Denver Broncos tight end Greg Dulcich (knee/ankle) was limited at the team's practice to open up the week. Dulcich hauled in three catches for 16 yards in Denver's 13-6 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 2 and was unable to leave the contest unscathed -- sustaining not one but two injuries. It's nice to see him at least get in a little bit of work Wednesday, but it's even more intriguing that he led the team in targets in the team's defeat. Injuries have been the theme of the 24-year-old's young career, but for now, he's trending in the right direction leading up to the Broncos' Week 3 road tilt against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The UCLA product will be a touchdown-dependent option in that matchup and moving forward until there is more consistency in his offensive role.

About the only positive note for Denver Broncos tight end Greg Dulcich on Sunday in the 13-6 loss to the visiting Pittsburgh Steelers was that he garnered a team-high eight targets from struggling rookie quarterback Bo Nix. Dulcich was only able to come down with three of those eight targets for 16 yards receiving in a day in which the Broncos didn't score a single touchdown on offense. It's clear that Dulcich, and not Adam Trautman, is the team's top pass-catching option at the position after the first two games of the season. However, with the Broncos' offense looking like one of the worst in the NFL after the first two weeks, Dulcich isn't going to be on the fantasy radar in 12-team fantasy leagues or leagues that start only one tight end. The 24-year-old caught just two of three targets for 12 yards in the Week 1 loss to the Seattle Seahawks.

Dynasty | Broncos tight end Greg Dulcich had just three catches for 16 yards Denver's loss to Pittsburgh. Dynasty Analysis: The supposed "summer sleeper" now has just five catches for 28 yards on the season. On the plus side, he did have eight targets (leading the team by three). Still, he had some drops again this week and hasn't looked like a breakout performer at all through two weeks. Dulcich will need to be better next week to be recommended moving forward.

Sep 15 12:00am ET

Denver Broncos tight end Greg Dulcich did not enter the 2024 season on the fantasy radar after playing in only two games in 2023 due to injury. Dulcich didn't do anything to excite fantasy managers looking for a waiver-wire pickup in the Week 1 loss to the Seattle Seahawks, either, catching two of his three targets for only 12 receiving yards. The 24-year-old UCLA product showed some promise in his rookie season in 2022 but also missed time with injuries. He has developed an injury-prone label and remains off the fantasy radar for the moment in most leagues in a Broncos offense that was hesitant to push the ball down the field with rookie quarterback Bo Nix in the season opener. Dulcich could see a few more targets in Week 2 against a Pittsburgh Steelers defense that allowed a TD to Kyle Pitts in Week 1 with rookie receiver Devaughn Vele (rib) out, but Ducich is a TE3 in fantasy until further notice.

After another injury-plagued year in 2023 in which he managed to play in just two games, Denver Broncos tight end Greg Dulcich went undrafted in most standard-sized, 12-team fantasy leagues. Dulcich opens his third year in the NFL listed as the No. 2 TE on Denver's depth chart behind Adam Trautman, although it's widely expected that he'll end up as the Broncos' most targeted tight end when all is said and done this year. The 24-year-old caught 33 of 55 targets for 411 yards and two TDs in 10 games as a rookie and has shown upside as a fantasy TE when healthy. The problem is he's rarely been healthy. Entering Week 1 against the Seattle Seahawks at Lumen Field, Dulcich will be an upside TE3 stash in deeper fantasy leagues. If he stays healthy and earns the trust of rookie quarterback Bo Nix as a safety blanket, Dulcich could become a waiver-wire consideration in shallower leagues.

Denver Broncos head coach Sean Payton says that tight end Greg Dulcich (hamstring, foot) is expected to practice this week. After being limited to two appearances for the Broncos in his second season due to hamstring and foot injuries a year ago, Dulcich is aiming to enter the 2024 campaign with a cleaner bill of health. The 24-year-old former third-round pick begins the season as a post-hype sleeper in deep fantasy leagues after racking up 411 yards with two touchdowns on 33 catches (55 targets) over 10 games back in his rookie year in 2022, but he'll need to stay healthy and will also still be contending with Adam Trautman for looks in Denver's uninspiring offense, which has plenty of uncertainty under center. For the start of training camp, Dulcich is off the radar in shallow redraft formats but could emerge as a TE2 option with strong showings in camp and the preseason.

Jul 22 9:00am ET

Denver Broncos tight end Greg Dulcich will officially avoid the PUP list to start training camp after dealing with a hamstring and a foot issue. His injuries limited him to just two games played this past season, so a clean bill of health heading into a training camp is a big deal for Dulcich heading into his third season. Unfortunately, he hasn't been able to establish himself as the starting tight end just yet, so training camp and preseason are going to be very important as he battles with Adam Trautman and Lucas Krull for snaps. As of right now, he doesn't seem to be viable in most fantasy leagues unless he breaks out before the season begins.

Jun 13 12:10pm ET

Denver Broncos tight end Greg Dulcich (hamstring, foot) is doing "really well" physically, according to head coach Sean Payton, and he could get back on the field this week during mandatory minicamp. It sounds like Dulcich is improving and should be ready for training camp, the preseason, and the start of the 2024 regular season as he looks to bounce back from hamstring and foot ailments that limited him to just two games in 2023 in his second NFL season. The former third-rounder in 2022 out of UCLA also dealt with injuries in his rookie campaign and caught 33 of 55 targets for 411 yards and two touchdowns in 10 games. At this point, Dulcich is just trying to stay healthy while now competing with Adam Trautman and Lucas Krull for primary pass-catching duties at tight end in 2024. With the QB situation unsettled, though, Dulcich, given his injury history, will be off the fantasy radar in standard 12-team leagues.

May 23 4:20pm ET

Denver Broncos tight end Greg Dulcich (foot) is working off the field at OTAs as he works his way back from a foot injury, but head coach Sean Payton said he expects him to be ready for training camp later this summer. After a decent showing as a rookie in 2022, Dulcich was limited to just two games in 2023 and hauled in just three passes for 25 yards. He will likely compete with veteran tight end Adam Trautman for the lead tight end duties this offseason, but neither player figures to have much upside with rookie quarterback Bo Nix under center. That said, Dulcich remains an intriguing dynasty-league stash based on his strong prospect profile and small glimpse of upside in his debut season.
