Minnesota Vikings running back Aaron Jones Sr. (shoulder) is currently listed as questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Seattle Seahawks. Jones landed awkwardly on his shoulder during a three-yard catch in the third quarter. This is not good news, considering Jones was on the injury report with a shoulder issue. Given the box score, Jones is unlikely to return with this game being a blowout. Jordan Mason would see increased chances if Jones is unable to play. If he doesn't return, Jones will finish with six rushing attempts for three yards, while hauling in four passes for 22 additional yards through the air.
From RotoBaller
Minnesota Vikings RB Aaron Jones (shoulder) left the Week 13 game against the Seattle Seahawks in the second half due to a shoulder injury. His return is questionable. Jones had just six runs for only three yards, while totaling four receptions for 22 yards on four targets before departing.
Fantasy Spin: It's uncertain if Jones will be able to return, but he was visibly upset on the sidelines, throwing his gloves in disgust after emerging from the blue medical tent. If Jones is sidelined, Jordan Mason would likely carry the mail the rest of the way.
From TheHuddle
Minnesota Vikings running back Aaron Jones Sr. has been solid when available, but a bad draw in Week 13 against Seattle makes him a risky start in fantasy lineups. Jones has finished between No. 12 and No. 27 among PPR running backs in four straight games, even in the midst of the team's offensive struggles, but this week may bring a new level of unpredictability. Due to injuries, Minnesota will play undrafted rookie quarterback Max Brosmer, who has never started an NFL game. They will also be without left guard Donovan Jackson (ankle), while standout left tackle Christian Darrisaw (knee, foot) is questionable. All of this comes against a Seattle defense that ranks seventh against PPR running backs. Jones gets enough receiving work to be in RB3/flex consideration, but managers can't be faulted for avoiding the Vikings' offense this week.
From RotoBaller
Minnesota Vikings RB Aaron Jones rushed nine times for 41 yards in Week 12 against the Green Bay Packers, and he had three receptions for 16 yards on four targets.
Fantasy Spin: Jones has at least three receptions in each of his past three games, and at least 11 total backfield touches in the past four outings. He is still best used as a RB3 or flex fantasy option, as he has just one touchdown in the four-game span.
From TheHuddle
Minnesota Vikings running back Aaron Jones Sr. finished Sunday with 41 yards on nine carries and caught three of four targets for 19 yards as the Vikings lost convincingly, 23-6, on Sunday at Green Bay. Jones did well enough in his limited usage, but the Vikings ran only 45 plays and gained 145 total yards, which included a total of four yards in the second half. Minnesota surrendered five sacks, quarterback J.J. McCarthy threw two more interceptions without a touchdown, and the Vikings committed a special teams turnover that doomed the day. Fantasy managers still got something from Jones, even on an awful day, which is the closest thing to a silver lining the Vikings have at the moment. Minnesota will travel to Seattle in Week 13.
From RotoBaller
Minnesota Vikings RB Aaron Jones is averaging 5.7 yards per carry and 82.7 yards from scrimmage in three games since returning from injury.
Fantasy Spin: Jones is coming off a season-high 19 touches last week, and he appears to be separating himself from Jordan Mason in the backfield. Between his efficiency on the ground and his role in the passing game, Jones looks like a strong flex option with RB2 potential.
From TheHuddle
Minnesota Vikings DE Jonathan Greenard (shoulder) was limited in practice on Friday, Nov. 21, and is listed as questionable for Week 12 against the Green Bay Packers. C Ryan Kelly (concussion) practiced in full on Friday and is listed as questionable. S Harrison Smith (rest), DL Javon Hagrave (rest), and DL Jonathan Allen (rest) were limited in practice on Friday and no longer appear on the injury report. OT Christian Darrisaw (knee), G Will Fries (knee), and RB Aaron Jones (shoulder) practiced in full on Friday and no longer appear on the injury report.
From TheHuddle
Minnesota Vikings RB Aaron Jones (shoulder) practiced in full all week and no longer appears on the injury report.
Fantasy Spin: Jones has been a dual-threat in the Vikings' backfield when healthy in 2025. He is worth installing as a flex option due to his receiving ability on top of what he can do on the ground.
From TheHuddle
The Minnesota Vikings have been among the most unpredictable teams in the league this season, but running back Aaron Jones Sr. (shoulder) is off the injury report and set to get the majority of backfield work against the Green Bay Packers in Week 12. The former Green Bay draft pick is earning regular work in the Vikings' passing game with 12 targets in the past two weeks, and with 22 overall touches last week alone, he's been the team's preferred option over Jordan Mason. The Packers are a tough matchup, ranking third in yards per carry against and 12th against PPR running backs, but Jones has finished within the top 25 at his position three weeks in a row, even as the Vikings have struggled. While the overall circumstances aren't ideal, Jones has demonstrated a reliable enough fantasy floor that he can be considered in an RB3/flex role this week.
From RotoBaller
Minnesota Vikings OT Christian Darrisaw (knee) did not participate in practice Thursday, Nov. 20. OG Will Fries (knee) and DE Jonathan Greenard (shoulder) were limited during practice. RB Aaron Jones (shoulder) and C Ryan Kelly (concussion) fully participated in practice.
From TheHuddle
Minnesota Vikings RB Aaron Jones (shoulder) fully participated in practice Thursday, Nov. 20.
Fantasy Spin: Jones should be able to handle his normal workload this week in the running game and will probably also see a few targets in the passing game. He can be considered a No. 2 running back or flex option in fantasy leagues.
From TheHuddle
Minnesota Vikings OG Will Fries (knee) and DE Jonathan Greenard (shoulder) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Nov. 19. OT Christian Darrisaw (knee), RB Aaron Jones (shoulder) and C Ryan Kelly (concussion) fully participated in practice.
From TheHuddle
Minnesota Vikings RB Aaron Jones (shoulder) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Nov. 19.
Fantasy Spin: Jones is coming off one of his best games of the season last week and received 19 touches during the game. He should see a good amount of touches again this week and can be a No. 2 running back or flex option in fantasy leagues.

From FantasyLife
Minnesota Vikings RB Aaron Jones rushed for 70 yards on 16 carries against the Chicago Bears in Week 11. He also caught three passes for 11 yards during the game.
Fantasy Spin: Jones received at least 10 carries for the first time this season and was able to have one of his better games of the season. He should see a good amount of touches again next week and can be a No. 2 running back or flex option in fantasy leagues.
From TheHuddle
Running back Aaron Jones Sr. (shoulder/toe) of the Minnesota Vikings does not appear on the Week 11 injury report and should be considered an RB2 option when his team plays host to NFC North rival Chicago on Sunday. Since the veteran returned from a hamstring injury that required a stint on injured reserve, he has clearly been the favored option over backfield mate Jordan Mason. Jones played more than 70% of the team's offense snaps against Baltimore in Week 10, and he's shown he can help managers even when the offense is struggling. Despite a sloppy overall game last week, Jones still managed 47 rushing yards and a touchdown on nine carries, and three catches for 22 yards. Jones already has a steady role in a decent offense, but there is some added potential this week against a Bears defense that has been middling against fantasy running backs.
From RotoBaller
Minnesota Vikings running back Aaron Jones Sr. (shoulder, toe) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Chicago Bears. Jones played through the same issues during last week's contest. He rushed nine times for 47 yards and scored a touchdown in the loss to the Baltimore Ravens. It doesn't appear the AC joint sprain is impacting his performance on the field. He was limited in practice this week until getting in a full session on Friday. Fantasy managers should consider Jones as a low-end RB2 for this upcoming Week 11 contest.
From RotoBaller
Minnesota Vikings RB Aaron Jones (shoulder, toe) practiced in full on Friday, Nov. 14, and no longer appears on the injury report for Week 11 against the Chicago Bears.
Fantasy Spin: Aaron Jones has shown to be a spark in the Vikings' offense with his dual-threat ability. His pass-catching makes a difference, and he is worth plugging into your lineup as RB2 or a flex option.
From TheHuddle
Minnesota Vikings DE Jonathan Greenard (shoulder) did not practice all week and has been ruled out for Week 11 against the Chicago Bears. C Ryan Kelly (concussion) was limited in practice all week and has been ruled out. DL Jonathan Allen (rest), DL Javon Hargrave (rest), and S Harrison Smith (rest) were limited in practice on Friday, Nov. 14, and no longer appear on the injury report. OT Christian Darrisaw (knee), G Will Fries (calf), S Theo Jackson (concussion), RB Aaron Jones (shoulder, toe), QB J.J. McCarthy (hand), S Josh Metellus (foot), TE Josh Oliver (foot), OT Justin Skule (shoulder), and LB Andrew Van Ginkel (neck) practiced in full and no longer appear on the injury report.
From TheHuddle
Minnesota Vikings RB Aaron Jones (shoulder, toe) was limited during practice Thursday, Nov. 13.
Fantasy Spin: Jones was not on the injury report last week because of the injuries but was able to play, so fantasy players should expect him to be active for Week 13. He should see a majority of the snaps at running back against the Chicago Bears and can be a No. 2 running back or flex option in leagues.
