Player Notes
Dec 7 10:03pm CT

Denver Broncos WR Courtland Sutton caught six of his 10 targets for 62 yards in a 24-17 win over the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 14.

Fantasy Spin: Sutton's production has been a little more volatile this season than last, but he has recorded at least 59 receiving yards in three straight games. Sutton can be a WR3 in most formats.

Denver Broncos WR Courtland Sutton had five receptions, 62 yards, and a touchdown versus the Washington Commanders in Week 13. He was targeted six times.

Fantasy Spin: After a strong start to the season, Sutton has delivered middling production or worse most of the past seven games. During that stretch he's topped 75 yards in a game only once, and Sunday night was just his second TD. With a lot of interchangeable parts in the passing game, Sutton isn't functioning like a true primary receiver right now. For fantasy owners, if you view him like a strong WR3 the numbers should be palatable.

Nov 16 10:33pm CT

Denver Broncos WR Courtland Sutton registered four receptions for 59 yards on eight targets in Week 11 against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Fantasy Spin: Sutton looked like a WR1 going into the season, but the emergence of Troy Franklin and Pat Bryant has caused Bo Nix to spread the wealth, and it's taking catches and yardage out of Sutton's pocket, much to the dismay of his fantasy managers. Treat him as more of a low-end WR2 in Week 13 once the team emerges from its bye.

Denver Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton continues to take a backseat to counterpart Troy Franklin in Thursday's 10-7 win over the Las Vegas Raiders. Sutton was actually third in line for targets and total receiving yards on the night, ending with just three catches on four targets for 24 yards, and zero touchdowns. For the record, quarterback Bo Nix seemed to have a rough outing against the Raiders and only provided 150 passing yards and one touchdown on the night. He will continue to be on the field for most offensive plays and should have more opportunities when the offense is in a better rhythm. Sutton will look to rebound in a highly anticipated matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 11.

From RotoBaller

Nov 7 1:13am CT

Denver Broncos WR Courtland Sutton caught three of four targeted passes for 24 yards in Week 10 against the Las Vegas Raiders.

Fantasy Spin: Sutton's 24-yard outing Thursday night marked the fourth time this year that the veteran has finished with 30 yards or less in a game. That's a lot for a No. 1 receiver. On the flip side, in his other six outings, Sutton has averaged 5.8 receptions and 85.5 yards. Minus better consistency, you can't view Sutton as a true WR1 for fantasy owners, but he's doing enough to be considered a decent WR2.

Denver Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton will look to resume his spot as the team's No. 1 wideout against the Las Vegas Raiders on Thursday night, despite having three different games where he caught one reception. In Week 9 against the stingy Houston Texans, Sutton's lone catch ended up going for a 30-yard touchdown reception that jump-started the Denver offense towards their comeback win. Counterpart Troy Franklin has been the leader in targets for the past two weeks straight. Still, it's arguable that Sutton's alpha spot in the offense isn't being threatened, as he just signed a four-year contract extension in July and continues to find the end zone. As RotoBaller's WR11 for the week, continue looking at Sutton with weekly scoring upside as a back-end WR1.

Nov 2 6:23pm CT

Denver Broncos WR Courtland Sutton caught just one of six targets, but it was a 30-yard touchdown, in Week 9 against the Houston Texans.

Fantasy Spin: Sutton grabbed his fourth touchdown pass of the season and is now halfway to last season's total. He's a solid WR 2 option but this is the third game this season he's had only one catch. Sutton's only had one 100-yard outing and six or fewer targets five times.

Denver Broncos WR Courtland Sutton caught four of his six targets for 67 yards in a 44-24 win over the Dallas Cowboys in Week 8.

Fantasy Spin: Sutton continues to put up solid numbers almost every week, and he has now topped 60 receiving yards and logged at least six targets in six of the eight games. Sutton is a high-floor WR3 with WR2 potential.

Oct 19 8:23pm CT

Denver Broncos WR Courtland Sutton caught six of his 10 targets for a team-high 87 yards in a 33-32 win over the New York Giants in Week 7.

Fantasy Spin: Sutton has topped 80 receiving yards for the fourth time in the last five games, and he has logged 10-plus targets in two of the last three contests. Sutton is locked in as Denver's No. 1 receiver, and a high-end WR3 for fantasy owners.

From TheHuddle

Oct 12 12:23pm CT

Denver Broncos WR Courtland Sutton caught one pass for 17 yards against the New York Jets in Week 6. He was targeted three times during the game.

Fantasy Spin: The Broncos had a hard time moving the ball during the game, so Sutton was not able to connect with Bo Nix. He has caught at least five passes in four of his six games this season and has posted at least 60 yards in each of those games. He will look to bounce back next week and can be a No. 3 receiver in fantasy leagues.

From TheHuddle

Oct 11 7:40am CT

Although Denver Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton will face star cornerback Sauce Gardner and the New York Jets defense, he will likely lead the team in targets as they take the field in London. Sutton has been a consistent player this season, outside of a Week 2 dud, in which Troy Franklin had a breakout game. With averages of 13.5 half-ppr ppg and 16.1 full-ppr ppg coming into Week 6, Sutton is likely the only fully reliable option within the Broncos' core against a defense that typically gets exploited by the run game more than the pass. Fantasy managers should keep him in their lineups as a WR2 with upside, as Sutton comes in as WR15 in the latest RotoBaller rankings for Week 6.
