Nov 11 10:13pm ET

Miami Dolphins RB Frank Gore rushed 13 times for 90 yards and caught two passes for 12 yards in a 31-12 loss to the Green Bay Packers in Week 10.

Fantasy Spin: It was one of Gore's better rushing performances of the year, and he continues to see more touches than Kenyan Drake. Still, the lack of upside makes Gore a desperation flex play most weeks.

Nov 11 8:20pm ET

Miami Dolphins running back Frank Gore was one of the few bright spots on offense for the team in their 31-12 loss to Green Bay in Week 10. Gore racked up 90 yards on 13 carries, including a 39-yard scamper. He also caught two passes for 12 yards. Gore out-touched Kenyan Drake 15-10 and out-gained him 102-38. This is still a committee in Miami, but Gore has certainly taken the lead in it. Miami has a bye in Week 11, but consider Gore an RB3/Flex going forward.

Nov 9 3:23pm ET

Miami Dolphins RB Frank Gore (non-injury) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 9, and is not on the injury report for Week 10.

Fantasy Spin: Gore has been the main option in the running game this season for the Dolphins and should continue to receive a majority of the carries in the passing game. He can be considered a flex option in deeper standard leagues this week.

Nov 9 10:20am ET

Miami Dolphins running back Frank Gore is a viable fantasy option in Week 10 as his touches continue to increase. Coach Adam Gase has indicated that he really likes Gore's aggressive running style and how he helps to keep the offense ahead of schedule. Gore saw 21 touches in Week 9, the most he's seen all season but has still yet to find the end zone. If Gore continues to see 20 touches per game he will remain an option at RB3/flex but if his touches decrease his fantasy value will diminish as a solid week would rely on a touchdown, which appears may never happen.

Nov 8 3:43pm ET

Miami Dolphins RB Frank Gore (non-injury) did not participate in practice Thursday, Nov. 8.

Fantasy Spin: Gore is coming off a 20-carry performance in Week 9 and has received at least 10 carries in each of the last six games. He has been held to under 55 yards in each of the last three games and may only be a flex option in deeper standard leagues this week.

Nov 4 8:33pm ET

Miami Dolphins RB Frank Gore rushed 20 times for just 53 yards in the Week 9 game against the New York Jets and he had a six-yard catch.

Fantasy Spin: Gore had 21 total touches out of the Miami backfield to just seven total touches for Kenyan Drake. Consider Gore a solid RB3 or flex fantasy option heading into Week 10 on the road against the Green Bay Packers as long as that touch distribution continues.

Nov 2 2:33pm ET

Miami Dolphins RB Frank Gore (non-injury) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 2, and is not on the injury report for Week 9.

Fantasy Spin: Gore has received at least 10 carries in each of the last five games but has cooled down a bit after his 100-yard performance a few weeks ago. He can be a flex option in standard leagues because of his workload but is not a must-start option.

Nov 1 7:23pm ET

Miami Dolphins RB Frank Gore (non-injury) did not participate in practice Thursday, Nov. 1.

Fantasy Spin: The veteran Gore is just getting his standard rest day. He'll be out there on Sunday but he's not a recommended option outside of the deepest formats, especially with Brock Osweiler under center.

Oct 26 11:30am ET

Miami Dolphins running back Frank Gore was limited to 53 yards on 12 rushes and five yards on one reception in Week 8 against the Houston Texans. Gore and running back Kenyan Drake both had 12 rushes but Drake was by far more effective in Week 8. Moving forward, Gore will only reach value if he finds the end zone which he has only done once this season. Gore has been a solid real-life player for the Dolphins but just doesn't hold much fantasy value due to his limited touches. Gore is a low-end flex option in deeper leagues.

From RotoBaller

Oct 26 1:23am ET

Miami Dolphins RB Frank Gore ran the ball 12 times for 53 yards against the Houston Texans in Week 8.

Fantasy Spin: Gore has now logged 84 carries this season, which is the highest number of rushing attempts without a touchdown in the NFL. He's still putting up a decent average, but as far as fantasy owners are concerned all he's doing is undermining Kenyan Drake's value. Gore is bench depth at best.

Oct 23 10:20am ET

Miami Dolphins running back Frank Gore continues to out-touch running back Kenyan Drake but also continues to see limited touches; he has averaged about 12 touches over the past three weeks which doesn't allow for much upside. The Houston Texans defense has allowed nearly 100 rushing yards per game this season but with Gore splitting touches with Drake it just doesn't allow for much boom potential in Gore. In addition, Gore continues to struggle in finding the end-zone. Gore is an option at flex in deeper leagues.

Oct 21 10:03pm ET

Miami Dolphins RB Frank Gore rushed 10 times for 29 yards and caught one pass for four yards in a 32-21 loss to the Detroit Lions in Week 7.

Fantasy Spin: After a couple of strong rushing efforts in recent weeks, Gore never found a rhythm against the Lions. He could have another tough game ahead of him when he faces a strong Houston run defense in Week 8.

Oct 21 5:00pm ET

Miami Dolphins running back Frank Gore was disappointing and unproductive in Miami's 32-21 loss to Detroit in Week 7. He rushed 10 times for 29 yards and caught one pass for four yards. Gore looked poised to take the lead in a committee with Kenyan Drake after Gore's Week 6 101-yard performance, but he was really out-performed by Drake today. This has been one of the most frustrating backfield situations in fantasy, and both Gore and Drake should be treated as flex options for Week 8 against Houston on Thursday.

From RotoBaller

Oct 19 2:53pm ET

Miami Dolphins RB Frank Gore (non-injury) fully participated in practice Friday, Oct. 19, and is not on the injury report for Week 7.

Fantasy Spin: Gore has received at least 11 carries in each of the last three games and is coming off his first 100-yard game of the season. He can be considered a flex option in standard leagues this week against the Detroit Lions.

Oct 18 4:10pm ET

Miami Dolphins running back Frank Gore has continued to show that he deserves the majority of touches in the Dolphins backfield. Coming off a very solid Week 6 performance, Gore will look to attack the Detroit Lions defense with his aggressive running style. There is a good chance that Gore will get about 15 rushing attempts and 2-3 targets through the air. Although his volume isn't extremely high, Gore has proven that he can be productive enough to be a fantasy option. Gore is a solid start at RB3/flex. He has a high floor and could well exceed value if he finds the end zone.

From RotoBaller

Oct 18 3:23pm ET

Miami Dolphins RB Frank Gore (non-injury) did not participate in practice Thursday, Oct. 18.

Fantasy Spin: Gore likely will receive a majority of the carries this week against the Detroit Lions and can be a flex option for owners in standard leagues.

Oct 14 7:23pm ET

Miami Dolphins RB Frank Gore recorded his 46th-career 100-yard game in Week 6 against the Chicago Bears, finishing with 101 yards on 15 carries.

Fantasy Spin: Gore was effective all day, so naturally on the 1-yard line in overtime the Dolphins used Kenyan Drake and he fumbled it away. Luckily for Drake, the Dolphins got it back and won it with a field goal at the buzzer. As far as Gore, don't be too excited about his 100-yard game. He is still 35 years old and a part-time player. Treat him as a low-end RB3 or flex fantasy option in leagues of 12 or more teams heading into Week 7 against the Detroit Lions.

Oct 14 5:30pm ET

Dolphins' RB Frank Gore ran for 101 yards on 15 carries but no touchdowns in Sunday's win against the Bears.

Oct 14 5:00pm ET

Miami Dolphins running back Frank Gore came up big for his team on the ground in their 31-28 overtime victory over Chicago in Week 6. Gore rushed for 101 yards on 15 carries and also caught one pass for 18 yards. Gore broke off a huge 32-yard run in overtime to get his team in the red zone. After getting the ball to the one yard line Miami gave it to Kenyan Drake, who coughed up a costly fumble on third-and-goal from the one. Gore has likely won over the favor of Adam Gase and will get the most carries in a time-share situation with Drake.
