Player Notes
Oct 18 1:13am ET

Kansas City Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill (shoulder) caught three passes for 74 yards and a touchdown in the team's Week 7 win over the Denver Broncos.

Fantasy Spin: Hill was targeted five times, all by backup Matt Moore, and scored the team's lone offensive touchdown after the Patrick Mahomes injury when he got behind the coverage for an easy score. Clearly, Hill is better with Mahomes at the helm, but with his speed and versatility you can bet Andy Reid will figure out ways to get him the ball. Hill's value should remain high regardless of Mahomes' status.

Oct 18 12:30am ET

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill was having a slow game in the Thursday night matchup versus the Broncos, until one play changed it all. Hill caught a 57-yard touchdown from quarterback Matt Moore late in the third quarter. He finished with three receptions for 74 yards and one touchdown in the Week 7 victory. Patrick Mahomes (knee) going down will hurt the Chiefs offense, assuming he misses time. Hill would be downgraded to a high-end WR2 for Week 8, assuming Mahomes sits out at least one week.

Oct 16 7:50pm ET

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill returned last week after missing four games prior to Week 6. Hill caught five of his 10 targets for 80 yards and two touchdowns in the Week 6 loss to the Houston Texans. It's clear that quarterback Patrick Mahomes is going to target Hill early and often. Fantasy owners can feel confident with Hill as a WR1 for Week 7 versus the Denver Broncos on Thursday.

From RotoBaller

Oct 16 2:23pm ET

Kansas City Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill (shoulder) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Oct. 16, and is not on the injury report for Week 7.

Fantasy Spin: Hill returned last week and is still one of the best receivers in the NFL. He will continue to be the main option in the passing game for the Chiefs and is a must-start option in fantasy leagues.

From TheHuddle

Oct 15 5:53pm ET

Kansas City Chiefs OT Eric Fisher (groin), CB Kendall Fuller (thumb), DT Chris Jones (groin) and OG Andrew Wylie (ankle) did not practice Tuesday, Oct. 15. WR Sammy Watkins (hamstring) was limited. OT Cameron Erving (groin), LB Anthony Hitchens (groin), DT Derrick Nnadi (elbow), LB Dorian O'Daniel (hamstring), OG Laurent Duvernay-Tardif (ankle), WR Tyreek Hill (shoulder), QB Patrick Mahomes (ankle) and FB Anthony Sherman (shoulder) fully participated in practice.

From TheHuddle

Oct 14 5:23pm ET

Kansas City Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill (shoulder) fully participated in practice Monday, Oct. 14. The Chiefs did not practice Monday, so this is an estimation.

Fantasy Spin: Hill returned from injury last week and posted two touchdowns. He is the main option in the passing game for the Chiefs and is a weekly starting option in all fantasy leagues.

From TheHuddle

Oct 13 8:03pm ET

Kansas City Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill (shoulder) registered five receptions for 80 yards and a pair of touchdowns on 10 targets in Week 6 against the Houston Texans in his return to the lineup.

Fantasy Spin: Hill gave the Chiefs their big downfield threat and he cashed in with a pair of scores. If you were nervous about plugging him back into the active lineup, worry no more. He is a must-start fantasy option again heading into Week 7 at Denver on Thursday night.

From TheHuddle

Oct 13 6:50pm ET

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill (shoulder) was back in action on Sunday for the first time since Week 1. He did not disappoint fantasy owners in this one. Hill caught five of his 10 targets for 80 yards and two touchdowns in the loss to the Houston Texans in Week 6. Hill made a 46-yard catch on the opening drive and quickly put the Chiefs up 7-0 early. It appears Hill is not feeling any side effects from that collarbone injury that cost him four games this season. Fantasy owners can feel safe about locking in Hill as a WR1 versus the Denver Broncos on Thursday.

From RotoBaller

Oct 13 11:30am ET

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill (shoulder) is cleared to play for the Week 6 showdown against the Houston Texans. Hill returns to the field after missing four games with the clavicle injury and he'll see a great matchup. The Texans have surrendered 42.04 points to opposing wideouts, ranked 27th in the NFL. In a game destined for offensive firepower, Hill is a WR1.

From RotoBaller

Oct 13 10:43am ET

Kansas City Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill (shoulder) felt good during pregame warmups and is expected to play in Week 6's game against the Houston Texans, according to a source.

Fantasy Spin: Hill had been listed as questionable on the injury report but was able to participate in all three of the team's practice sessions during the week on a limited basis. He should be viewed as a must-start option in al fantasy formats, especially since WR Sammy Watkins (hamstring) will not play versus the Texans.

From TheHuddle

Oct 13 9:13am ET

Kansas City Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill (shoulder) is trending toward playing in Week 6's game against the Houston Texans. He will participate in pregame warmups to determine if he will be able to play.

Fantasy Spin: Hill was listed as questionable on the injury report after being a limited practice participant throughout the week. Since he will be a game-time decision, fantasy owners should monitor the inactive list but he is worth starting if he is able to suit up.

From TheHuddle

Oct 11 8:33pm ET

Kansas City Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill (shoulder) was limited during practice Friday, Oct. 11, and is listed as questionable for Week 6.

Fantasy Spin: Hill will be a game-time decision this week, so fantasy players will need to check the inactive list. He should be a starting option if he plays, but players will need other options available in case he is ruled out.

From TheHuddle

Oct 11 5:43pm ET

Kansas City Chiefs OT Eric Fisher (groin), DT Chris Jones (groin) and LB Dorian O'Daniel (hamstring) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 6 versus the Houston Texans. WR Sammy Watkins (hamstring) also did not practice all week, while OG Andrew Wylie (ankle) did not practice Friday, Oct. 11; both players are listed as doubtful. WR Tyreek Hill (shoulder) was downgraded to a limited practice Friday and is listed as questionable. LB Anthony Hitchens (groin) remained a limited participant in practice Friday but was taken off the injury report. OT Cameron Erving (knee), DE Alex Okafor (hip), FB Anthony Sherman (shoulder), QB Patrick Mahomes (ankle) and RB LeSean McCoy (ankle) were full participants in practice Friday and also no longer appear on the injury report.

From TheHuddle

Oct 11 2:43pm ET

Updating a previous report, Kansas City Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill (shoulder) is expected to be a game-time decision in Week 6 against the Houston Texans.

Fantasy Spin: Head coach Andy Reid told reporters Hill ran with the scout team this week and a "little bit" with the first-team offense, and Reid made it sound as if the receiver will go if he doesn't have a setback between now and Sunday. Hill's limited work in practice this week after being out for roughly a month doesn't sound like a recipe for a big fantasy day, but owners could do worse than give him a shot as a high-upside WR3/flex this week with four teams on a bye.

From TheHuddle

Oct 11 1:50pm ET

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Week 6 against the Houston Texans. He missed the last four games after suffering an injury to his collarbone. The Chiefs may decide to ease Hill back into action, assuming he's cleared to play this week. However, he's heading into an excellent matchup against the Texans, which will likely be a high scoring game. Fantasy owners should run the risk and start Hill, assuming he's cleared to play this week.

From RotoBaller

Oct 11 1:00pm ET

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill (shoulder) is getting very close to a return in Week 6 against the Texans. There's optimism from the team that he'll play this Sunday, but Hill will undergo bone scans on Friday to make sure he's healed properly before he gets the green light. There's always risk of re-injury with an injury like this, but if Hill is active this weekend, you won't be able to keep him on your bench. He might be held back a little bit, but the Chiefs will likely be without Sammy Watkins as well. Fire up Hill as a WR2 with upside for more if he starts on Sunday. Even if he's active, Mecole Hardman and Demarcus Robinson will have flex appeal in what should be a high-scoring game.

From RotoBaller

Oct 11 12:23pm ET

Kansas City Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill (shoulder) has a good chance to play in Week 6, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported Friday, Oct. 11. Rapoport said Hill will have his injured clavicle scanned Friday, and if everything looks good, he will be cleared to play Sunday, Oct. 13.

Fantasy Spin: Hill hasn't played since Week 1, but if he's out there, feel free to lock him into your lineups as a starting wideout.

From TheHuddle

Oct 10 5:13pm ET

Kansas City Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill (shoulder) got in another limited practice Thursday, Oct. 10.

Fantasy Spin: Hill is trending toward the right direction but fantasy managers will want to see a more full session before his return. He'll be at least a WR2 so long as he's in the lineup.

From TheHuddle

Oct 9 5:43pm ET

Kansas City Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill (shoulder) was limited during practice Wednesday, Oct. 9.

Fantasy Spin: Hill appears to have a chance to play in Week 6, so fantasy players will need to monitor his practice participation. He has missed the last several weeks but will be a focal point in the passing game when he returns. He can be a starting option in all leagues if he is active this week.

From TheHuddle

Oct 9 5:40pm ET

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill (shoulder) was limited in practice on Wednesday. Hill is on track to return from his collarbone injury in an expected shootout in Week 6 against the Texans. He will return immediately to high-end WR1 value if he's active, which would be a nice boost after Sammy Watkins (hamstring) left the game early and never returned on Sunday night. If Watkins sits out on Sunday, Mecole Hardman and Demarcus Robinson would still have flex appeal as Kansas City's explosive offense looks to bounce back. Byron Pringle had a big game in Week 5, but he'll be pushed back down the depth chart if Hill returns.
