The Los Angeles Chargers agreed to terms on an undisclosed one-year deal on Friday with former Tennessee Titans free-agent cornerback Kristian Fulton (hamstring), according to sources. Apparently Fulton is healthy now after ending last year on Injured Reserve due to a hamstring injury. Hamstring and groin injuries kept Fulton out of six games with the Titans in 2023. Injuries plagued his four years in Tennessee, as he missed 23 games, and he finished last year without an interception and with only five passes defended. When healthy, the 25-year-old is a willing tackler against the run and has the versatility to play the nickel and outside cornerback spots. If he can stay healthy in 2024, he could put himself in line for a bigger payday in 2025.

The Los Angeles Chargers signed free-agent defensive tackle Poona Ford to an undisclosed one-year deal this week, according to league sources. Ford will have an excellent chance for playing time with the Chargers in 2024 and will have a chance to hit the market again next offseason as an ascending player. Ford entered the league as an undrafted free agent in 2018 out of Texas and spent the first five years of his NFL career playing for the Seattle Seahawks before playing in eight games with the Buffalo Bills last season. The 28-year-old had nine tackles (five solo) and a sack in his eight games with Buffalo in 2023 and has 190 tackles (109 solo), 8.5 sacks, 29 tackles for loss, 30 QB hits, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery in 84 career games (64 starts) over his six NFL seasons.

The Los Angeles Chargers have agreed to terms on a deal with defensive tackle Poona Ford on Thursday. At the moment, Ford's salary is unknown, but it's being reported that it's a one-year deal. The 28-year-old is looking for a bounce back season after posting a dud during his first season with the Buffalo Bills in 2023. Before that, Ford was a solid contributor during his time with the Seattle Seahawks. On paper, this doesn't seem like a huge move, but it could end up being a steal for the Chargers if they can get Ford back on track.

Los Angeles Chargers LB Joey Bosa's restructured contract includes a pay cut from $22 million to $15 million, but his salary becomes fully guaranteed. He can also earn an additional $4 million through sack incentives, and his 2025 roster bonus was increased from $8.36 million to $12.36 million.

Los Angeles Chargers Pro Bowl defensive end Joey Bosa (foot) has restructured his contract to remain with the team, according to sources. Both Bosa and All-Pro edge rusher Khalil Mack restructured their deals this offseason in order to stay together for at least one more season. The 28-year-old Bosa was scheduled to make $22 million in 2024 and $25.36 million next year. While Bosa is one of the best pure pass-rushers in the NFL, staying healthy has made him a disappointment for fantasy managers that have invested in the defensive lineman in IDP formats. The former third overall pick by the Chargers in 2016 out of Ohio State missed the last seven games in 2023 due to a foot injury and has only played 14 games in the last two years due to injury. If he can stay healthy for a full season, both he and Mack could do some serious damage on opposing quarterbacks.

According to Diana Russini of The Athletic, the Chargers are open to moving on from linebacker Khalil Mack. The 33-year-old is coming off a monster season, totaling 74 tackles and five forced fumbles. He also had a career-high 17 sacks. Los Angeles would likely prefer to trade him to get something back. However, teams may wait things out, considering the Chargers could release Mack ahead of March 15, the day he would earn a $5.5 million roster bonus. But regardless of how Mack's relationship with the franchise comes to an end, he should have no issues finding work. That said, it will be hard for Mack to surpass his production from last season, especially since he spent most of the 2023-24 campaign without Joey Bosa, who was limited to just five games because of a groin injury.

According to Dianna Russini of The Athletic, the Chargers are open to dealing several veterans on the roster, including linebacker Joey Bosa. The 28-year-old was drafted No. 3 overall in the 2016 NFL Draft. Since then, he's totaled 321 tackles, 67 sacks, and 15 forced fumbles. However, Bosa's production has been capped because of numerous injuries along the way, most recently limiting him to just 14 regular season games since the 2022-23 campaign. Undoubtedly, there will be more than a few teams interested in trading for him. There's also a chance the Chargers will cut him in the next week before he would be eligible to earn a $7 million roster bonus. Either way, Bosa will find a new team quickly, but his fantasy outlook for 2024-25 mostly depends on whether he can remain on the field.

Houston Texans linebacker Denzel Perryman (ribs) doesn't carry an injury designation into Saturday's playoff game against the Baltimore Ravens. This is good news after Perryman suffered a ribs injury during the Wild-Card round last weekend. He was able to get through limited practice sessions all week. It appears that is good enough to clear the veteran linebacker for this game. Perryman figures to have a full workload for this divisional round matchup.
