New Orleans Saints RB Alvin Kamara (ankle, knee) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Dec. 3.
Fantasy Spin: Kamara did not play in the Week 13 game because of the injuries and could miss another game if he does not practice at some point this week. He is at least a flex option when healthy, but fantasy players will need other options ready in case he is ruled out.
From TheHuddle
New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara (ankle, knee) is missing another practice on Wednesday, according to Greg Auman of FOX Sports. Kamara sprained his MCL in the Week 12 loss to the Atlanta Falcons and did not play in the Week 13 loss to the Miami Dolphins after missing practice all of last week. With the Saints well out of playoff contention, it seems likely that the 30-year-old will miss another game this weekend when the team takes on the division-rival Tampa Bay Buccaneers. With Kamara out last Sunday, rookie Devin Neal made his first career start and played a season-high 82% of the offensive snaps, taking 17 touches for 69 yards from scrimmage. In a plus matchup, Neal will be on the RB2/3 borderline for fantasy managers as New Orleans' lead back if Kamara is forced to sit out another game.
From RotoBaller
New Orleans Saints RB Alvin Kamara (ankle, knee) did not participate in practice Friday, Nov. 28, and has been ruled out for Week 13. WR Chris Olave (back) was limited during practice and is listed as questionable. RB Devin Neal (ankle) and OT Taliese Fuaga (ankle) fully participated in practice and are not on the injury report.
From TheHuddle
New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara (ankle, knee) has been ruled out for his team's Week 13 matchup against the Miami Dolphins, per ESPN's Katherine Terrell. Kamara has been managing an ankle issue for much of the season, and he suffered a knee sprain in Week 12 that is expected to cause him to miss some time. With Kamara and running back Kendre Miller (knee) sidelined, New Orleans will likely turn to rookie sixth-rounder Devin Neal as its lead back against Miami. Neal has recorded 125 scrimmage yards on 29 touches across seven games played so far this season. The Saints also have former Broncos running back Audric Estime in their backfield mix, and tight end Taysom Hill is always a candidate for some short-yardage rushing work. With Kamara out, Neal profiles as a low-end fantasy RB2 in Week 13.
From RotoBaller
New Orleans Saints RB Alvin Kamara (knee) has been ruled out of the Week 13 game but is not a candidate for the Reserve/Injured list, according to head coach Kellen Moore.
Fantasy Spin: Devin Neal will see most of the work at running back while Kamara is sidelined. He should be involved in both the running and passing game in Week 13 and can be a flex option in fantasy leagues.
From TheHuddle
New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara (ankle, knee) was listed as a non-participant in Thursday's practice, according to Katherine Terrell of ESPN. Kamara missed practice for the second consecutive day and is trending toward missing his first game of the season in Week 13 against the Miami Dolphins. The 30-year-old suffered a knee sprain during New Orleans' Week 12 loss to the Atlanta Falcons and is expected to miss some time. He'll have one more opportunity to practice on Friday, but in all likelihood, it will be rookie Devin Neal leading the backfield on Sunday in Miami. Neal handled seven carries for 18 yards along with five catches (seven targets) for 43 yards in Kamara's absence last week, and offers RB2 value in Week 13 assuming Kamara is out.
From RotoBaller
New Orleans Saints RB Alvin Kamara (ankle, knee) and WR Chris Olave (back) did not participate in practice Thursday, Nov. 27. RB Devin Neal (ankle) was limited during practice, while OT Taliese Fuaga (ankle) fully participated in practice.
From TheHuddle
New Orleans Saints RB Alvin Kamara (ankle, knee) did not participate in practice Thursday, Nov. 27.
Fantasy Spin: Kamara has missed the first two practices of the week and appears to be in danger of missing the Week 13 game. Fantasy players will know more about his status after the last practice of the week but should have other options ready in case he is ruled out.
From TheHuddle
New Orleans Saints RB Alvin Kamara (knee) did not practice on Thursday, Nov. 27.
Fantasy Spin: Kamara missing two straight days of practice is not a good sign for his Week 13 potential. Fantasy shareholders should have a backup plan in place in the event he does not play.

New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara (knee, ankle) was a non-participant during Wednesday's practice session. Kamara was forced to exit early during Sunday's loss to the Atlanta Falcons. He underwent an MRI, which revealed that Kamara is dealing with a sprain. There are still two more days for Kamara to get healthy enough to play, but fantasy managers should prepare to be without him. If he sits, Devin Neal figures to take over as the lead back for the Week 13 matchup against the Miami Dolphins. Neal could offer RB2 value if he takes over the starting gig this weekend.

New Orleans Saints RB Alvin Kamara (ankle, knee) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Nov. 26. OT Taliese Fuaga (ankle), RB Devin Neal (ankle) and WR Chris Olave (back) were limited during practice.
From TheHuddle
New Orleans Saints RB Alvin Kamara (ankle, knee) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Nov. 26.
Fantasy Spin: Kamara's availability for Week 13 is uncertain at this point, so fantasy players should check on his status later in the week. He will see a good amount of targets if he plays and can be a flex option in fantasy leagues.
From TheHuddle
New Orleans Saints RB Alvin Kamara (knee) suffered a sprained medial collateral ligament in his knee in Week 12 against the Atlanta Falcons, according to a source. It's uncertain how much time, if any, Kamara will miss, but he has often beat timelines to return.
Fantasy Spin: If Kamara is sidelined for Week 13, and perhaps longer, Devin Neal would get the starting nod in the backfield. He would only be worth a look as a RB4 or flex fantasy option, as the Saints are a bad football team who can get away from the run for large chunks of the game when playing from behind.
From TheHuddle
New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara's (knee) MRI exam showed an MCL sprain, a source told Nick Underhill of New Orleans Football. Kamara avoided a major injury in Sunday's loss to the Atlanta Falcons in Week 12, but it's unclear if he'll be forced to miss time. It's possible that the 30-year-old misses time, but he is not dealing with a long-term injury. Fantasy managers should expect Kamara to miss at least one game, which means that rookie Devin Neal would be in line for lead-back duties in a strong matchup in Week 13 against the Miami Dolphins. Kamara has been a major disappointment for fantasy managers in 2025 in a struggling Saints offense. He had only three carries for 11 yards and caught both his targets for four yards on Sunday before leaving early. Neal finished with seven carries for 18 yards and caught five of seven targets for 43 yards through the air. Taysom Hill had a team-high 10 carries for 17 yards and will also be much more involved in the backfield for the Saints if Kamara misses time going forward.
From RotoBaller
Updating a previous report, New Orleans Saints RB Alvin Kamara (knee) is believed to have suffered a sprained knee in the Week 12 game against the Atlanta Falcons. He is scheduled for an MRI to determine the full extent of the injury, but the hope is that he avoided a major injury.
Fantasy Spin: If Kamara is forced to miss time, Devin Neal would be the biggest beneficiary from a fantasy perspective. The Saints likely would use Taysom Hill in the backfield for some trick plays. We'll wait to find out more about Kamara after his MRI results.
From TheHuddle
New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara (knee) will undergo an MRI as the team continues to evaluate his status, according to Nick Underhill of New Orleans Football. Kamara exited during the first half of Sunday's loss against the Atlanta Falcons and was quickly ruled out. He finished the game with just five touches and 15 scrimmage yards. New Orleans can't exactly afford another long-term running back injury, as Kendre Miller (knee) is already on injured reserve. If Kamara misses extended time, the Saints will be forced to proceed with rookie Devin Neal as their lead back. Neal has intriguing draft capital as a sixth-round pick, but he had just 17 total touches prior to this week. Kamara will have seven days to get healthy before the Saints return to action against the Miami Dolphins next Sunday.
From RotoBaller
New Orleans Saints RB Alvin Kamara (knee) left the Week 12 game against the Atlanta Falcons in the second half due to a knee injury, and he will not return. He finished with three runs for 11 yards, while adding two receptions for four yards on two targets before checking out.
Fantasy Spin: It's uncertain if Kamara has a serious injury or not, but he is on a bad team, and he likely won't be in a hurry to play. He was a question mark due to an ankle injury heading into Week 12, and now he picked up a knee. If he misses time, Devin Neal figures to get a long look in leading the backfield.
From TheHuddle
New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara (knee) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's Week 12 matchup against the Atlanta Falcons. Kamara twisted his knee in the first half of this contest. He went to the locker room and won't return for the second half of Sunday's game. He'll finish this game with three rushing attempts for 11 yards, while hauling in two receptions for an additional four yards. Devin Neal figures to take over as the lead back for the rest of this game. It's unclear at the moment if Kamara will be available for the Week 13 matchup against the Miami Dolphins.
