Player Notes
Nov 17 8:00pm ET

Carolina Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey rushed for 70 yards on 14 attempts to go along with 11 catches for 121 yards against the Falcons. While this wasn't a horrible performance by any means, Sunday marked the first time since Week 2 that the potential MVP failed to score a touchdown. Nonetheless, with Dalvin Cook semi-struggling to some degree against the Broncos in Week 11, McCaffrey remains arguably the most productive fantasy back this season. He will look to find the end zone in Week 12 on the road against the Saints, with McCaffrey scoring just once in four meetings with New Orleans throughout his career.

From RotoBaller

Nov 17 5:03pm ET

Carolina Panthers RB Christian McCaffrey caught 11 passes for 121 yards against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 11. He also rushed for 70 yards on 14 carries during the game.

Fantasy Spin: McCaffrey posted his first 100-yard receiving game of the season this week to go along with his six 100-yard rushing games. He probably is the most valuable player in fantasy football and is a must-start option every week.

From TheHuddle

Nov 16 8:00am ET

Carolina Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey continues to be arguably the most productive fantasy back this season. The 23-year-old has scored in all but one game this season, while also accumulating multi-touchdown performances four times on the year. He ranks second in the league in targets (for his position) with 60 and also trails Dalvin Cook by two yards for most rushing yards this season. After resting on Wednesday with a foot ailment, the MVP candidate practiced in full over the last few days, making him an obvious must-start in all formats against the Falcons.

From RotoBaller

Nov 15 3:13pm ET

Carolina Panthers RB Christian McCaffrey (foot) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 15, and is not on the injury report for Week 11.

Fantasy Spin: McCaffrey has been one of the top running backs in the NFL this season and will continue to receive plenty of touches during games. He is a must-start option in all leagues.

From TheHuddle

Nov 14 3:13pm ET

Carolina Panthers RB Christian McCaffrey (foot) fully participated in practice Thursday, Nov. 14.

Fantasy Spin: McCaffrey will continue to receive a significant amount of touches each game and is a must-start in all leagues as long as he is healthy.

From TheHuddle

Nov 13 3:23pm ET

Carolina Panthers RB Christian McCaffrey (foot) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Nov. 13.

Fantasy Spin: McCaffrey has been on the injury report for several weeks but has not missed a game. He continues to be one of the most valuable players in fantasy football and is a must-start option in all leagues.

From TheHuddle

Nov 11 12:00am ET

Carolina Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey finished with 108 yards and a touchdown off of 20 carries during the loss to the Packers in Week 10. The 23-year-old was also involved as a quasi-receiver, as expected, compiling six catches for 33 yards. McCaffrey has scored at least one touchdown in each game but one this season, so expect him to keep it going against Atlanta at home in Week 11. He remains a must-start, obviously.

From RotoBaller

Nov 10 11:03pm ET

Carolina Panthers RB Christian McCaffrey rushed 20 times for 108 yards and a touchdown and caught six of his seven targets for 33 yards in a 24-16 loss to the Green Bay Packers in Week 10.

Fantasy Spin: It says a lot about the type of season McCaffrey is having when 141 total yards and a touchdown seems like a pedestrian line. He has now scored in eight of the nine games this season, and he remains on pace for well over 2,000 total yards.

From TheHuddle

Nov 8 3:13pm ET

Carolina Panthers RB Christian McCaffrey (knee) was limited during practice Friday, Nov. 8, but is not on the injury report for Week 10.

Fantasy Spin: McCaffrey will continue to receive a significant amount of touches each game and is a No. 1 running back in all fantasy leagues no matter the opponent.

From TheHuddle

Nov 7 3:03pm ET

Carolina Panthers RB Christian McCaffrey (knee) returned to limited practice Thursday, Nov. 7.

Fantasy Spin: Good to see CMac progressing after sitting out Wednesday, and all indications are that he'll be good to go Sunday in a juicy matchup against the Packers, who are allowing the third-most fantasy points to opposing RBs.

From TheHuddle

Nov 7 2:53pm ET

Carolina Panthers DT Vernon Butler (back), OT Greg Little (concussion) and CB James Bradberry (groin) did not practice for a second straight day on Thursday, Nov. 7. DT Gerald McCoy (knee) and RB Christian McCaffrey (knee) were upgraded to a limited practice. S Eric Reid (ankle), Curtis Samuel (hamstring), LB/DE Christian Miller (ankle), LB/DE Brian Burns (wrist), LB/DE Mario Addison (non-injury), QB Kyle Allen (shoulder) and LB Shaq Thompson (ankle) practiced in full.

From TheHuddle

Nov 6 3:03pm ET

Carolina Panthers RB Christian McCaffrey (knee) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Nov. 6.

Fantasy Spin: McCaffrey should return to practice later this week and is in no danger of missing the Week 10 game. He is one of the most valuable players in fantasy football and is a must-start option in all leagues.

From TheHuddle

Nov 3 9:33pm ET

Carolina Panthers RB Christian McCaffrey rushed 24 times for 146 yards and a pair of touchdowns in Week 9 against the Tennessee Titans. He added three grabs for 20 yards and a score.

Fantasy Spin: McCaffrey has been one of the best, if not the best, early-round fantasy picks. He has easily made a case for No. 1 pick heading into the 2020 season. He does it all, especially for PPR owners. The Panthers travel to meet the Packers in Week 10.

From TheHuddle

Nov 3 6:50pm ET

Carolina Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey was spectacular once again, finishing with 24 carries for 146 yards and two touchdowns to go along with three catches for 20 yards and another score during the win over the Titans on Sunday. It was another reliable performance for the 23-year-old who now leads the league with 10 rushing touchdowns in addition to his three end zone trips as a receiver. Having recovered from the brutal loss to the 49ers in Week 8, McCaffrey and the Panthers will next hit the road for a Week 10 showdown with the Packers in Green Bay.

From RotoBaller

Nov 1 3:33pm ET

Carolina Panthers RB Christian McCaffrey (knee) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 1, and is not on the injury report for Week 9.

Fantasy Spin: McCaffrey is one of the most valuable players in fantasy football and is a must-start option in every league.

From TheHuddle

Nov 1 3:13pm ET

Carolina Panthers OT Greg Little (concussion) and QB Cam Newton (foot) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 9 versus the Tennessee Titans. LB/DE Mario Addison (non-injury) and WR Curtis Samuel (shoulder) did not practice Friday, Nov. 1, and are listed as questionable. LB/DE Christian Miller (ankle) was limited in practice for a third straight day on Friday and is also listed as questionable. DT Vernon Butler (hip), DT Gerald McCoy (knee), S Eric Reid (shoulder), LB Shaq Thompson (ankle), WR Jarius Wright (ankle), RB Christian McCaffrey (knee) and LB/DE Brian Burns (wrist) fully participated in practice Friday and no longer appear on the injury report.

From TheHuddle

Oct 31 3:43pm ET

Carolina Panthers LB Mario Addison (non-injury), OT Greg Little (concussion) and QB Cam Newton (foot) did not practice Thursday, Oct. 31. DT Gerald McCoy (knee), LB Shaq Thompson (ankle) and LB Christian Miller (ankle) were limited. DT Vernon Butler (hip), S Eric Reid (shoulder), WR Curtis Samuel (shoulder), WR Jarius Wright (ankle), RB Christian McCaffrey (knee) and LB Brian Burns (wrist) practiced in full.

From TheHuddle

Oct 31 3:03pm ET

Carolina Panthers RB Christian McCaffrey (knee) was a full participant in practice Thursday, Oct. 31, a day after being limited with a knee injury.

Fantasy Spin: Barring some kind of setback over the next few days, McCaffrey will be on the field handling his usual elite RB1 workload against the Titans on Sunday.

From TheHuddle

Oct 30 3:23pm ET

Carolina Panthers RB Christian McCaffrey (knee) was limited during practice Wednesday, Oct. 30.

Fantasy Spin: McCaffrey probably will be a full participant in practice later this week and is in no danger of missing the Week 9 game. He should continue to be a must-start option in all fantasy leagues.

From TheHuddle

Oct 30 3:20pm ET

Carolina Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey (knee) was limited in practice on Wednesday, but head coach Ron Rivera is not concerned with McCaffrey's status for Week 9 against the Titans. The Panthers are just being cautious with their star running back. He will play this Sunday and is a must-start fantasy back as the top overall scorer in standard-scoring leagues so far in 2019. He remains the bell-cow back, and the offense will continue to flow through him both through the air and on the ground, especially with quarterback Kyle Allen making another start.
