Player Notes
Oct 15 3:13pm ET

Kansas City Chiefs RB LeSean McCoy leads all rushers - minimum 20 rush attempts - with 6.79 yards per carry on first down. Baltimore Ravens QB Lamar Jackson ranks second at 6.32, while Minnesota Vikings RB Alexander Mattison (5.87), Jacksonville Jaguars RB Leonard Fournette (5.83) and San Francisco 49ers RB Matt Breida (5.71) round out the top five.

From TheHuddle

Oct 13 6:20pm ET

Jacksonville Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette failed to hit the century mark on the ground against New Orleans after hitting it in his previous two outings. The day wasn't a complete failure despite his team falling to the Saints, however, as the 24-year-old had 20 touches for 72 yards on the day in addition to six receptions for 46 yards. Fournette continues to be involved as the No. 1 offensive option for Jacksonville while providing support for rookie quarterback Gardner Minshew. Expect Fournette to rebound against the horrendous Cincinnati Bengals in Week 7.

From RotoBaller

Oct 13 5:03pm ET

Jacksonville Jaguars RB Leonard Fournette rushed for 72 yards on 20 carries against the New Orleans Saints in Week 6. He also caught six passes for 46 yards during the game.

Fantasy Spin: Fournette has received at least 20 carries for the straight game and continues to have a solid role in the passing game. He is a must-start next week against the Cincinnati Bengals.

From TheHuddle

Oct 11 11:10am ET

Jacksonville Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette has been on a tear over the last few weeks, rushing for 333 yards and a touchdown on 52 attempts. Fournette will look to keep it together in Week 6 against the Saints, a team that has allowed runners to accrue 108.4 yards per game and seven scores on the year. While New Orleans is arguably more efficient defensively than the Jags last two opponents, Fournette is a must-start based on his volume of carries as of late. Keep him rolling as he should continue to be heavily involved.

From RotoBaller

Oct 6 9:13pm ET

Jacksonville Jaguars RB Leonard Fournette rushed 23 times for 108 yards and a touchdown in Week 5 against the Carolina Panthers and he added four grabs for 29 yards on seven targets.

Fantasy Spin: After a slow start Fournette is starting to heat up, running for 333 yards and a touchdown on 52 carries over the past two games. He also has at least four receptions in four of his five outings to endear himself to fantasy owners in PPR formats. The Jaguars host the Saints in Week 6.

From TheHuddle

Oct 6 5:50pm ET

Jacksonville Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette had 23 carries for 108 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's loss to the Carolina Panthers. He also caught four passes for 29 yards. It wasn't a 200-yard game like he had in Week 4, but it was another solid performance for the team's bell cow back. It's also notable that Ryquell Armstead had just one carry, making it clear that this is Fournette's backfield. It'll remain his backfield moving forward. Fournette should be thought of as a fantasy RB1.

From RotoBaller

Oct 6 5:30pm ET

Jacksonville's RB Leonard Fournette ran for 108 yards on 23 carries with one touchdown in Sunday's loss in Carolina. It was Fournette's 2nd consecutive 100+ yard rushing performance. He has averaged 167 yards rushing in those games.

Oct 4 10:40am ET

Jacksonville Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette ran for 225 yards against Denver in Week 4. He won't do that against the Panthers in Week 5, but he should once again see a heavy workload and wind up with a strong fantasy performance. Ryquell Armstead saw some extra work in Denver, but with altitude not an issue this week, expect to see Fournette running the ball as much as possible. He should be an easy start in every format based on his current level of usage.

From RotoBaller

Oct 1 4:25pm ET

Jaguars' RB Leonard Fournette scored 26.50 fantasy points in Sunday's Week 4 win in Denver. Fournette ran for 225 yards and caught two passes for 20 yards.

Sep 30 2:43am ET

Jacksonville Jaguars RB Leonard Fournette ran 29 times for a career-high 225 yards and hauled in two of his three targets for 20 more yards in Week 4 against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Fantasy Spin: After getting mocked for his Week 3 performance, Fournette looked much more like the difference-maker the Jaguars hoped they were getting with the fourth overall pick in 2017. Included in his huge rushing total was an 81-yard run that saw him show some vision and explosiveness. Fournette is locked into as much volume as any running back in fantasy, and he'll probably be in the RB1 conversation if he handles another 20 touches in Week 5 against the Carolina Panthers.

From TheHuddle

Sep 29 8:30pm ET

Jaguars' RB Leonard Fournette ran for a staggering 225 yards on 29 carries but no touchdowns in Sunday's win in Denver.

Sep 29 8:20pm ET

Jacksonville Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette ran wild against the Denver Broncos on Sunday, finishing with 225 yards on 29 carries. He also added 20 receiving yards on two receptions. It was a crazy performance from Fournette, and while he didn't find the end zone, he showed what the ideal version of this Jaguars offense looks like. Don't expect a repeat of this, but Fournette should be started in all formats at all times because of how much the Jaguars want to give him the football.

From RotoBaller

Sep 27 11:50pm ET

Jacksonville Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette should be heavily involved in Jacksonville's game plan in Week 4 when the Jaguars visit the Broncos. Denver has been very good against the passing game this year, but they've surrendered five rushing touchdowns to opposing running back through three games, the most of any team that's played just three games. Expect Fournette to get the ball early and often and to be a solid, high-end RB2.

From RotoBaller

Sep 19 11:53pm ET

Jacksonville Jaguars RB Leonard Fournette rushed 15 times for 66 yards Thursday, Sept. 19, against the Tennessee Titans in Week 3. He added six receptions for 26 yards. Fournette had negative yardage before rushing for a 69-yard gain late in the fourth quarter.

Fantasy Spin: One long run saved this from being one of the ugliest stat lines in recent memory. At one point, he had 14 touches for 15 yards and negative-8 rushing yards. Fournette's line isn't doing him any favors, and Tennessee devoted extra attention to slowing him down. The Jaguars head to Denver for Week 3 in a matchup that has some promise.

From TheHuddle

Sep 19 11:50pm ET

Jacksonville Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette had 11 carries for negative-eight yards at one point in Thursday's win over the Tennessee Titans, but a 69-yard run late helped him finish with the game with 15 carries and 66 yards. He also added six receptions for 26 yards. Fournette was having a nightmarish game before that long run, and fantasy owners should feel discouraged despite the final stat line. Fournette and the Jaguars' offensive line just couldn't create room for him to run.

From RotoBaller

Sep 19 9:50am ET

Jacksonville Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette should be considered a strong fantasy start in Week 3. The Jags have made it clear through two weeks that Fournette is the only running back on the team capable of being used offensively -- he played 97 percent of the team's Week 2 snaps -- and the Titans so far are allowing the seventh-most rushing yards to opposing backs. With Gardner Minshew facing a difficult secondary, expect heavy doses of Fournette all game long.

From RotoBaller

Sep 15 4:30pm ET

Jacksonville Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette carried the ball 15 times for 47 yards in Jacksonville's Week 2 loss to the Houston Texans. He also caught four passes for 40 yards. Fournette was the only Jaguars running back with a carry or a target in this one, and while it wasn't his best game, his workload makes him a must-start fantasy option every week. His involvement in the passing game this season should continue to rise, as the Jaguars don't have a third-down option to spell Fournette.

From RotoBaller

Sep 13 11:30am ET

Jacksonville Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette showed in Week 1 that he basically is the Jaguars running game, getting all but one of the running back carries. That remains the story heading into a Week 2 meeting with the Texans. Houston's front seven should be solid, but Fournette's volume makes him a low-end RB1 candidate this week. Jacksonville isn't using anyone else as a third-down back. They aren't giving Ryquell Armstead carries to spell Fournette. It's going to be all Leonard Fournette, especially with a rookie quarterback who is making his first NFL start.

From RotoBaller

Sep 8 5:13pm ET

Jacksonville Jaguars RB Leonard Fournette rushed for 66 yards on 13 carries against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 1. He also caught four passes for 28 yards during the game.

Fantasy Spin: Fournette is coming off a disappointing 2018 season but played well and could receive a bigger role with Nick Foles injured. He will be facing a solid Houston Texans defense next week but should still be a starting option in all leagues.

From TheHuddle

Sep 8 4:20pm ET

Jacksonville Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette had 13 of the 14 running back carries for the Jaguars in the team's season-opening loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, finishing with 66 yards and a fumble. Fournette was also targeted six times, bringing in four passes for 28 yards. Any questions about how rookie Ryquell Armstead would cut into Fournette's usage have been put to rest, and fantasy owners should proceed with the belief that Fournette will be the focal point of the team's offense moving forward. He's a high-end RB2 at worst.
