Player Notes
Dec 13 3:53pm ET

Cleveland Browns WR Odell Beckham Jr. (groin) was limited during practice Friday, Dec. 13, but is not on the injury report for Week 15.

Fantasy Spin: Beckham has been dealing with the injury since training camp but will continue to see his normal workload. He can be at least a No. 2 receiver in fantasy leagues.

From TheHuddle

Dec 13 2:43pm ET

Cleveland Browns S Eric Murray (knee) and DE Olivier Vernon (knee) were limited in practice all week but have been ruled out for Week 15 versus the Arizona Cardinals. OT Chris Hubbard (knee) and C JC Tretter (knee) were limited in practice on Friday, Dec. 13, and are listed as questionable. WR Odell Beckham Jr. (groin) was limited practice all week as well but does not appear on the injury report. TE Demetrius Harris (shoulder), RB Dontrell Hilliard (knee), WR KhaDarel Hodge (Achilles), WR Jarvis Landry (hip), TE David Njoku (knee), LB Sione Takitaki (illness), CB Denzel Ward (ankle), CB Greedy Williams (shoulder) and S Damarious Randall (illness) practiced in full Friday and have also been removed from the injury report.

From TheHuddle

Dec 13 10:50am ET

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. will travel to Arizona to take on a leaky Cardinals pass defense that ranks 29th in the league in DVOA in Week 15. Beckham draws a beautiful matchup but he is playing through a sports hernia and has been an afterthought in the Cleveland passing attack for much of the season. If you have Beckham, you probably aren't benching him unless your team is loaded, but it would be wise to temper expectations for the star wideout in the fantasy semifinals. Treat Beckham as an upside WR3 in Week 15.

From RotoBaller

Dec 12 6:23pm ET

Cleveland Browns WR Odell Beckham Jr. (groin) was limited during practice Thursday, Dec. 12.

Fantasy Spin: Beckham has not been productive as he has been in recent years but is still a main option in the passing game for the Browns. He should be a starting option in all leagues this week.

From TheHuddle

Dec 12 5:03pm ET

Cleveland Browns C JC Tretter (knee) did not participate in practice Thursday, Dec. 12. WR Odell Beckham Jr. (groin), OT Chris Hubbard (knee), WR Jarvis Landry (hip), S Eric Murray (knee) and DE Olivier Vernon (knee) were limited. TE Demetrius Harris (shoulder), RB Dontrell Hilliard (knee), WR KhaDarel Hodge (Achilles), TE David Njoku (knee), LB Sione Takitaki (illness), CB Denzel Ward (ankle) and CB Greedy Williams (shoulder) practiced in full.

From TheHuddle

Dec 11 12:03pm ET

Cleveland Browns WR Odell Beckham Jr. (groin) was limited in practice Wednesday, Dec. 11.

Fantasy Spin: OBJ has really struggled the last few weeks, but he's the kind of talent you need in there as at least a WR2 against the Arizona Cardinals.

From TheHuddle

Dec 9 10:33pm ET

Cleveland Browns WR Odell Beckham Jr. (hip, groin) will not be shut down for the season, head coach Freddie Kitchens said Monday, Dec. 9. 'Odell and our training staff have done a tremendous job of getting Odell to the game each and every week,' Kitchens said.

Fantasy Spin: Beckham has had a poor season by his standards, and there are reports he might want out of Cleveland, too. OBJ hasn't been healthy since training camp, either, so that's been an issue as well. What looked like a promising season for the Browns certainly went sour in a hurry.

From TheHuddle

Dec 9 11:33am ET

Cleveland Browns WR Odell Beckham Jr. has reportedly told players and coaches on other teams to 'come get me' in reference to him wanting out of Cleveland.

Fantasy Spin: It has been a trying season with just a 59-844-2 line that likely cost you a first-round pick to draft him. He can still be a game changer any given week the rest of the way, but his ceiling is as a WR2 right now.

From TheHuddle

Dec 8 5:53pm ET

Cleveland Browns WR Odell Beckham Jr. finished with two grabs for 39 yards on five targets in Week 14 against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Fantasy Spin: Teams continue to double cover OBJ, which is bad for his fantasy production, but it has freed up his buddy Jarvis Landry on the other side. Fantasy owners haven't enjoyed his season, but he should have a favorable matchup in Arizona in Week 15. Still, it's hard to trust him as anything more than a WR3 or flex fantasy option at this point.

From TheHuddle

Dec 8 5:10pm ET

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. caught two of his five targets for 39 yards in a 27-19 win over the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 14. It goes down as another disappointing performance for Beckham, who has just 59 receptions in 13 games with Cleveland. It could have been a bigger game as he had another long gain erased after Cincinnati challenged the ruling that he remained in bounds. Upon review, it turned out that his second foot hit the sideline on the fingertip grab. The star wide receiver did have a busy day off the field, as news broke on Sunday morning that he is playing through a sports hernia and also that he may possibly want out of Cleveland this offseason. Beckham draws an excellent matchup in Week 15 against the Arizona Cardinals, although at this point it is hard to have confidence in his ability to come through, even in good matchups.

From RotoBaller

Dec 8 1:30pm ET

According to a report from Jay Glazer on the Fox Sports pre-game show, Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. is telling opposing players and coaches that he wants out of Cleveland. In Glazer's report, Beckham has been saying "come get me" to opponents on the field before games. Beckham had addressed questions about his future on Thursday and very much sounded as though he was on the fence when it came to whether he wants to stay in Cleveland. It was also revealed on Sunday morning that Beckham has been playing through a painful sports hernia which will need surgery. It sounds like things are about to get interesting this offseason, especially if Cleveland misses the playoffs.

From RotoBaller

Dec 8 11:33am ET

Updating a previous report, Cleveland Browns WR Odell Beckham Jr. (groin) said he has been dealing with his groin injury since training camp but has not decided if he will undergo surgery.

Fantasy Spin: Beckham has not missed any time and likely would not have surgery until after the season. He has been a big part of the passing game for the Browns and should be a starting option in all leagues.

From TheHuddle

Dec 8 9:53am ET

Cleveland Browns WR Odell Beckham Jr. (groin) has been playing through a painful sports hernia injury this year which will require surgery during the offseason, according to multiple sources.

Fantasy Spin: The 27-year-old Beckham has 57 receptions for 805 yards and just two touchdowns through the first 12 games of the season. As a result of the injury, he has missed a great deal of practice time, which could explain why he and QB Baker Mayfield often appear as though they're not on the same page. Despite the sports hernia issue, Beckham will continue to receive a decent number of targets in the Cleveland passing game and should be viewed as a low-end WR1 or high-end WR2 in fantasy leagues.

From TheHuddle

Dec 8 8:20am ET

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. is playing through a painful sports hernia injury, according to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport. The star receiver will need to have offseason surgery to repair the injury. While it hasn't caused Beckham to miss any games, the injury has cut into his practice time and can be one of the reasons why he and Baker Mayfield have struggled with their on-field rapport this season. For now, it appears that Beckham will finish out the season but there is a risk of him getting shut down early if the Browns fall out of playoff contention.

From RotoBaller

Dec 6 3:43pm ET

Cleveland Browns WR Odell Beckham Jr. (groin) was limited during practice Friday, Dec. 6, but is not on the injury report for Week 14.

Fantasy Spin: Beckham probably will be limited for the rest of the season but is in no danger of missing a game. He will continue to receive plenty of targets in the passing game and should be a No. 1 or No. 2 receiver in fantasy leagues.

From TheHuddle

Dec 6 3:23pm ET

Cleveland Browns CB Robert Jackson (ankle) was unable to practice all week and has been ruled out for Week 14 against the Cincinnati Bengals. S Eric Murray (knee) was limited in practice all week and is listed as doubtful. DE Olivier Vernon (knee) did not practice Friday, Dec. 6, and is listed as questionable. TE Demetrius Harris (shoulder), OT Chris Hubbard (knee) and C JC Tretter (knee) were limited in practice Friday and are also listed as questionable. WR Odell Beckham Jr. (groin) remained a limited participant in practice all week but has been removed from the injury report. TE Stephen Carlson (ankle), RB Dontrell Hilliard (knee), WR KhaDarel Hodge (Achilles), Jarvis Landry (hip), QB Baker Mayfield (hand, ribs), OT Greg Robinson (concussion), OG Wyatt Teller (knee), DE Chad Thomas (chest, ribs), CB Greedy Williams (shoulder) and LB Mack Wilson (chest, ribs) practiced in full Friday and also no longer appear on the injury report.

From TheHuddle

Dec 6 11:40am ET

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. draws an excellent Week 14 matchup against a weak Cincinnati Bengals secondary. Cincinnati's pass defense ranks 31st in DVOA while allowing the 18th-most fantasy points per game to the wide receiver position. Beckham draws an excellent matchup as he will see primary coverage from Cincy cornerback B.W. Webb. Webb has struggled in coverage this season, giving Beckham a decided advantage on Sunday. Treat Beckham as a high-upside WR2 for Week 14.

From RotoBaller

Dec 5 6:43pm ET

Cleveland Browns WR Odell Beckham Jr. (groin) remained a limited participant in practice Thursday, Dec. 5.

Fantasy Spin: Beckham has a great matchup this week against the Cincinnati Bengals. He needs to be in all lineups as a WR1 as long as he's active.

From TheHuddle

Dec 4 3:43pm ET

Cleveland Browns WR Odell Beckham Jr. (groin) was limited during practice Wednesday, Dec. 4.

Fantasy Spin: Beckham was held to only 29 yards last week but has been targeted at least six times in every game this season. He should be a starting option in all fantasy leagues this week.

From TheHuddle

Dec 1 5:00pm ET

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. caught three of six targets for 29 yards in a 20-13 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 13. It was another slow outing for Beckham, who failed to crest 60 receiving yards for the sixth time this season. He left briefly for the locker room before the first half but was able to return shortly after. In theory, Beckham draws a plus matchup against a leaky Cincinnati Bengals Defense in Week 14 but the team's inability to put him to good use on the football field leaves him as an upside WR2 play in fantasy.
