Seattle Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp caught three of his four targets for 24 yards in a 26-0 win over the Minnesota Vikings in Week 13.

Fantasy Spin: Kupp has been held under 25 receiving yards in three straight games, and he has been held to three catches or less in six straight. With the Seattle passing attack revolving around Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Kupp hasn't been left with much. At best, Kupp is a WR5.

From TheHuddle

Nov 28 5:30pm CT

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Cooper Kupp is not a great fantasy option in Week 13 against the Minnesota Vikings. He is not receiving enough volume to provide consistent fantasy production. Kupp has been ok in games in which the Seahawks have been forced to put up a lot of points. With the Vikings struggling offensively, the Seahawks should be able to roll to victory in Week 13. Kupp's services are unlikely to be needed. The Vikings are also No. 2 against opposing wide receivers in fantasy. While slot receivers such as Kupp are often immune to those types of statistics, Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold is so indexed on wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba that it does not matter. Kupp should remain out of lineups in Week 13.

Seattle Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp (rest) was limited in practice on Friday, Nov. 28, and no longer appears on the injury report.

Fantasy Spin: Kupp has not had the same impact with the Seahawks as he did with the Rams. He does not have a large target share in the offense, but he can be a flex play in deeper leagues against a thin Vikings' secondary.

DE Rylie Mills (knee), LB Uchenna Nwosu (ankle), S Ty Okada (oblique) and RB Kenneth Walker III (glute) were limited during practice. Seattle Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp (non-injury) fully participated in practice Thursday, Nov. 27.

Fantasy Spin: Kupp has caught at least three passes in only one of his last five games and has 40 yards or less in four of those games. He will see a few targets this week against the Minnesota Vikings but can be avoided in most fantasy leagues.

From TheHuddle

Nov 26 6:43pm CT

Seattle Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp (rest) was listed as a limited participant in practice Wednesday, Nov. 26, getting a partial day of rest.

Fantasy Spin: Kupp has tailed off tremendously from a fantasy perspective, and he is only worth starting on a regular basis in deeper PPR leagues at this point of the season.

From TheHuddle

Nov 23 6:33pm CT

Seattle Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp ended up with two receptions for 24 yards on four targets in Week 12 against the Tennessee Titans.

Fantasy Spin: Kupp has been a shell of his former self from a fantasy perspective. He remains useful as a WR4 or flex fantasy option in PPR leagues, but he is far from a must-start option any longer. He'll look to do more in Week 13 against the Minnesota Vikings.

From TheHuddle

Nov 21 5:50pm CT

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Cooper Kupp should not be on your fantasy radar in a Week 12 face-off with the Tennessee Titans. Kupp continues to be important to what the Seahawks do on offense. He is a great veteran option who has been solid on important downs. However, Kupp's role does not translate to fantasy success. Kupp has only topped 59 receiving yards twice this season. He is not receiving consistent or high-quality volume. Even in a great matchup with the Titans, Kupp should not be in lineups. He is likely to be a background piece for Seattle in a game they should win with ease. At this point, Kupp may not even be worth rostering. He will have a fantasy-relevant game here and there, but they will be difficult to predict.

From RotoBaller

Nov 16 8:03pm CT

Seattle Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp caught three of his seven targets for 23 yards in a 21-19 loss to the Los Angeles Rams in Week 11.

Fantasy Spin: Kupp had more targets against his former team than he had in the three previous games combined. Unfortunately, he still finished with a forgettable stat line. With Jaxon Smith-Njigba attracting most of the attention of Sam Darnold, the rest of the Seattle receivers are fighting for the leftovers. Kupp looks like a WR4 or WR5 at this point.

Seattle Seahawks WR Tory Horton (groin, shin) and Jalen Sundell (knee) did not participate in practice Friday, Nov. 14, and have been ruled out for Week 11. AJ Barner (calf), WR Jake Bobo (calf), S Coby Bryant (non-injury), OG Christian Haynes (pectoral), CB Josh Jobe (concussion), LB Ernest Jones (knee), WR Cooper Kupp (hamstring, wrist), WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba (non-injury), WR Cody White (abdomen) and DE Leonard Williams (wrist) fully participated in practice and are not on the injury report.

From TheHuddle

Nov 14 6:23pm CT

Seattle Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp (hamstring, wrist) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 14, and is not on the injury report for Week 11.

Fantasy Spin: Kupp is coming off one of his best games of the season but has been only targeted six times over the last three games. He should see a handful of targets this week and can be a flex option in fantasy leagues.

From TheHuddle

Nov 14 6:20pm CT

Cooper Kupp (hamstring/wrist) looks like he will play on Sunday against the Los Angeles Rams. Kupp was a question mark entering this week, but he did enough during practice to receive the go-ahead.. Unfortunately, Kupp should be overlooked as a fantasy option. The volume simply is not there for the veteran. To make matters worse, the Rams are one of the better defenses in the NFL. This does not project to necessarily be a high-volume passing game between two teams with stellar defenses. Kupp has exceeded three targets on just three occasions this season. With the addition of wide receiver Rashid Shaheed at the trade deadline, Kupp figures to cede more volume in this offense. Seattle may give Kupp chances to prove to his old team that he still has what it takes in this league, but do not bank on that narrative. You are better off with Kupp on your bench this week.

From RotoBaller

Nov 13 8:03pm CT

Seattle Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp (hamstring, wrist) was a full participant in practice Thursday, Nov. 13.

Fantasy Spin: Kupp has become more of a big-play option in recent weeks. He has a total of just five receptions over the last three games, but he is averaging 29.2 yards per reception in that stretch. Surviving on big plays isn't a recipe for consistency, making Kupp more of a WR4.

Seattle Seahawks WR Tory Horton (groin, shin) and C Jalen Sundell (knee) did not participate in practice Thursday, Nov. 13. From TheHuddle

Nov 12 7:33pm CT

Seattle Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp (hamstring, wrist) was able to take part in a full practice session Wednesday, Nov. 12.

Fantasy Spin: Kupp was able to make it through the entirety of the game in Week 10, and he had two receptions for 74 yards, including a 67-yard catch and run which nearly went for a touchdown. He was able to play 33 of the 62 offensive snaps (53 percent) and one on special teams. He is a solid WR4 or flex option in PPR leagues, with lesser appeal in standard formats.

From TheHuddle

Nov 9 8:33pm CT

Seattle Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp caught both of his targets for 74 yards in a 44-22 win over the Arizona Cardinals in Week 10.

Fantasy Spin: Kupp salvaged his stat line with a 67-yard reception, but he has now finished with two receptions or less in three straight games. With Jaxon Smith-Njigba emerging as a one of the premier receivers in the NFL, Kupp has slid into WR5 territory.

From TheHuddle

Nov 9 1:53pm CT

Seattle Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp (hamstring, hand) is officially active for the Week 10 game.

Fantasy Spin: Kupp has not been a big part of the passing game recently but should still see a handful of targets against the Arizona Cardinals. He can be a possible flex option in deeper leagues but is not a strong fantasy option.
