Chicago Bears TE Jimmy Graham had just one grab for 18 yards on one target in Week 2 against the New York Giants.

Fantasy Spin: Despite the fact wideouts Ted Ginn Jr. and Riley Ridley were inactive and Anthony Miller struggling, the Bears still didn't look Graham's way. He is no longer fantasy elite, and more of a low-end TE2 at this point. The Bears face the Atlanta Falcons in Week 3.

Sep 20 5:50pm ET

Chicago Bears tight end Jimmy Graham caught only one pass for 18 yards in the Bears 17-17-13 win over the Giants. The veteran made a nice grab on an out-route for an early first down in the first quarter. But after that, Graham disappeared from the game plan and the Bears offense struggled in the second half. Graham is not the type of player to attract a ton of targets and will be no more than a touchdown-dependent fantasy option heading into Week 3.

Sep 18 5:23pm ET

Chicago Bears TE Jimmy Graham (non-injury) fully participated in practice Friday, Sept. 18, and is not on the injury report for Week 2.

Fantasy Spin: Graham finished with only 25 yards in Week 1 but was targeted seven times and reached the end zone. He can be a No. 2 tight end in fantasy leagues but probably will not be a starting option in most leagues.

Sep 18 3:23pm ET

Chicago Bears LB Khalil Mack (knee) was limited in practice all week and is listed as questionable for Week 2 against the New York Giants. LB Robert Quinn (ankle) was upgraded to a full practice Friday, Sept. 18, and is also listed as questionable. WR Ted Ginn Jr. (rest), TE Jimmy Graham (rest) and DT Akiem Hicks (illness) practiced in full Friday and have been removed from the injury report.

Sep 17 7:23pm ET

Chicago Bears TE Jimmy Graham (non-injury) fully participated in practice Thursday, Sept. 17.

Fantasy Spin: Graham was targeted seven times during the Week 1 game, which was second most among the Bears pass catchers. He was able to reach the end zone and should see a handful of targets again this week. He probably should be considered a No. 2 tight end in fantasy leagues.

Chicago Bears TE Jimmy Graham (non-injury) didn't participate in practice Wednesday, Sept. 16.

Fantasy Spin: Graham caught three of seven targets for 25 yards and a touchdown in his Bears debut in Week 1. He's a high-end TE2 who will be a matchup-dependent streaming option in 12-team leagues.

Sep 16 4:50pm ET

Chicago Bears tight end Jimmy Graham will be back on the fantasy radar heading into Week 2 against the Giants. Graham caught only three passes for 25 yards in Week 1 but brought in his first touchdown in a Bears uniform and had a second score expunged after an official review. The veteran will be a touchdown-dependent fantasy option against a Giants Defense that allowed eight receiving touchdowns to tight ends in 2019, tied for third most in the league. New York attempted to revamp their defense in the offseason but already is dealing with injuries to the unit, a group that was beaten regularly by the Steelers in Week 1. Graham's value will be best utilized in DFS leagues and standard scoring formats for Week 2.

Sep 13 10:33pm ET

Chicago Bears TE Jimmy Graham posted three catches for 25 yards and a touchdown on seven targets in his team debut in Week 1 against the Detroit Lions.

Fantasy Spin: Graham used to be a fantasy must-have in his time with Drew Brees in New Orleans, but he has fallen into that low-end TE1/top TE2 neighborhood in most fantasy leagues. The Bears host the New York Giants in Week 2.

Sep 13 5:00pm ET

Chicago Bears tight end Jimmy Graham caught three passes for 25 yards and one touchdown in the Bears comeback victory over the Lions in Week 1. Graham mistimed an easy reception early in the game but bounced back by securing a 2-yard catch for a score to begin a 21-point fourth quarter. The veteran then almost came down with a second touchdown but, after a scoring review, the referees determined his knee was down before crossing the goal line. Graham is no longer the fantasy stud of seasons past but this is a positive start to a new era with the Bears.

Sep 9 2:10pm ET

Chicago Bears tight end Jimmy Graham will have a fantastic matchup Week 1 against the Lions. The former Pro Bowler was a huge disappointment in Green Bay the past two seasons and many national pundits think he is washed up. But Graham has drawn rave reviews during training camp for the Bears and head coach Matt Nagy will be making it a point to reincorporate the tight end position back into the offensive scheme. Graham will have a strong matchup against a Lions Defense that allowed the third most fantasy points to opposing tight ends in 2019. The Lions allowed the ninth fewest targets to the position but opposing passers completed 68.8% of their throws, averaging 10.28 yards per completion. Graham could easily find the end zone Week 1 and could post top-10 numbers among tight ends out of the gate.

Sep 4 2:40pm ET

Chicago Bears tight end Jimmy Graham may not be on the fantasy radar heading into drafts but could play a significant role Week 1 against the Lions. Graham has enjoyed a fantastic camp and is looking to prove that he still has something left in the tank. The veteran caught only 38 passes last season for 447 yards and three touchdowns for the Green Bay Packers, leading many to believe he is far past his prime. While Graham may not be a TE1 this season, he certainly should see plenty of action through the first few games. The veteran will especially carry some intriguing DFS value Week 1 against the Lions.

Aug 25 12:20am ET

Chicago Bears tight end Jimmy Graham has looked like "hes been one of the best players on the field in camp," according to Bears beat writer Adam Hoge. The early reports in camp have indicated that Chicago's tight ends have been heavily involved in the offensive game plan through the first five practices. The veteran Graham signed a two-year deal after a disappointing season with Green Bay but has looked reinvigorated early on. Graham currently sits outside the top-10 rankings among tight ends in fantasy but early indications are that he could have a massive role early on in 2020. Whether Graham can return to Pro Bowl form is anyone's guess but the veteran is trending in the right direction.

The Chicago Bears are releasing tight end Trey Burton on Friday, according to a source. Burton was a big free-agent bust for Chicago in his two seasons. He had 54 catches for 569 yards and a career-high six touchdowns in 2018, but he played in just eight games (five starts) in 2019 due to injury and had 14 receptions for 84 yards and no touchdowns. The writing was on the wall when the Bears signed Jimmy Graham in free agency, and Chicago also has Adam Shaheen on roster. The 28-year-old Burton should latch on with another organization, but he'll have to prove he's healthy first and will then have to compete for a pass-catching role wherever he lands.
