Cincinnati Bengals tight end Mike Gesicki has six catches on 10 targets for 54 yards and no touchdowns in his first two games back from Injured Reserve. Gesicki caught four of six targets for a season-high 35 yards in his first game back in the Week 12 loss to the New England Patriots, and he followed that up with a two-catch, 19-yard game on Thanksgiving Day last Thursday in the win over the Baltimore Ravens. Fellow tight ends Tanner Hudson, Drew Sample, and Noah Fant all had one catch apiece, combining for 31 receiving yards. The 30-year-old Gesicki has yet to find the end zone in eight games played in 2025 in his second year in Cincy, and it's probably going to be difficult for him to produce every week with Hudson, Sample, and Fant all involved. That will especially be the case whenever receiver Tee Higgins returns from a concussion. Heading into Week 14 against the Bills, Gesicki should be considered a low-end TE2/high-end TE3 in fantasy.
From RotoBaller
Cincinnati Bengals TE Mike Gesicki posted two receptions for 19 yards on four targets in Week 13 against the Baltimore Ravens.
Fantasy Spin: Gesicki has pushed Noah Fant to the backburner, now that he is healthy again, but neither is particularly attractive from a fantasy perspective. Gesicki should be treated as a low-end TE2 at the highest.

Cincinnati Bengals tight end Mike Gesicki made his return from a stint on the Injured Reserve list for the Week 12 loss to the New England Patriots. While he didn't do much for fantasy managers, he didn't play horribly, finishing with four grabs for 35 yards. Of course, Ja'Marr Chase wasn't available for that one due to suspension. However, with Tee Higgins (concussion) sidelined, there should be more targets up for grabs from quarterback Joe Burrow (toe), who will make his return after being sidelined since the Week 2 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. Granted, the expectation is for Burrow and Chase to connect often. However, Gesicki's ceiling is still slightly higher than usual on Thanksgiving Night without Higgins in the lineup, giving him some credibility for those in desperate need of a tight end in Week 13.
From RotoBaller
Cincinnati Bengals tight end Mike Gesicki returned from a five-week absence to record season-highs in targets, receptions, and yards in a Week 12 loss to the Patriots. While his final stat line of four receptions for 35 yards was only good enough for TE16 on the week, it was clear early on Sunday that the Bengals had a plan to feature their athletic tight end in a game that All-Pro receiver Ja'Marr Chase missed due to suspension. Heading into a Week 13 Thanksgiving matchup with the Ravens, receiver Tee Higgins (concussion) has already been ruled out, giving Gesicki another opportunity for an increased workload. With quarterback Joe Burrow (toe) in line to return this week, it should also be noted that Gesicki's three redzone targets in Burrow's two starts this year are tied with Chase for the team lead. Gesicki is RotoBaller's TE19 this Week, but he offers enough upside to make him a matchup-dependent streaming candidate.

Cincinnati Bengals TE Mike Gesicki posted four receptions for 35 yards on six targets in Week 12 against the New England Patriots.
Fantasy Spin: Gesicki was back in action for the first time since Oct. 12 due to a pectoral injury. The four catches and yardage total was a season best, but that's not saying much. He remains nothing more than a TE2 in deeper fantasy leagues at this point.
From TheHuddle
Cincinnati Bengals tight end Mike Gesicki (pectoral) practiced in full all week and was activated from the Injured Reserve list heading into Sunday's meeting with the New England Patriots. The 30-year-old wasn't having a productive season before going down with an injury, catching only eight passes (16 targets) for 61 yards while failing to find the end zone. With that said, Ja'Marr Chase won't be available versus the Pats in order to serve a one-game suspension, meaning Gesicki's return comes at a perfect time. The veteran is reportedly in line for "a big role." Still, fantasy managers have heard this about other players countless times over the years, so he shouldn't be viewed as anything more than a risky, high-upside streaming option, considering his production can go in either direction in the matchup with a tough Patriots defense. It's also somewhat important to remember that Noah Fant has scored in two of his last four appearances.

Cincinnati Bengals TE Mike Gesicki (pectoral) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 21, and is not on the injury report for Week 12.
Fantasy Spin: Gesicki is returning to the lineup after spending time on the Reserve/Injured list. He may see a few targets in the passing game this week but can be avoided in most leagues.
From TheHuddle
The Cincinnati Bengals have activated tight end Mike Gesicki (pectoral) from Injured Reserve ahead of their Week 12 matchup against the New England Patriots, according to Kelsey Conway of the Cincinnati Enquirer. Conway reports that Gesicki "will play a big role" against New England with Bengals wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase sidelined due to suspension. Gesicki has been out since Week 6 due to a pectoral injury. In six games before getting hurt, the 30-year-old tight end recorded eight catches for 61 yards on 16 targets. While his pre-injury production is underwhelming, Gesicki has had big games in previous seasons when the Bengals are missing wide receivers. Still, there's no guarantee that Gesicki will even supplant Noah Fant as Cincinnati's top pass-catching tight end. Gesicki remains tough for fantasy managers to trust in Week 12.
From RotoBaller
Cincinnati Bengals TE Mike Gesicki (pectoral) was activated from the Reserve/Injured list Friday, Nov. 21.
Fantasy Spin: Gesicki should be involved in the passing game this week, but it is not known how many targets he will receive during the game. Fantasy players may want to see him play in a game before considering him for their lineups.
From TheHuddle
Cincinnati Bengals TE Mike Gesicki (pectoral) fully participated in practice Thursday, Nov. 20.
Fantasy Spin: Gesicki returned to practice this week, so he may not return to the active roster in time for the Week 12 game. He will see a few targets once he returns to the lineup but is only a No. 2 tight end in fantasy leagues.

From TheHuddle
Cincinnati Bengals TE Mike Gesicki (pectoral) had his practice window opened up on Wednesday, Nov. 19, and the team has 21 days to activate him from injured reserve.
Fantasy Spin: Gesicki was a popular target in the Bengals' offense before the injury, but his fantasy relevance will hinge on the ability of Joe Burrow in his return. Hold onto your shares for now, but don't get too excited to install him into your lineup until Burrow is also active.
From TheHuddle
Cincinnati Bengals tight end Mike Gesicki (pectoral), who remains on Injured Reserve due to a pectoral injury, had his 21-day practice window opened on Wednesday, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. It's probably unlikely, but Gesicki will now be eligible to return this weekend when the team takes on the visiting New England Patriots. The 30-year-old tight end could have a chance to supplant Noah Fant as the team's top pass-catching tight end once he's fully recovered, which means he's a name to watch in fantasy leagues as we approach the playoffs. Gesicki has not played since getting hurt in Week 6. Before his pectoral injury, he had caught eight of his 16 targets for 61 yards and no touchdowns in six games. In two-TE fantasy leagues, Gesicki is worth stashing now if he's available on the waiver wire.
From RotoBaller
Cincinnati Bengals tight end Mike Gesicki (pectoral) has been making positive progress in his recovery from a pectoral injury suffered in Week 6 against the Green Bay Packers. Gesicki was placed on Injured Reserve following that game and is now entering the fourth game he was required to miss on IR, but should have a good chance of returning in Week 12 versus the Patriots. The 30-year-old was having a quiet start to the year before going down, catching eight of 16 targets for 61 yards in six games. Noah Fant has mostly filled in as the Bengals' tight end with Gesicki sidelined, and he's been a solid contributor, recording 13 catches for 140 yards and two touchdowns since Week 6. Fant will again be a low-end streaming option for fantasy managers in Week 11 against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
From RotoBaller
Cincinnati Bengals tight end Mike Gesicki (pectoral) has been placed on Injured Reserve due to a pectoral injury, per ESPN's Adam Schefter. The 30-year-old has recorded eight catches for 61 yards on 16 targets through his first six games of 2025. He will now miss at least the next four games for Cincinnati. With Gesicki sidelined and tight end Tanner Hudson (concussion) questionable to play in Week 7 against the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Bengals will likely turn to Noah Fant and Drew Sample to handle the tight end snaps. Fant has recorded 16 catches for 107 yards and a touchdown on 18 targets across five games this season and could be a low-end streaming option for fantasy managers in Week 7.
