Denver Broncos wide receiver Troy Franklin caught his fourth touchdown in four weeks in Thursday's 10-7 win over the Las Vegas Raiders. He finished with five catches for 40 yards and a touchdown in Thursday's victory. Broncos head coach Sean Payton has consistently schemed Franklin into the offense as the season has progressed, and Franklin once again paced the team in targets with nine. The 22-year-old continued to have some disappointing plays, one in particular in which he earned a target that could've been a good chunk of yardage, which bounced off his chest to become an interception in the fourth quarter. After finishing with five catches for 40 yards and a touchdown, Franklin certainly rewarded those who trusted him enough as a WR3/ flex option in Week 10 lineups, and he will look to find the end zone again in next Sunday's matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs.
From RotoBaller
Denver Broncos wide receiver Troy Franklin will strive to lead the team in targets for a third straight game against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 10. Despite being on the field for fewer snaps throughout the season than teammate Courtland Sutton, Franklin has now surpassed Sutton for the time being with 21.05% of the offensive target share compared to Sutton's 20.39% target share. It's safe to say that Franklin is making a name for himself within the Broncos offense, and with head coach Sean Payton integrating him more into the playbook, we could see weekly upside from him. Franklin is RotoBaller's WR35 for the week and can be trusted as a strong WR3/ Flex option against the Raiders.

Denver Broncos wide receiver Troy Franklin had a modest game in his team's Week 9 win over the Houston Texans, recording four catches for 27 yards. However, Franklin led the team in targets (10) for the second straight week. Perhaps most notably, Franklin has now matched or exceeded the target volume of presumed Broncos WR1 Courtland Sutton in four consecutive games. Across nine games in 2025, Franklin has hauled in 37 catches for 385 yards and four touchdowns on 64 targets, two more targets than Sutton has seen (62) across the same number of games. In any fantasy leagues where Franklin is not already rostered, he's a priority waiver-wire target due to his emerging role in Denver heading into a favorable Week 10 matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders.
From RotoBaller
Through eight games this season, Denver Broncos wide receiver Troy Franklin has recorded 33 catches for 358 yards and four touchdowns. The 22-year-old has played some of his best football of late, hauling in nine catches for 108 yards and three touchdowns on 18 targets over his last two games. Franklin appears to be emerging as the clear WR2 in Denver alongside Courtland Sutton. Franklin's target share could be even more solidified in Week 9 against the Houston Texans, as Broncos wideout Marvin Mims Jr. (concussion) will be sidelined due to a concussion. If there's a concern for Franklin's outlook in Week 9, it's the strength of the Houston defense. The Texans have allowed the third-fewest passing yards (1,375) and the fewest passing touchdowns (six) in the NFL through eight weeks. Still, Franklin profiles as a low-end WR3/flex option for fantasy managers in Week 9.

Denver Broncos second-year wide receiver Troy Franklin has drawn real attention off the waiver wire in fantasy leagues over the last two weeks after catching nine of his 18 targets for 108 yards and three touchdowns in wins over the Dallas Cowboys and New York Giants. Franklin's chemistry with quarterback Bo Nix from their days in college at Oregon is starting to manifest itself after a lackluster rookie campaign in 2024. Through eight weeks, the 22-year-old ranks second behind Courtland Sutton in receiving yards for Denver with 358, and he leads the Broncos with his four touchdowns. Franklin is now rostered in just under 50% of fantasy leagues on Yahoo, and with Marvin Mims Jr. now dealing with a concussion and questionable to play in Week 9 against the Houston Texans, he could find the end zone for a third straight week. Disclaimer: Since Franklin's last 89-yard performance in Week 2, he failed to eclipse 50 receiving yards in four of five games.
From RotoBaller
Denver's WR Troy Franklin scored 26.90 fantasy points in Sunday's Week 8 win against the Cowboys. Franklin caught six passes for 89 yards with two touchdowns. It's the 1st time this season Franklin scored at least 25 fantasy points in a game.
Denver Broncos wide receiver Troy Franklin is beginning to build more chemistry with quarterback Bo Nix. Over the last two games, Franklin has seen 18 targets and hauled in nine receptions for 100-plus yards with three touchdowns. The 22-year-old posted a few decent games early in the season, but has really come alive as of late. The two-score effort on Sunday will make Franklin the top waiver priority in plenty of fantasy formats. The six-catch contest in Week 8 was the most for Franklin since Week 2. He has shown an ability to make plays and figures to be a viable flex option going forward.

Denver Broncos wide receiver Troy Franklin falls to the third option for Broncos quarterback Bo Nix while facing the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 5. He caught three of five targets for 35 yards in Sunday's 21-17 win over the Eagles. Courtland Sutton and Evan Engram were first and second on the team with 10 and six targets. While Franklin has seemed to be on the field the second most out of any of the receiving group, the 22-year-old has been underwhelming for fantasy lineups since his explosive outing in Week 2. With Broncos head coach Sean Payton preferring taller wide receivers, this could be one of the primary reasons Franklin has been on the field more than anyone else. Still, he will need to capitalize on his opportunities more frequently before he can be trusted in fantasy lineups. Franklin is a boom or bust FLEX option in a plus matchup against the New York Jets in Week 6.
From RotoBaller
After posting a dud in week 3 after a breakout game in Week 2, Denver Broncos wide receiver Troy Franklin led the team with eight targets in Monday's win over the Bengals. With the Philadelphia Eagles having a middle-of-the-pack pass defense (ranked 15th), Franklin can continue to be a focal point. At the same time, the Eagles are forced to focus on Courtland Sutton and Marvin Mims Jr. Broncos quarterback Bo Nix has seemingly favored Franklin as the WR2 on the offense, considering he has the same amount of targets as Sutton on the season. In what could be a defensive game for both sides, feel confident in starting Franklin as a WR3/ FLEX option as he comes in as RotoBaller's WR35 for Week 5.
From RotoBaller
Denver Broncos wide receiver Troy Franklin has certainly taken a step forward during his second pro season, but he still isn't a very reliable fantasy option heading into Week 4 against the Cincinnati Bengals. Franklin broke out with eight catches and a touchdown in Week 2, but in his two other games, he averaged just three catches, 26 yards, and zero touchdowns. Without consistent production, the Oregon product ranks as a low-end WR4 and is a bit too risky to insert into lineups. That's especially true this week against the Cincinnati Bengals. While Cincinnati is limping right now with Joe Burrow (toe) sidelined, they've been solid against the pass, whether it's due to good defensive play or Cincinnati's opponents routinely running the ball with a sizable lead. The Bengals have allowed the 13th-fewest receiving yards and fifth-fewest touchdowns to wide receivers in 2025. Franklin can be left on the bench in most leagues.

Denver Broncos wide receiver Troy Franklin currently leads the team in catches (12), targets (15), and receiving yards (133). He had four grabs for 44 yards in the Week 1 win over the Titans. However, the 22-year-old turned up the volume in the Week 2 loss to the Indianapolis Colts by amassing eight receptions for 89 yards and one touchdown. Despite his production throughout the Broncos' first two contests, he's still not a threat to overthrow Courtland Sutton for the No. 1 spot on the depth chart, at least not as of right now. Denver will meet the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 3. While the Chargers defense could be a problem, Franklin can still be viewed as at least a flex option in most fantasy formats, especially since it appears he has a good thing going with former collegiate teammate and current Broncos quarterback Bo Nix.

Denver Broncos quarterback Bo Nix said that second-year wide receiver Troy Franklin is "starting to develop into the player everyone knows he can become." Franklin, who was teammates with Nix at Oregon, had a breakout game in the Week 2 loss to the Indianapolis Colts, catching eight of his nine targets for 89 yards and a touchdown. The 22-year-old wideout currently leads the Broncos in targets (15), catches (12), and receiving yards (133) through the first two games in 2025. Franklin probably won't take over WR1 duties from Courtland Sutton, but a second-year breakout could very well be in the cards for him, especially because of his strong chemistry with Nix. His primary competition for weekly targets will come from Marvin Mims Jr., who is more of a big-play deep threat than one who will be consistently peppered with targets. If you need WR help early on, Franklin is definitely worth a waiver-wire pickup.
