The Denver Broncos are signing veteran wide receiver Elijah Moore to their practice squad, per Tom Pelissero of NFL Network. Moore was released by the Buffalo Bills in late November. Across nine games with Buffalo this season, the 25-year-old recorded nine catches for 112 yards on 17 targets. Moore posted consecutive 100-plus target seasons in 2023 and 2024 with the Cleveland Browns, but he was never able to gain much traction with the Bills. He'll now get his next opportunity with the Broncos, but Denver's crowded wide receiver room may make it difficult for Moore to make an impact. Broncos wideouts Courtland Sutton, Troy Franklin, Pat Bryant, and Marvin Mims Jr. all played at least 33% of the team's offensive snaps in the team's Week 13 win over the Washington Commanders. Unless there's an injury in Denver, Moore should likely remain off the radar of fantasy managers.

Veteran free-agent wide receiver Elijah Moore visited the Denver Broncos on Monday, according to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network. Moore became the odd-man out last week and was waived by the Buffalo Bills after the team signed veteran wideout Brandin Cooks. The 25-year-old played in nine games with Buffalo this year and caught nine passes for 112 yards on 17 targets while adding six carries for 24 yards and a touchdown. Landing in Denver wouldn't exactly be the ideal spot to suddenly put Moore back on the fantasy radar for the remainder of 2025. The Broncos already have a pretty crowded WR room that includes Courtland Sutton, Troy Franklin, rookie Pat Bryant, Marvin Mims Jr., and Lil'Jordan Humphrey. Moore remains off the fantasy radar for now.

The Buffalo Bills released veteran wide receiver Elijah Moore on Wednesday after signing veteran receiver Brandin Cooks on Tuesday, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. Moore failed to capitalize with Buffalo despite second-year wideout Keon Coleman being a healthy scratch the last two games for disciplinary reasons, and now he'll be searching for a new team to close out the 2025 season. The 25-year-old former second-round pick of the New York Jets in 2021 out of Mississippi was a non-factor in fantasy football in his nine games in Buffalo, catching only nine passes on 17 targets for 112 yards and no touchdowns. Cooks, 32, caught 19 of his 25 targets for 165 yards and no scores in 10 games with the New Orleans Saints before joining Buffalo. He'll provide the Bills' struggling offense with an experienced deep threat to help stretch the field.

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Elijah Moore is a healthy scratch for the team's Week 11 contest on Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It's a bit of a surprise that Moore is inactive with fellow wideout Keon Coleman benched for missing a team meeting on Friday. The Bills will also be without tight end Dalton Kincaid after he injured his hamstring in the Week 10 loss to the Miami Dolphins. With both Coleman and Moore on the sideline, Buffalo will roll with Khalil Shakir and Joshua Palmer as their primary wideouts. Curtis Samuel, Gabe Davis, Mecole Hardman, and Tyrell Shavers will be battling for looks in the WR3 role, and tight end Dawson Knox should also see a noticeable boost in targets with Kincaid being out. The 25-year-old Moore has only eight catches on the year for 115 yards and no touchdowns in eight games.

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Elijah Moore earned four targets from quarterback Shane Buechele in a 23-19 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Saturday, but he was unable to do much with them. While Moore did haul in three passes, he totaled just eight yards and will wrap up his preseason with four catches (eight targets) for 13 yards. The former New York Jet and Cleveland Brown joined the Bills on a one-year deal in free agency and is expected to earn a roster spot, but he isn't necessarily a stone-cold lock. Khalil Shakir, Keon Coleman, and Joshua Palmer are the only Buffalo receivers who are guaranteed to make the team, leaving Moore grouped with several others (Curtis Samuel, Tyrell Shavers, Kristian Wilkerson, Laviska Shenault Jr., and KJ Hamler among them) fighting for two or three jobs. Except for Samuel (illness), who's also reportedly on the bubble and didn't play Saturday because of an illness, Moore has a more proven track record than the rest of the WRs competing for roles. That could help give him the edge in the competition.

Buffalo Bills general manager Brandon Beane said on Sirius XM on Tuesday that wide receiver Curtis Samuel (hamstring) could be back "sooner rather than later," while saying that receiver Elijah Moore (leg) could be back as soon as Thursday or Friday. Moore has been out since Sunday with minor leg soreness, but he should be back on the field soon as he competes for a depth role in his first year in Buffalo. The 25-year-old is off the fantasy radar for now in most leagues as he competes for the No. 4 role behind Khalil Shakir, Keon Coleman and Joshua Palmer. Barring injuries, the 25-year-old former second-rounder by the New York Jets in 2021 will play a complementary role for the Bills offense. Moore had a career-high five touchdowns in his rookie season in 2021 but hasn't scored more than two times in three seasons since.

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Elijah Moore (leg) has been dealing with general leg soreness and was not spotted much at Sunday's training camp practice. Moore signed a one-year, $5 million deal with the Bills this offseason, his third team in the last four years. With Khalil Shakir and Keon Coleman presumed to top the depth chart, Moore entered camp in a battle with Joshua Palmer and Curtis Samuel (hamstring) for any meaningful snaps as the Bills' third receiver. Moore should be considered day-to-day, but in a Joe Brady offense that will see a fair share of targets diverted to tight ends and running backs, any time missed will be detrimental to his attempts at carving out a role. As such, he can remain off the radar in even the deepest fantasy formats.
