The New York Giants have declared LB Kayvon Thibodeaux, QB Russell Wilson, WR Jalin Hyatt, OT James Hudson, DE Victor Dimukeje, S Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles and CB Jarrick Bernard-Converse inactive for Week 13.
From TheHuddle
New York Giants QB Russell Wilson completed 3-of-7 passes for 45 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions in Week 10 against the Chicago Bears, coming on for the injured QB Jaxson Dart (concussion). He rushed twice for 12 yards, too.
Fantasy Spin: It's uncertain if Dart will be forced to miss additional time. If so, Wilson might get a second chance to start. However, even if the veteran is called upon again under center, he would be nothing more than a low-end QB2 in all fantasy leagues.
From TheHuddle
Updating a previous report, New York Giants QB Jaxson Dart (concussion) will not return after leaving the Week 10 game against the Chicago Bears due to a possible concussion. QB Russell Wilson will finish up under center.
Fantasy Spin: Dart ended up completing 19-of-29 passes for 242 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions with six runs for 66 yards and two touchdowns before departing, which was pretty impressive on a cold, windy and sometimes snowy day. His status will be updated throughout the week, and if he cannot start in Week 11, it would be Wilson stepping back in under center.

According to NFL Media's Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo, New York Giants quarterback Russell Wilson "is expected to emerge as a trade candidate" ahead of the deadline. With the G-Men winless through the first three games of the season, head coach Brian Daboll made the call to bench Wilson heading into the Week 4 meeting with the Los Angeles Chargers. In his place, Jaxson Dart will get the start. Despite the demotion, Wilson vowed to "respond" the right way by serving as a mentor to the rookie. Without question, his best days are behind him. However, the 36-year-old could find himself in a more favorable situation, so fantasy managers in Superflex setups with room on the roster may want to consider stashing him. Wilson started three games this season, throwing for 778 yards, three touchdowns, and three picks while completing a career-low 59.1% of his attempts.
From RotoBaller
New York Giants QB Russell Wilson is expected to be a trade option leading up to the NFL trade deadline, according to sources.
Fantasy Spin: Wilson could receive interest from teams if they lose their quarterback in the next month, so fantasy players can keep an eye on the situation. He has not been a No. 1 fantasy quarterback in several years and would probably only be a No. 2 fantasy quarterback if he joined a new team.
From TheHuddle
New York Giants veteran quarterback Russell Wilson will not ask to be traded or released after being benched in favor of rookie first-rounder Jaxson Dart going into Week 4 against the Los Angeles Chargers, according to Ryan Dunleavy of the New York Post. It didn't take long for the Giants to move on from Wilson after signing him to a one-year deal in free agency, and head coach Brian Daboll said that Dart is going to be the starter for the rest of the year. Mr. Unlimited threw for 450 yards and three touchdowns in the Week 2 loss to the Dallas Cowboys, but in his other two starts, he combined for 328 yards, no touchdowns, and two interceptions. Fantasy managers who picked him up after his big Week 2 performance can obviously send him back to the waiver wire. The 36-year-old won't make another start for the G-Men unless Dart gets injured.

When asked by reporters about a potential quarterback change after the New York Giants' 22-9 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday night in Week 3 to drop them to 0-3, head coach Brian Daboll said, "We're evaluating everything." Wilson threw for 400-plus yards in a shootout loss to the Dallas Cowboys in Week 2, but he came crashing back down to Earth against a good KC defense, throwing for 160 yards, no touchdowns, and two interceptions in a 22-9 loss. Rookie first-rounder Jaxson Dart has come in for a couple of plays the last two weeks, but he has yet to attempt a pass. It's unclear if the G-Men are serious about benching Wilson and starting Dart in Week 4 against a tough Los Angeles Chargers defense, but it's clear that Dart's starting debut is coming sooner than later. Dart should be scooped up now if he's available in two-QB superflex leagues.
From RotoBaller
New York Giants QB Russell Wilson has been the starting quarterback for the first three games of the season, but head coach Brian Daboll said the team is evaluating the situation and will not say if Wilson will start in Week 4.
Fantasy Spin: Wilson played very well in Week 2 but only threw for 160 yards in Week 3 and had two interceptions during the game. Jaxson Dart will be the starter if the team decides to make a change but will only be a No. 2 fantasy quarterback at this point.
From TheHuddle
New York Giants quarterback Russell Wilson completed 18 of 32 pass attempts for 160 yards, tossing two interceptions in his team's 22-9 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. Wilson cooked the Cowboys for a tremendous 450 yards and three TDs in Week 2, but struggled to get anything going against a much more formidable defense. It's encouraging to see the veteran utilize his legs, even if he isn't as spry as he once was, as even 20 rushing yards a week will modestly raise his fantasy floor. Unfortunately, owners will be subject to clunkers such as this one, but New York is a pass-friendly environment as of now, with the team airing it out at the sixth-highest rate (62.23%). Wilson is more of a mid-back-end streaming option in the right matchups. Next weekend's meeting with the staunch Chargers' defense doesn't project to be one of them.
From RotoBaller
New York Giants QB Russell Wilson completed 18 of his 32 passing attempts for 150 yards, no touchdowns, and two interceptions in a Week 3 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. Wilson also ran the ball five times for 27 yards.
Fantasy Spin: Coming off his monster effort against Dallas, Wilson couldn't get anything going on Sunday night, and his deep balls were almost all ill-advised, leading to a couple of interceptions. With the team now 0-3, the clock officially starts ticking to get Jaxson Dart's trial by fire started. With upcoming games against the Chargers, Eagles twice, 49ers, and Broncos, they might choose to limp along with Wilson a bit longer, but would he be playable in any of those matchups? If he's your QB2, start looking for a replacement.
From TheHuddle
New York Giants quarterback Russell Wilson enters Week 3 with a strong outlook as he prepares to face the Kansas City Chiefs at home. After a slow start in Week 1, Wilson's explosive 450-yard, three-touchdown game against Dallas has vaulted him to the QB7 overall, averaging an impressive 23.8 fantasy points per game. The Chiefs' defense presents a beatable matchup. At the same time, they limit yardage, they have already surrendered three passing touchdowns, and have a below-average red zone defense that allows scores on 66.7% of opponent trips. Kansas City's vulnerability is confirmed by their fantasy ranking, where they sit 25th against the position by allowing 19.73 points per game against QBs, cementing Wilson as a possible fantasy start for the upcoming week.
From RotoBaller
Giants' QB Russell Wilson scored an impressive 35.80 fantasy points in Sunday's Week 2 loss in Dallas. Wilson threw for 450 yards on 30-of-41 with three touchdowns and one interception.
New York Giants quarterback Russell Wilson was one of the stars of Week 2, completing 30 of 41 pass attempts for 450 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception. Fans and analysts alike were calling for Wilson to be replaced by Giants rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart after a lackluster Week 1 performance, but Wilson may have solidified his QB1 status for at least the next few games with his Week 2 showing. The 36-year-old will have a difficult matchup in Week 3 against the Kansas City Chiefs, but there should be more hope for the Giants' offense in general after it dropped 37 points on the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday. Where available, Wilson should be added in all two-quarterback fantasy league formats.

Dynasty | Giants quarterback Russell Wilson completed 30-of-41 passes for 450 yards with three touchdowns and one interception in a heartbreaking loss to Dallas. Dynasty Analysis: The Giants let Russ cook and he nearly burned down the restaurant as he set a new career high in passing yards. His late interception was a killer but it's hard to blame him for this loss. Jaxson Dart did play a bit today but it seems that was because a pre-planned package was set for him. Wilson is still on a short leash but it would be stunning to see him benched after this one.

New York Giants quarterback Russell Wilson came ready to prove the doubters wrong during Sunday's matchup against the Dallas Cowboys. After a lackluster season opener, there was some speculation that Wilson would be benched in favor of rookie Jaxson Dart. The Giants stuck with Wilson and he gave them a great bounce back performance on Sunday. Wilson completed 30-of-41 passing attempts for 450 yards, with three touchdowns, and one interception in the overtime loss. Everything was going Wilson's way until he threw what looked like a miscommunication interception to end the game. The Giants did lose this game, but this performance should keep the heat off Wilson for a little longer. We'll see if he can carry this momentum into next week's matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs.
