Carolina Panthers wide receiver D.J. Moore led the team in receiving during the loss to the Packers, finishing with nine catches for 120 yards despite the snowy day in Green Bay. As usual, Moore continued to receive plenty of attention from Kyle Allen, who has now targeted the 22-year-old 48 times over the last five games. Though he has only one touchdown on the year, the wideout still retains his fantasy appeal due to his ability to bring in the majority of passes thrown his way, while also accumulating a healthy amount of yards from week-to-week. With this one in the books, Moore will look to keep it going at home against the Falcons in Week 11. Keep him starting in all formats.
Carolina Panthers WR D.J. Moore caught nine of his 11 targets for 120 yards in a 24-16 loss to the Green Bay Packers in Week 10.
Fantasy Spin: Moore has 16 catches on 21 targets over the last two games, topping 100 yards in both. He appears to be improving his chemistry with Kyle Allen, and he looks like a WR2 candidate.
Carolina Panthers wide receiver D.J. Moore has a tough task ahead on Sunday against a Packers Defense that is allowing a ninth-best 30.12 fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts this season. Nonetheless, Moore has been active as of late, compiling 25 receptions for 303 yards on 37 targets over his last four outings, and though he has scored just once on the year, he continues to get his looks from quarterback Kyle Allen. Keep him starting in PPR formats in Week 10.
Carolina Panthers WR D.J. Moore finished with seven receptions for a season-high 101 yards in Week 9 against the Tennessee Titans.
Fantasy Spin: It was Moore's first 100-yard game of the season, but he hasn't found the end zone in five games dating back to Sept. 22 against the Arizona Cardinals. He does have four or more grabs in each of the past four to make him a decent WR4 for PPR owners, but he has much lesser appeal in standard play. The Panthers travel to meet the Packers in Week 10.
Carolina Panthers wide receiver D.J. Moore finished with seven catches (10 targets) for 101 yards during the win over Tennessee in Week 9. Though Moore didn't find the end zone, he retained his fantasy appeal, especially in PPR leagues, as he continues to get a healthy amount of looks from Kyle Allen. With 19 receptions on 29 targets over his last three outings, he is a must-start moving ahead in Week 10 against the Packers.
Carolina Panthers wide receiver D.J. Moore played miserably against a tough 49ers Defense in Week 8 but will look to get back on track on Sunday against Tennessee. Despite failing to find the end zone during his last four outings, Moore continues to be heavily targeted by Kyle Allen by compiling 32 looks during that span. The Titans Defense has allowed a middle-of-the-pack 23 receptions to opposing wideouts over the last two weeks, and though it's a coin flip whether the 22-year-old finds the end zone, he is an appealing option in Week 9, more so in PPR leagues.
Carolina Panthers WR D.J. Moore caught five of his nine targets for 38 yards in Week 8 against the San Francisco 49ers.
Fantasy Spin: It's a game that theoretically should have worked a bit more in his favor than Curtis Samuels' given the former is treated more as the underneath option in this offense, but San Francisco shut down just about everything that didn't involve Christian McCaffrey touching the ball in Week 8. With Cam Newton likely back (and hopefully healthy) within the next week or two, expect Moore to start producing like the high-end WR3 he was drafted to be in fantasy sooner than later.
Carolina Panthers wide receiver D.J. Moore hauled in a team-high five catches in the team's blowout loss to the San Francisco 49ers this afternoon. Moore hauled in five catches on nine targets for a total of 38 yards for a disappointing performance compared to Moore's standards. The Maryland product has had a strong 2019 campaign thus far, as this week's performance was one of his worst of the season to this point. The 2nd-year receiver will look to rebound against the Tennessee Titans secondary next week.
Carolina Panthers wide receiver D.J. Moore will have his hands full on Sunday against a tough 49ers Defense. With San Francisco allowing an average of 25.65 fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts, good for second-best in the league, Moore will have a difficult time duplicating the performance that he had against the Buccaneers in Week 6 where he finished with seven catches for 73 yards. Regardless of the uphill battle for the Panther's offense in Week 8, however, the 22-year-old continues to be targeted often by quarterback Kyle Allen and should remain a starter in a good chunk of fantasy leagues, especially in PPR formats.
Carolina Panthers wide receiver D.J. Moore recorded 73 yards off of seven catches during the win over the Buccaneers in London. With 10 targets on the day, Moore kept it going after recording six receptions for 91 yards against the Jaguars in Week 5. The quarterback situation remains a mystery as the team heads toward the bye, but the 22-year-old should remain involved regardless of who is under center while continuing to split the majority of the targets with Curtis Samuel, who finished with two touchdowns on the day.
Carolina Panthers WR D.J. Moore caught seven passes for 73 yards against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 6. He was targeted 10 times during the game.
Fantasy Spin: Moore has posted at least 70 yards in four of the six games this season and appears to be the main option in the passing game for Kyle Allen. He should be a No. 2 or No. 3 fantasy receiver most weeks.
Carolina Panthers wide receiver D.J. Moore could receive some extra attention from quarterback Kyle Allen in Week 6. With Christian McCaffrey (back) potentially missing Sunday's game in London against Tampa Bay, the 22-year-old could serve as the team's No. 1 option from an offensive standpoint. Regardless if McCaffrey plays, however, Moore can still make a case to be featured in starting fantasy lineups after recording nine receptions (14 targets) for 89 yards against the Buccaneers Defense in Week 2.
Carolina Panthers WR D.J. Moore registered six receptions for a team-high 91 yards on eight targets in Week 5 against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Fantasy Spin: Moore has visited the end zone just one in five games, at Arizona in Week 3. However, he has six or more grabs in three of his outings and eight or more targets, while going for 76 or more yards. He can be a solid fantasy receiver, with a little more value in PPR leagues, when he is locked in.
Carolina Panthers wide receiver D.J. Moore caught six receptions (eight targets) for 91 yards against the Jaguars on Sunday. While the Panthers did most of the damage on the ground, Moore was still productive after accruing just four receptions over the last two games. He will look to repeat his Week 2 performance against the Buccaneers in London in Week 6, with the 22-year-old hauling in nine receptions for 89 yards in that one.
Carolina Panthers wide receiver D.J. Moore will look to get back on track in Week 5 against the Jaguars. Moore thrived through the first two weeks of the season, accumulating 16 receptions for 165 yards on 24 targets. Since then, the 22-year-old has statistically disappeared for the most part despite catching his first touchdown of the year in Week 3. He will surely bounce back at some point, but that may not happen until (if) Cam Newton (foot) returns as the starter at some point this year. If you need him in your starting lineup, hope for the best, but if you have other options available, that may be the safest way to go on Sunday.
Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback Jalen Ramsey (back) is not expected to practice on Thursday. Ramsey hasn't practiced with the team since the Thursday night game on Sept. 19 and has publicly requested a trade. He sat out in Week 4 against the Broncos and is looking like a long shot to play in Week 5 against the Panthers, which would be good news for Panthers receivers D.J. Moore and Curtis Samuel. Jacksonville wants to hold on to Ramsey and reportedly turned down an offer that included two late first-round picks. The Eagles, among other teams, have been very interested in plucking Ramsey away, but nothing has materialized yet.
Carolina Panthers WR D.J. Moore managed three grabs for 44 yards on five targets in Week 4 against the Houston Texans.
Fantasy Spin: Moore has been rather erratic this season. While he has at least 44 yards in every game, he has just one touchdown. His past two games with Kyle Allen has resulted in just four grabs for seven targets after Cam Newton hit him for 16 catches on 24 targets in the first two games. The Panthers host the Jaguars in Week 5.
Carolina Panthers wide receiver D.J. Moore caught three passes for 44 yards in Sunday's win over the Houston Texans. Moore was targeted five times. Moore's involvement now that Kyle Allen is the team's starting quarterback has decreased significantly, and while we only have a two-game sample to draw conclusions from, there's still some reason to worry at this point. If Allen ends up taking over permanently for Cam Newton, Moore could be in trouble.
Carolina Panthers wide receiver D.J. Moore had a semi-rough matchup against the Cardinals last Sunday. Despite finding the end zone, the 22-year-old was targeted just twice on the day; however, Moore continues to lead the team in receptions and looks on the year. The sophomore is a risky option in Week 4, and while he is still a must-start in a majority of formats based on yearly volume alone, he may need to develop a better rapport with quarterback Kyle Allen until fantasy managers start seeing consistent production moving forward.
Carolina Panthers WR D.J. Moore had just one catch for a 52-yard touchdown on two targets in Week 3 against the Arizona Cardinals. He also had a 12-yard run in his other official touch.
Fantasy Spin: Moore had at least seven receptions and 76 yards in each of his first two games, but he didn't score a touchdown. The change in quarterback from the injured Cam Newton to Kyle Allen didn't help, but at least he was able to score. He remains a solid WR4 or flex fantasy option in leagues of 12 or more teams heading into Week 4 at Houston regardless of who is under center.
