attack, but Engram possesses a solid floor and is an intriguing DFS pivot.

From RotoBaller

Sep 29 5:03pm ET

New York Giants TE Evan Engram caught four passes for 54 yards against the Washington Redskins in Week 4. He was targeted seven times during the game.

Fantasy Spin: Engram has been targeted at least seven times in all four games this season but has been a bit inconsistent with his receiving yards during that span. He will continue to be a focal point in the passing game and can be a No. 1 tight end in fantasy leagues.

From TheHuddle

Sep 29 4:50pm ET

New York Giants tight end Evan Engram was surprisingly silent in Sunday's win. He saw seven targets from Daniel Jones, catching only four of them for 54 yards. Engram, like most of the Giants offense, stalled out in the second half, which led to the disappointing final stat line. He's still an elite tight end in season-long leagues; however, Golden Tate does come back next week, so it will be interesting to see how the Giants use their passing options in the middle of the field when theyre all healthy.

From RotoBaller

Sep 28 11:03pm ET

New York Giants TE Evan Engram is on 'Cloud 9 right now' after the change to QB Daniel Jones, according to Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com, and Raanan believes Jones' accuracy on the deep ball will lead to big games for Engram.

Fantasy Spin: Engram had six catches for 113 yards and a touchdown in Jones' first game under center, and there is no doubt that his ceiling is higher than it was when Eli Manning was starting. Engram should be able to provide midrange TE1 numbers going forward.

From TheHuddle

Sep 25 11:20am ET

New York Giants tight end Evan Engram will get another week to cement himself as one of the best fantasy options at his position when the Giants face the Redskins on Sunday. A focal point of the Giants' passing attack, Engram is currently the number one tight end in fantasy after three weeks. With Golden Tate still serving his suspension, Engram figures to remain a staple of the Giants' offensive plan in Week 4; however, the Redskins held the Eagles tight ends to 70 yards on seven catches in Week 1 as Philadelphia chose to target the boundary receivers against Washington's poor corners. It's possible that the Giants do the same, so while Engram is locked into lineups in season-long leagues, you may not want to pay up for his price tag in DFS.
