New York Giants wide receiver Darius Slayton (hamstring) was listed as limited in practice for the second straight day on Friday due to a hamstring injury, according to the team's official website. Slayton missed the Week 11 game due to a hamstring injury, but he returned in last week's overtime loss to the Detroit Lions to catch one of his two targets for only 23 yards. The 28-year-old could draw a questionable tag going into Monday night's game against the New England Patriots unless he practices in full on Saturday. Slayton will have a higher fantasy ceiling if he's active on Monday with rookie first-round quarterback Jaxson Dart (concussion) returning to action, although he's been the clear No. 2 in New York in 2025 behind target hog Wan'Dale Robinson. Slayton has been a low-ceiling fantasy wideout this year and is still searching for his first touchdown. He has gone over 50 receiving yards in a game just three times.

New York Giants wide receiver Darius Slayton (hamstring) will operate as the team's No. 2 option alongside Wan'Dale Robinson after being removed from the injury report ahead of Week 12 against the Detroit Lions. Slayton returns from a one-game absence, and he'll be catching passes from his third different quarterback of the season as Jameis Winston fills in for Jaxson Dart (concussion). While Dart elevated Slayton's productivity, the receiver should have similar upside with Winston under center. The veteran quarterback is a gunslinger who is not afraid to air the ball out, racking up completions and yardage. Slayton had nine catches for 151 yards over his previous two games, and he should build on that momentum as a low-end WR3/flex against a Lions defense allowing the 11th-most fantasy points to wide receivers in 2025.

New York Giants wide receiver Darius Slayton (hamstring) will not carry an injury designation into his team's Week 12 matchup against the Detroit Lions. Slayton was sidelined for New York's Week 11 loss to the Green Bay Packers, but he will make his return in Week 12 against Detroit. Across eight games this season, the 28-year-old has recorded 23 catches for 343 yards on 34 targets. Slayton was playing some of his best football before getting hurt, recording nine catches for 151 yards on 11 targets across Weeks 9 and 10. He'll be catching passes from veteran quarterback Jameis Winston on Sunday, who is making his second straight start for the Giants with rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart (concussion) still sidelined. Slayton profiles as a low-end WR4/flex option for deep-league fantasy managers in Week 12.

New York Giants wide receiver Darius Slayton (hamstring) was upgraded to a limited practice on Thursday as he battles through a hamstring injury, according to Jordan Raanan of ESPN. After missing practice on Wednesday, Slayton now has a chance to play on Sunday against the Detroit Lions. This is the first time that Slayton will be back at practice since he injured his hamstring in Week 10. The 28-year-old did not play in last Sunday's loss to the Green Bay Packers. He might need to upgrade to a full practice on Friday to avoid a questionable tag heading into Sunday's game on the road against the Lions. If Slayton can return this weekend, he'll be in play as a flex option for fantasy managers for a Giants team that could be getting rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart back from a concussion. Slayton has yet to score in 2025, but he should see a healthy dose of targets if he plays in a Week 12 matchup that should force the Giants to the air often. He has a 23-343-0 line in eight games this season.

New York Giants wide receiver Darius Slayton (hamstring) missed practice on Wednesday after being sidelined for the team's matchup with the Packers last week. Slayton has just 23 receptions for 343 yards this season. This is another blow in a long list of injuries to the team's position players this season. In Slayton's absence last week, Isaiah Hodgins appeared on 79% of offensive snaps, while Jalin Hyatt saw 61%. This leaves the door open for Wan'Dale Robinson to be a target monster again after getting nine looks last week. The viability of the Giants' pass catchers also hinges on the availability of starting quarterback Jaxson Dart (concussion), who missed last week.

New York Giants wide receiver Darius Slayton (hamstring) is one of three Giants players to have already been ruled out for Sunday's Week 11 matchup with the Packers, along with quarterback Jaxson Dart (concussion). With Mike Kafka serving as interim head coach following the Monday firing of Brian Daboll, the team has already announced plans to start journeyman quarterback Jameis Winston, but who he will be throwing to is now another question entirely. Receiver Wan'Dale Robinson and tight end Theo Johnson suddenly become very interesting plays for fantasy managers willing to roll the dice and shoot for upside. Even against a Packers' pass defense that has been suffocating at times, Winston's propensity to hyper-target his top pass catchers and willingness to throw into windows that most quarterbacks would not, is a recipe for fantasy fireworks.

New York Giants interim head coach Mike Kafka said that wide receiver Darius Slayton (hamstring) will not practice on Friday and is not expected to suit up on Sunday against the visiting Green Bay Packers in Week 11, according to Pat Leonard of the New York Daily News. Slayton picked up a hamstring injury in the Week 10 loss to the Chicago Bears and was unable to practice all week, so fantasy managers need to put him on their bench for the weekend. The G-Men will also be without rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart after he suffered a concussion last weekend. So the Giants' offense will be run by veteran gunslinger Jameis Winston, making Green Bay's defensive unit a must-start in fantasy leagues. Wan'Dale Robinson should see heavy targets in the passing game, with Jalin Hyatt, Isaiah Hodgins, and Gunner Olszewski also seeing expanded roles. Tight end Theo Johnson will likely be Winston's No. 2 target.

New York Giants wide receiver Darius Slayton (hamstring) missed his second straight practice on Thursday due to a hamstring injury. The 28-year-old appears to be at risk of missing his team's Week 11 matchup against the Green Bay Packers. Across eight games this season, Slayton has recorded 23 catches for 343 yards on 34 targets. He's been trending up in recent weeks, hauling in nine catches for 151 yards on 11 targets over his last two games played. If Slayton is unable to play in Week 11, Giants wide receiver Wan'Dale Robinson and tight end Theo Johnson could both see a boost in target share. Wideouts Isaiah Hodgins and Jalin Hyatt could see their playing time increase as well.

New York Giants wide receiver Darius Slayton (hamstring) did not participate in Wednesday's practice session, according to Jordan Raanan of ESPN. Slayton is coming off his best game of the season in Week 10 against the Bears, catching all four targets for 89 yards. It's unclear when the veteran picked up the injury, but his status will continue to be monitored as the week goes along. The 28-year-old should see a boost in production with the report of Jameis Winston starting at quarterback for the Giants in Week 11 against the Green Bay Packers, with Jaxson Dart in concussion protocol. If Slayton is able to play, he should be a viable flex option this Sunday.

Nov 10 4:11pm CT

New York Giants wide receiver Darius Slayton caught all four of his targets for 89 yards in the team's 24-20 loss to the Chicago Bears. Slayton briefly exited with a hamstring injury but returned in the third quarter to post his highest yardage total of the season. Since Malik Nabers tore his ACL in Week 4, Slayton has had to step up as one of the Giants' primary receiving options. However, rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart left the game with a concussion and is uncertain for Week 11 against the Green Bay Packers. Slayton's fantasy outlook will hinge on Dart's availability, as his production would likely drop if Russell Wilson starts in his place.

Nov 9 2:00pm CT

New York Giants wide receiver Darius Slayton (hamstring) has returned to Sunday's Week 10 contest against the Chicago Bears. He initially exited in the first half with a hamstring injury and was deemed questionable to return. He checked back in during the second half, looking to build on an impressive start that included three catches for 85 yards. He'll continue to operate alongside Wan'Dale Robinson in the Giants' offense.

New York Giants wide receiver Darius Slayton (hamstring) exited during the second quarter of Sunday's Week 10 contest against the Chicago Bears. He is questionable to return. He was having a spectacular game at the time of his departure, catching three passes for 85 yards as the Giants' leading receiver. With Slayton sidelined for the time being, Ray-Ray McCloud III or Jalin Hyatt could step up as the No. 2 receiver behind Wan'Dale Robinson. Tight ends Theo Johnson and Daniel Bellinger should also be heavily involved.

Nov 9 7:30am CT

New York Giants wide receiver Darius Slayton is coming off his best performance of the season last week. Slayton hauled in five of his seven targets for a season-high 62 yards in the loss to the San Francisco 49ers. The Giants are lacking playmakers with the injuries piling up on offense. That being said, Slayton and Wan'Dale Robinson should continue being the primary targets in the passing attack. Slayton will get a plus-matchup in Week 10 against the Chicago Bears defense that struggles to contain the passing attack. After his performance last week, Slayton should be viewed as a WR3 in PPR formats for this weekend.

Nov 8 9:40am CT

New York Giants wide receiver Darius Slayton is coming off his best game of the season and will look to build on his momentum during Week 10 against the Chicago Bears. The 28-year-old continues to operate as the Giants' No. 2 receiver behind Wan'Dale Robinson, and his fantasy managers can let out a sigh of relief after New York opted against adding any receivers to compete with Slayton at the trade deadline. He had five catches for 62 yards last week, handling seven targets on an impressive 89 percent snap share. The Bears have struggled to defend the pass this season, allowing the third-most fantasy points and second-most receiving touchdowns to opposing wide receivers in 2025. Slayton can be deployed as a solid WR3/flex option in most leagues.

Nov 5 9:20am CT

New York Giants wide receiver Darius Slayton emerged as one of the quiet winners of the NFL Trade Deadline. While several teams reshaped their receiving corps during the deadline, the Giants stood pat, signaling confidence in their current group and keeping Slayton locked in as a top option. Through seven games, Slayton has caught 19 of 30 targets for 254 yards without finding the end zone. Despite modest production, he's played on 85% of the team's offensive snaps, maintaining a strong role in the offense. With rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart continuing to impress, Slayton's breakout could be right around the corner. In Week 10, Slayton draws a favorable matchup against the Chicago Bears, who have allowed the fifth-most fantasy points per game to wide receivers. Given his snap share and matchup, Slayton profiles as an intriguing deep-league FLEX flier this week.

Nov 4 8:50am CT

New York Giants wide receiver Darius Slayton finished Week 9's loss to the 49ers with five catches on seven targets for a team-high 62 receiving yards. It was also his best personal total of the year as he continues to work as one of rookie Jaxson Dart's top receivers. He came close to an even better game, but he couldn't quite haul in a 34-yard touchdown on a great throw from Dart. Slayton missed two games with a hamstring injury, but he has at least four targets in each of his last five games, going back to before the injury. He will likely remain one of the top targets in the offense against the Bears in Week 10. He can be a deep-league addition from the waiver wire if you need a receiver who should continue to get chances even in an offense that doesn't always rack up lots of passing yards.
