Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Rachaad White is coming off a lackluster performance against the Detroit Lions last week. White rushed 10 times for 38 yards, while hauling in four receptions for an additional six yards through the air. The Bucs were playing from behind for basically the entire game, so they were exactly committed to the rushing attack. White will remain the lead back for at least one more week with Bucky Irving (foot, shoulder) still sidelined. The assumption is that White will bounce back against the shaky New Orleans Saints defense. White should be able to offer high-end RB2 value for this weekend.
From RotoBaller
Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Rachaad White is expected to make his third straight start during the Week 7 matchup against the Detroit Lions. The Bucs are going to be without Bucky Irving (foot) for at least one more game. White has stepped up and played well in the absence of Irving. He has rushed for over 100 yards with three touchdowns over the last two games. Given the Bucs shorthanded offense, White figures to once again have a significant role in the offense on Monday night. This team is already without Jalen McMillan (neck) and Chris Godwin (leg), but might also be missing Mike Evans (hamstring) and Emeka Egbuka (hamstring) in Week 7. That being said, White could be asked to do more receiving work than normal. The 26-year-old figures to be heavily involved and should be a solid RB2 for this Week 7 contest.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Rachaad White has really stepped up in the team's lead-back role the last two weeks with Bucky Irving (foot, shoulder) nursing multiple injuries. In the 30-19 win over the visiting San Francisco 49ers on Sunday in Week 6, White stayed productive with a team-leading 17 rushing attempts for 65 yards and a touchdown while adding three catches on three targets for 21 additional yards. The 26-year-old hasn't been all that productive with his touches the last two weeks since seeing an expanded role in the backfield, but he has delivered for fantasy managers with a nose for the end zone, scoring three total times in the last two games with Irving out. It's unclear if Irving will return in Week 7 against the Detroit Lions on Monday Night Football, but if he misses a third straight game, White will maintain his plug-and-play RB2 status in fantasy.
From RotoBaller
Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Rachaad White is set to make another start this Sunday versus the San Francisco 49ers. White made his first start of the season during last week's win over the Seattle Seahawks. The 26-year-old rushed 14 times for 41 yards with two touchdowns. He also hauled in four receptions for an additional 30 yards through the air. White figures to remain a focal point on offense with Bucky Irving (foot), Mike Evans (hamstring), and Chris Godwin (leg) all expected to miss Week 6. The Bucs really have no choice but to get White involved. He's a capable option in both the running and receiving game, which gives him borderline RB1 value for this weekend.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Rachaad White filled in admirably for Bucs RB1 Bucky Irving (shoulder, foot) in Week 5. White logged 71 yards from scrimmage and two touchdowns on 18 total touches in a tough matchup against the Seattle Seahawks. With Irving likely set to miss a second straight game in Week 6 against the San Francisco 49ers, White appears to be in line to once again shoulder a significant portion of Tampa Bay's backfield touches. Overall, White has recorded 213 yards from scrimmage and three touchdowns on 49 total touches across five games this season. He profiles as a must-start, borderline fantasy RB1 in Week 6 against San Francisco.
From RotoBaller
Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Rachaad White took full advantage of his opportunity to be the team's RB1 in Week 5 with Bucky Irving (shoulder, foot) sidelined by injury. White recorded 71 yards from scrimmage and two touchdowns on 18 total touches, and has now logged 213 yards from scrimmage and three scores on 49 total touches for the season. With Irving's status in doubt for Week 6 against the San Francisco 49ers, White looks poised for another week with a significant workload. The 26-year-old is a must-start running back in Week 6 and has a good chance to maintain that status for as long as Irving is unable to play.
From RotoBaller
Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles said that the team still views running back Rachaad White as a lead back, and now they have two of them with Bucky Irving (foot, shoulder), according to Pewter Report. Bowles added that White is very professional, is a great teammate, and is a great team player. With Irving sitting out of the Week 5 win over the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday, White operated as Tampa's clear lead back and rewarded fantasy managers who had been stashing them on their bench with 14 carries for 41 yards and two touchdowns in the 38-35 victory. The 26-year-old added four catches for an additional 30 yards. The two touchdowns were nice, but White wasn't very efficient as a runner, averaging just 2.9 yards per carry. White's Week 6 fantasy value will depend entirely on whether Irving is back to face the San Francisco 49ers. If Irving misses a second straight game, White will be a plug-and-play RB2 again.

Filling in for the injured Bucky Irving (shoulder, foot), Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Rachaad White recorded 14 carries for 41 yards and two touchdowns in his team's 38-35 Week 5 win over the Seattle Seahawks. White also chipped in four catches for 30 yards. The 26-year-old looks like the clear lead back in Tampa Bay while Irving is sidelined. In Week 5, White earned 18 touches while fellow Bucs running back Sean Tucker earned just six. White now has 212 yards from scrimmage and three touchdowns on 49 total touches through five games. For as long as Irving is out, White could provide solid fantasy RB2 production.
From RotoBaller
Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Rachaad White will serve as the lead back for Sunday's Week 5 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks. The Bucs are without Bucky Irving (foot) for this game, so White will step up into his role. According to Ian Rapoport, White is going to receive the vast majority of carries during Sunday's game. White has been limited to six carries or less in three of the first four games of the season. However, it appears the 26-year-old is going to get a legitimate chance to show what he can do. Given his pass-catching ability as well, White should be able to offer RB2 value for this weekend. Sean Tucker and Josh Williams should be involved as well, but White is the clear favorite in terms of fantasy value.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Rachaad White will move into the lead back role for Sunday's Week 5 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks. The Bucs will be without Bucky Irving (foot) for at least Sunday's game, but possibly longer. That being said, White will get a chance to make an impact after a slow start to the season. Through four games, White has rushed the ball 23 times for 108 yards with one touchdown while hauling in eight receptions for an additional 34 yards through the air. At times, White has shown the ability to be a capable dual-threat back. He'll get a favorable matchup against the Seattle defense this weekend. White should see enough touches to be able to provide flex value for Week 5.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Rachaad White could be in line for an expanded workload in Week 5 against the Seattle Seahawks. White has been efficient to start the 2025 season, totaling 142 yards on 32 touches, including the game-winning touchdown in Week 2 against Houston. His 4.7 yards per carry mark is a career high and currently ranks 18th in the NFL. With starter Bucky Irving dealing with an injury from the Week 4 loss to Philadelphia, White may be asked to step back into a featured role. If Irving sits, White projects as a strong RB2 option and is a must-own in all fantasy leagues.
From RotoBaller
Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Rachaad White put together a disappointing performance during last Sunday's game versus the New York Jets. White rushed the ball five times for 12 yards while hauling in his lone target for two yards in the win. This was a disappointing performance after White showed some signs of life in Week 2. Lead back Bucky Irving saw over 20 carries in Week 3, so clearly White is a distant No. 2 in the backfield. His lack of usage makes him an extremely risky flex option for Week 4 against the Philadelphia Eagles. White is really only worth stashing because he's the No. 2 option and would see increased carries if Irving misses time.
