Dynasty | Titans quarterback Cam Ward completed 22-of-38 passes for 259 yards with one touchdown and one interception in a loss to the Colts. Dynasty Analysis: Ward makes some good players here and there but he just isn't quite to the point where he makes a difference in terms of winning games for the Titans. With just five touchdown passes and six interceptions on the season, Ward is just struggling to make the leap to the NFL. The Titans are 1-7 on the year and look like one of the worst teams in the league. With a new Head Coach on the way and little hope shown thus far, Ward will need to perform better to ensure his replacement isn't taken in the NFL Draft this Spring.

Tennessee Titans quarterback Cameron Ward has been playing better lately, but is still off to a slow start to his rookie campaign. Over the last three games, Ward has thrown for over 220 yards in each of those contests. The biggest problem is that Ward has thrown an interception in each of the last five contests. The 23-year-old is also missing his top wide receiver in Calvin Ridley (hamstring) again this weekend. It's hard to imagine Ward having much success against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 8. Due to bye weeks, fantasy managers might have no choice but to start Ward. However, he should be viewed as a low-end option.

Dynasty | Titans rookie quarterback Cam Ward completed 25-of-34 passes for 255 yards with one touchdown and one interception in a loss to the Patriots. Dynasty Analysis: The game line looks better than Ward's performance as he also lost a bad fumble and did most of his damage in garbage time. The coaching change hasn't helped Ward at all and while it may take a week or two, he looks like a young quarterback who could be ruined before ever really having a chance. Anyone who spent a lot of their draft capital on Ward this off-season is getting a little nervous as he has looked like anything but a franchise quarterback thus far.

During their first game with an interim coaching staff, the Tennessee Titans plan to "simplify" their offense in an attempt to aid rookie quarterback Cameron Ward, according to a report from ESPN's Adam Schefter. The 2025 No. 1 overall pick is completing just under 55% of his passes for 1,101 yards with three touchdowns and four interceptions through six games, but the Titans are 1-5 and fired head coach Brian Callahan this week. Tennessee is set to take on resurgent New England in Week 7, which should keep Ward, ranked as the No. 33 fantasy quarterback, out of fantasy lineups. At this point, Ward should only be rostered in dynasty formats on a Titans team that is making another strong case to draft first overall.

Oct 18 12:40am CT

Tennessee Titans quarterback Cameron Ward has already faced plenty of adversity this week after his head coach was fired mid-season. Now, to make matters worse, Ward will face off against a New England Patriots team that has been terrific over the last two weeks. The Patriots have enjoyed resounding wins over the Bills and Saints, largely due to big contributions from the defensive side of the ball. That same defense will look to make life extra difficult for Ward in his first game with interim head coach Mike McCoy -- his third different head coach over the last 12 months. The rookie No. 1 pick has struggled through his first six NFL contests, completing just 55 percent of his passes for 1,101 passing yards, three touchdowns, four interceptions, and four lost fumbles. The staggeringly high turnover-to-touchdown ratio could possibly grow even larger this week; not only has New England forced four turnovers in its last two games, but it has also allowed the 13th-fewest fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks in 2025. Ward should be avoided at all costs in Week 7.

Dynasty | Titans quarterback Cam Ward completed 26-of-38 passes for 222 yards with one touchdown and one interception in a loss to the Raiders. Dynasty Analysis: Ward hit ten different receivers on the day and had some moments but still hasn't shown the ability to raise the floor of a team that simply isn't very good. Now with just three touchdowns and four interceptions on the season, Ward is entering a phase where everyone needs to see some improvement to believe he's the savior for this franchise. He'll get every opportunity to do that but everyone needs to see some better days to believe it can happen. At this point, he's a hold in dynasty leagues but one whose ranking is starting to slip.

Tennessee Titans quarterback Cam Ward was able to have more success through the air during last week's game against the Arizona Cardinals. Ward completed 21-of-39 passing attempts for a career-high 265 passing yards with zero touchdowns and one interception in the win. The 23-year-old helped lead a fourth quarter comeback and finally started building chemistry with Calvin Ridley. Despite that, Ward hasn't done enough on the field to warrant starting even against the shaky Las Vegas Raiders defense in Week 6.

Oct 6 3:13pm CT

Dynasty | Titans rookie quarterback Cam Ward completed 21-of-39 passes for 265 yards with no touchdowns and one interception in a win against Arizona. Dynasty Analysis: Ward set a new career-high in passing yards and finally did his best to get Calvin Ridley the ball in the process. The bad news is Ward still has just two touchdown passes in his five career starts. He'll need to build on this performance and start making progress shortly to give dynasty managers some faith but the early returns on Ward just really haven't been great. His dynasty value and ranking are starting to sink a touch.

From Dynasty League Fantasy

Oct 6 3:13pm CT

Dynasty | Titans receiver Calvin Ridley caught five passes for 131 yards in a win against Tennessee. Dynasty Analysis: Ridley had only posted 141 yards in the first four games of the year, so this was a much needed performance, though it likely came on fantasy benches. Still, this reminded us he still does have a lot of talent and should Cam Ward turn the corner, he could still have a say in dynasty league winners later this season. He's not a recommended start at this point but clearly a player to monitor moving forward.

From Dynasty League Fantasy

Oct 3 5:50pm CT

Tennessee Titans rookie quarterback Cameron Ward has experienced an ugly beginning to his professional career. Ward has been held to 175 passing yards or less in three of the first four games of the season. The 23-year-old looked lost last week when he completed 10-of-26 passing attempts for 108 yards with zero touchdowns and one interception in the loss. The potential is certainly there, but something big needs to change in Tennessee. That being said, Ward is an extremely risky fantasy option for the upcoming Week 5 matchup against the Arizona Cardinals.

Sep 30 11:30am CT

Tennessee Titans quarterbacks coach Bo Hardegree said that rookie first-round QB Cameron Ward is "growing every week," and that he's "seeing improvement," according to Jim Wyatt of TennesseeTitans.com. It didn't really look like Ward took a step forward in the 26-0 shutout loss in Week 4 to the Houston Texans, a game in which the first overall pick went 10-for-26 for 108 yards, no touchdowns, and an interception. The 23-year-old Miami product has looked overwhelmed so far in his first four NFL starts, completing only 51.2% of his 125 pass attempts for 614 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions. He's also run the ball nine times for 42 yards. Ward might be adapting to the speed of the game slowly, but right now, there have been more negatives than positives, and he's failed to find much of a connection with top wideout Calvin Ridley.

Dynasty | Titans rookie quarterback Cam Ward completed 10-of-26 passes for no touchdowns and an interception in a blowout loss to Houston. Dynasty Analysis: Things are just not clicking for Ward and the now 0-4 Titans, who lost 26-0 to the then 0-3 Texans today. Ward has been unable to generate much at all in the first month of the season. Unfortunately, this is par for the course for rookie quarterbacks who are thrown into fire in week one. Ward will look to improve next week and his dynasty value really won't change much with another sub-par week, though a buy-low opportunity may be presenting itself.

Tennessee Titans quarterback Cam Ward (ankle, calf) is ready to go after getting in back-to-back full practice sessions. Ward was limited to begin the week due to multiple minor injuries, but is fine for Sunday's game against the Houston Texans. It has been a slow start for the No. 1 overall pick. Ward has completed 54-of-99 passing attempts for 506 yards with two touchdowns and one interception in three games. It's worth noting that quarterbacks coach Bo Hardegree will take over play-calling this weekend. Possibly, Hardegree can unlock something out of Ward that Brian Callahan couldn't. At the moment, Ward is really only worth a considering in superflex leagues.

Sep 25 4:00pm CT

Tennessee Titans rookie quarterback Cameron Ward (ankle/calf) was able to log a full practice on Thursday after being limited in practice on Wednesday. Ward's status is still worth monitoring heading into Friday, but he appears to be on track to play in Week 4 against the Houston Texans. Ward has struggled in the first three games of his NFL career, completing just 54.5% of his pass attempts for 506 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception. The Texans' defense has been one of the best units in the league so far in 2025, so Ward could be in for another rough game on Sunday. Even in two-quarterback formats, Ward should be avoided by fantasy managers in Week 4.

Sep 24 4:00pm CT

Tennessee Titans rookie quarterback Cameron Ward (ankle/calf) was limited on Wednesday due to ankle and calf injuries. Fantasy managers should monitor his status in case he faces a setback later in the week. However, seeing that he was still able to practice suggests he is not in danger of missing their Week 4 contest against the Houston Texans. After tallying just 112 passing yards in his NFL debut against a tough Denver Broncos defense, Ward has gone on to average 197.0 passing yards over his last two weeks. During this stretch, Ward has thrown two passing scores with only one interception. Facing a tough Houston defense on Sunday that has allowed the sixth-fewest PPR points to opposing QBs makes Ward a low-end QB2 in all formats.

Dynasty | Titans rookie quarterback Cam Ward completed 23-of-38 passes for 219 yards with one touchdown and one interception in a blowout loss to the Colts. Dynasty Analysis: Ward was forced to throw more than what the Titans would have wanted but struggled to make an impact vertically for the third straight week. Ward has simply looked like a rookie thus far. He's attempting to manage games and Tennessee is clearly trying to minimize the number of hits and mistakes he could take or make every Sunday. At some point, the training wheels will have to come off for Tennessee to determine if he has what it takes to really lead a team. Until then, he's not really a lineup consideration.

From Dynasty League Fantasy

Sep 20 12:10am CT

Tennessee Titans quarterback Cameron Ward remains off the fantasy radar in redraft leagues ahead of Week 3 against the Indianapolis Colts. Ward has experienced plenty of growing pains through his first two NFL games, completing just 50.8 percent of his passes for a total of 287 yards, one touchdown, and two lost fumbles. He has also taken 11 sacks while rushing for just eight yards. This week, Ward takes on the Colts, who have been playing surprisingly well on both sides of the ball. Indianapolis has forced four turnovers so far this year and could have a field day against this year's No. 1 pick. Ward ranks outside the top 24 fantasy quarterbacks this week, and while he should continue to be stashed in dynasty leagues, he can be left on waivers in all redraft formats.

From RotoBaller

Sep 14 8:13pm CT

Dynasty | Titans quarterback Cam Ward completed 19-of-33 passes for 175 yards with one touchdown and no interceptions in a loss to the Rams. Dynasty Analysis: Ward was closer to 60% on his completion rate and that's much better than last week's 42.9% clunker. There are growing pains in the NFL but he made a pretty amazing touchdown pass and has yet to turn the ball over through the air. He needs to make more strides before being anywhere close to fantasy lineups but Ward looked better today.

From Dynasty League Fantasy

Sep 12 10:10am CT

Tennessee Titans rookie quarterback Cameron Ward struggled in his first NFL game, completing 12 of 28 pass attempts for just 112 yards and zero touchdowns against the Denver Broncos. Ward will face another excellent pass defense in Week 2 in the Los Angeles Rams, who held the Houston Texans offense to nine points and Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud to 188 passing yards in Week 1. Ward, who was sacked six times in Week 1, may have a tough time avoiding negative plays once again in Week 2. The Rams have a dominant front four led by star edge rusher Jared Verse, and the Titans will be without starting right tackle JC Latham (hip) due to a hip injury. Ward has some long-term fantasy appeal, but he should not be started in Week 2, even in Superflex leagues.
