Jan 7 5:50pm ET

Carolina Panthers tight end Tommy Tremble caught both of his targets for 11 yards in a 9-0 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 18. The third-year tight end's effort was good enough for third-most receiving yards on the team on a quiet afternoon for the offense. Tremble finishes his 2023 season with 23 catches for 194 yards and three touchdowns in 16 games. He will look to make a case to open the 2024 season as Carolina's No. 1 tight end this offseason.

Jan 6 8:10am ET

Carolina Panthers tight end Tommy Tremble caught one of three targets for six yards in a loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars last week. He will look to bounce back in the regular-season finale against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 18. The Bucs have struggled to cover tight ends this season as they are allowing the fourth-most fantasy points per game to the position thus far. Tremble isn't a major piece of the Carolina offense but he could see an uptick in usage after the Panthers placed wide receiver Jonathan Mingo (foot) on injured reserve earlier this week. Treat Tremble as a low-end TE2 in Week 18.

Dec 30 9:50am ET

Carolina Panthers tight end Tommy Tremble finished third on his team with four catches and 59 receiving yards in a loss to the Green Bay Packers last week. Tremble popped up on the injury report this week with a back issue but he was able to practice fully all week and is listed without an injury designation on Carolina's final injury report. He will now head on the road to face off against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 17. The Jaguars have been generous to tight ends this season as they are allowing the eighth-most fantasy points per game to the position. That being said, Tremble is the fourth option at best in a weak Carolina passing offense. As such, he sets up as a TE3 heading into the fantasy championships.

From RotoBaller

Dec 23 7:10am ET

Carolina Panthers tight end Tommy Tremble will operate as the team's No. 1 tight end for the remainder of the season thanks to a season-ending concussion for Hayden Hurst. The third-year tight end will look for his fourth touchdown of the season in a Week 16 home matchup against the Green Bay Packers. The Packers have been middle-of-the-road against tight ends in 2023 as they are allowing the 14th-most fantasy points per game to the position. Tremble doesn't hold much upside in a Carolina passing offense that has struggled to produce for much of the season. Treat Tremble as a low-end TE3 in fantasy in Week 16.

Dec 22 12:30pm ET

Carolina Panthers tight end Tommy Tremble (illness) has been removed from the injury report and will play against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday. He had been limited in practice earlier this week. The 23-year-old has 16 catches, 118 yards, and three touchdowns this season, putting him in the TE3 tier once again for fantasy football. Given that he plays in a crowded tight end room on the NFL's worst team (record-wise), Tremble can be left on waivers in all formats.

Dec 22 1:40am ET

Carolina Panthers tight ends Tommy Tremble (illness) and Ian Thomas (ankle) were both limited in practice for the second straight day on Thursday. Stephen Sullivan (shoulder) practiced in full for the second straight day. Hayden Hurst (concussion) isn't coming back this season, so the Panthers will finish out the 2023 campaign with Hurst, Thomas and Sullivan at the position. The 23-year-old Tremble is the best bet for extremely limited fantasy production at the position in Carolina's weak offense. Since missing Week 13 due to a hip injury, he has caught three passes on five targets for 34 yards in two games. In 13 games played this year, Tremble has only 16 catches on 21 targets for 118 yards and three touchdowns. Avoid Carolina's TE position in fantasy for the final three games of 2023.

Dec 20 2:30pm ET

Carolina Panthers tight end Tommy Tremble (illness) is listed as a limited participant in Wednesday's practice as he deals with an illness. The Panthers have five players listed with illnesses on their initial Week 16 injury report. It's encouraging that Tremble was at least able to practice, but he remains off the fantasy radar. Despite Hayden Hurst (concussion) missing the last few games, Tremble has hauled in just three passes for 34 yards over the last two weeks. Ultimately, the Carolina offense has been unproductive for fantasy football, so all of its pass-catchers have low floors and limited ceilings.

Dec 17 4:50pm ET

Carolina Panthers tight end Tommy Tremble caught both of his targets for 32 yards in a 9-7 win over the Atlanta Falcons in Week 15. Tremble's 32 receiving yards were good enough to tie him for second-most on the team behind only Adam Thielen. With Hayden Hurst (concussion) expected to miss the remainder of the season, Tremble appears primed to operate as the team's No. 1 TE moving forward. He will face off against the Green Bay Packers in Week 16.

Dec 16 7:20am ET

Carolina Panthers tight end Tommy Tremble (hip) was removed from the injury report after he got in a full practice on Friday. With Hayden Hurst (concussion) and Ian Thomas (ankle) both ruled out, Tremble will operate as the team's starter in Week 15 against the Atlanta Falcons. The Falcons have struggled against tight ends this season, allowing the eighth-most fantasy points per game to the position. That being said, Tremble is unlikely to be a featured piece of a Carolina passing offense that has gone three straight games without a touchdown pass. He is not a realistic fantasy option this weekend.

Dec 15 2:20am ET

Carolina Panthers tight end Hayden Hurst (concussion) was a non-participant in Thursday's practice, while teammate Tommy Tremble (hip) remained limited. Hurst was diagnosed with post-traumatic amnesia prior to Week 14's games due to the concussion that he suffered in Week 10, so the Panthers are going to want to get that completely sorted out before allowing the veteran to return to any kind of game action. We wouldn't expect Hurst to be able to play on Sunday against his former team, the Atlanta Falcons, but his status at Friday's session will provide more clarity. Tremble is nursing a hip injury but would seem to be the most likely of Carolina's TEs to suit up in Week 15, with Ian Thomas (ankle) not spotted on Thursday. Yet to surpass 25 receiving yards in any of his 12 outings, however, Tremble would be a barely-there streaming choice against a Falcons team giving up the eighth-most fantasy points per game to opposing TEs.

Dec 13 9:40pm ET

Carolina Panthers tight end Tommy Tremble (hip) got in a limited practice on Wednesday. Tremble has been a regular on the injury report of late, although his hip injury did not prevent him from taking the field in a Week 14 loss to the New Orleans Saints. He will look to play through it again in Week 15's matchup against the Atlanta Falcons. Stephen Sullivan would be the team's main tight end in Week 15 if Tremble doesn't play, seeing as Hayden Hurst (concussion) and Ian Thomas (ankle) are both looking unlikely for Sunday.

From RotoBaller

Dec 10 12:00pm ET

Carolina Panthers tight ends Tommy Tremble (hip) and Stephen Sullivan (shoulder) are active for Week 14 versus the New Orleans Saints. Both players had been listed as questionable. Neither player is on the fantasy radar this week given their consistently small roles within the struggling Panthers offense. The same goes for Ian Thomas, who is also healthy.

From RotoBaller

Dec 8 1:10pm ET

Carolina Panthers tight ends Tommy Tremble (hip) and Stephen Sullivan (shoulder) are both listed as questionable to play on Sunday in the Week 14 game versus the Saints in New Orleans. Hayden Hurst (concussion) will also miss his fourth straight game, so it's possible that Ian Thomas serves as the team's top pass-catching tight end this weekend. Tremble was unable to play in the Week 13 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but if he's given the green light to play on Sunday, he'll be the best bet for fantasy managers desperate for a tight end streamer in the deepest of leagues. In 11 games in 2023, Tremble has only 13 receptions for 84 yards, although he's found the end zone three times. The smart move is to look elsewhere for a fantasy tight end.

From RotoBaller

Dec 7 11:00pm ET

Carolina Panthers tight ends Hayden Hurst (concussion), Tommy Tremble (hip) and Stephen Sullivan (shoulder) were limited in Thursday's practice session. Hurst suffered a serious concussion in Week 10 that resulted in post-traumatic amnesia. It's nice to see him back on the practice field and his head injury isn't believed to be career-threatening, but we shouldn't expect Hurst to return in Week 14 against the New Orleans Saints on Sunday. Tremble did not play in the Week 13 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but he could be Carolina's top tight end this Sunday against the Saints if he gets the green light. None of the Panthers' tight ends have been realistic TE2 streamers during their one-win season. Stay away.

From RotoBaller

Dec 6 9:20pm ET

Carolina Panthers tight end Tommy Tremble (hip) got in a limited practice on Wednesday. Tremble missed his team's Week 13 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and he is apparently still feeling the effects of a hip injury he suffered back in Week 12. Tremble's participation throughout the remainder of the week in practice will be worth monitoring as Carolina gears up to face off against the New Orleans Saints in Week 14. With Hayden Hurst (concussion) still in the NFL's concussion protocol, Tremble would be the team's No. 1 tight end this weekend if he can suit up.

From RotoBaller

Dec 3 2:50pm ET

Carolina Panthers tight end Tommy Tremble (hip) is officially inactive for Week 13 versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This was widely expected after he missed practice on Friday. With both Tremble and Hayden Hurst (concussion) inactive, the Panthers will rely on a heavier dose of Ian Thomas and Stephen Sullivan at tight end this week. However, neither of them are worth starting in fantasy football.

From RotoBaller

Dec 1 12:50pm ET

Carolina Panthers tight end Hayden Hurst (concussion) has been ruled out for another game in Week 13 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Meanwhile, fellow tight end Tommy Tremble (hip) is doubtful to play on Sunday. Hurst will be missing his third straight game. With both tight ends injured, the Panthers will have to rely on a combination of Ian Thomas and Stephen Sullivan as they look to win only their second game of the season. Thomas has more experience in the NFL, but he's scored only four touchdowns in six NFL seasons and has just three receptions for 45 yards in seven games for the Panthers this year. Sullivan, meanwhile has caught seven of his eight targets for 74 yards and no scores in five games in 2023. Fantasy managers in need of a TE should look elsewhere this weekend.

From RotoBaller

Nov 30 8:40pm ET

Carolina Panthers tight end Hayden Hurst (concussion) missed another day of practice on Thursday, while Tommy Tremble (hip) returned to a limited practice. Tremble was unable to practice on Wednesday. Hurst hasn't practiced since suffering a concussion in Week 10 and looks to be on his way to missing another game this Sunday when the team takes on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The 30-year-old hasn't been much of a streaming option at the tight end position in 2023 to begin with. If Tremble is unable to play in Week 13, Carolina would be down to Ian Thomas and Stephen Sullivan at the position. Fantasy managers would be wise to avoid the tight end position for the Panthers, even with six teams on bye in Week 13. Tremble does have three touchdowns in 11 games this year, but he's done it on only 13 receptions for 84 yards.

From RotoBaller

Nov 29 7:00pm ET

Carolina Panthers wide receiver Laviska Shenault Jr. (ankle) and tight end Tommy Tremble (hip) missed practice on Wednesday. Both players were ruled out in Sunday's loss to the Tennessee Titans, with Shenault tweaking his ankle while Tremble injured his hip. With a few more practices left ahead of Sunday's meeting with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, there's a chance they could practice, at least in a limited capacity. However, neither Tremble nor Shenault have done much this season in terms of production, so their statuses won't impact managers either way.

From RotoBaller

Nov 26 6:00pm ET

Carolina Panthers tight end Tommy Tremble (groin) caught his only target for seven yards in Sunday's loss to the Tennessee Titans. The 23-year-old found the end zone against the Cowboys in Week 11. However, he didn't do anything meaningful for fantasy managers in this one, considering he suffered a groin injury. Nonetheless, Tremble will likely appear on the injury report during the week, so fantasy managers may not see him on the field in Week 13 versus the Bucs.
