2020 RTSports Outlook

Hill was injured the first game of the season, causing him to miss the next four games.Despite the missed games, Hill still had 860 yards and seven touchdowns. He had to 100-yard games and a double-digit reception game in Week 10. If Hill plays a full season, he has 77 receptions for 1,147 yards and nine touchdowns. Hill has 1,000-yard seasons two of his last three. He is the top receiver in the Chiefs explosive offense. Hill is a speed burner that can make all sorts of plays in the open field. He is small and lacks strength, but that hasn't slowed him down one bit since entering the league. Hill catches the ball well and is an improving route runner. He also can make big plays in the running game, having 150-plus rushing yards two of four seasons.

FANTASY OUTLOOK: Hill is a top-10 fantasy receiver. He is capable of the huge game any given week. He can carry a fantasy team to victory all by himself. He can get around 90 receptions for 1,300 yards, 100-rushing yards and double-digit scores.

RotoBaller's Outlook

Tyreek Hill is entering his age 26 season. These next 2-3 seasons should be his absolute best, which is very exciting given how amazing his age 24 season was. Hill managed a WR9 finish in 2019 in just 11 games despite leaving two of those 11 games early. He still has the highest weekly ceiling of any player and doesn't need much to reach it. Hill was more floor than ceiling over the second half of 2019, but we can chalk a lot of his struggles up to his injuries combined with Patrick Mahomes' injuries. The Chiefs' offense should be just as good in 2020, if not better. Hill was fifth in fantasy points per route run and should average at least six targets per game. He is the league's premier deep threat and locked in as an elite WR1. Hill should be one of the first five receivers off the board in every league of every format.

Kansas City Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill told reporters last month he is doing yoga twice a week in an effort to open up his hips and glutes more.

Fantasy Spin: Hill has reportedly also incorporated weighted Nordic hamstring curls into his workout regimen as well. It's clear he is targeting his lower body and is trying to avoid a repeat of 2019 when he missed four games with hamstring issues. Entering his age-26 season and third full year working with Patrick Mahomes, it is possible we have yet to see his statistical ceiling. Assuming fantasy owners don't mind taking the risk that his off-field issues become a problem again, Hill is an easy top-20 pick and has overall WR1 upside.

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill has been focusing on his conditioning this offseason, with the 26-year-old incorporating yoga into his workouts twice a week. Hill missed four games last season due to a shoulder injury, so whether or not his new routine will pay off won't be known until the season concludes. The former fifth-round pick took a step back in 2019, finishing the year with 860 yards and seven touchdowns off of 58 receptions. While Hill is projected to be one of the first receivers off the board in fantasy drafts for the 2020 campaign, the former Tiger will have to fight for looks from Patrick Mahomes on a Chiefs' squad that's loaded on the offensive end.

From RotoBaller

May 21 10:33pm ET

Kansas City Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill has amassed 1,765 yards on passes that traveled at least 20 yards downfield - more than 500 yards than second-place Julio Jones (1,223) for the most in the league by a player since 2017.

From TheHuddle

May 15 2:43pm ET

Kansas City Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill led all players with 10 receptions on throws of at least 40 yards downfield since 2017.

Fantasy Spin: With injuries limiting Hill to 12 games in 2019, he finished 29th among wide receivers in terms of total fantasy points -- a big drop after pacing position in that category the previous season. Bank on Hill's unparalleled speed pushing him back into top-end WR1 territory if he has any kind of better health fortune in 2020.

From TheHuddle

Feb 2 10:33pm ET

Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes completed 26 of his 42 passes for 286 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions, and he rushed nine times for 29 yards and a touchdown in a 31-20 win over the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LIV Sunday, Feb. 2. RB Damien Williams rushed 17 times for 104 yards and a touchdown and caught four passes for 29 yards and a score. WR Tyreek Hill caught nine of his 16 targets for 105 yards, WR Sammy Watkins hauled in five passes for 98 yards, and TE Travis Kelce caught all six of his targets for 43 yards and a touchdown. SS Bashaud Breeland finished with a team-high seven tackles, including two tackles for loss, and a pass defensed.

Kansas City Chiefs WRs Tyreek Hill and Mecole Hardman could be used as punt returners in Super Bowl LIV, depending upon the flow of the game and how they're feeling, according to special teams coordinator Dave Toub.

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill was able to find the end zone twice during Sunday's AFC Championship game. Hill caught five of his seven targets for 67 yards and two touchdowns in the victory over the Tennessee Titans. His first score was a 10-yard jet sweep handoff that counted as a reception, but regardless it was a nice way for Hill to show off his ridiculous speed. The performance of Hill in Super Bowl 54 could help make or break plenty of DFS players.

Jan 19 6:23pm ET

Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes completed 23-for-35, passing for 294 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions Sunday, Jan. 19, against the Tennessee Titans in the AFC Championship Game. He also ran for 53 yards and a touchdown. RB Damien Williams rushed 17 times for 45 yards and a touchdown, adding five receptions for 44 yards. WR Tyreek Hill caught five of seven targets for 67 yards and two touchdowns, while WRs Sammy Watkins paced the team with seven catches on 10 looks, 114 yards and a touchdown. TE Travis Kelce was held to three catches for 30 yards on four targets. SS Tyrann Mathieu led all Chiefs with nine total tackles (six solo), chipping in a pass deflection.

Jan 18 5:00pm ET

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill had an incredible performance against the Tennessee Titans during their Week 10 matchup. He caught 11 of his 19 targets for 157 yards and two touchdowns in the loss to Tennessee. He'll get another chance to run over the same team in the AFC Championship matchup on Sunday. Hill hasn't been able to get over 100 yards receiving in a single game since that matchup. DFS players know that Hill has a chance to be a complete bust, but the fact he destroyed Tennessee the first time is hard to ignore. Hill has given DFS players a lot to think about before Sunday's kickoff.

From RotoBaller

Jan 12 8:00pm ET

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill was not able to do much damage against the Houston Texans in Sunday's Divisional Round matchup. Hill was knocked out of the game for a little bit after taking a hit to the chest area, but returned to the game. The Chiefs were able to pick up the 51-31 victory, but Hill wasn't a huge factor in that. He hauled in three receptions for 41 yards on Sunday. He'll look to make a bigger impact against the Tennessee Titans in the AFC Championship matchup next weekend. Hill finished with 11 receptions for 157 yards and one touchdown in the Week 10 loss to Tennessee.

Jan 12 6:43pm ET

Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes completed 23-of-35 passes for 321 yards, five touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's AFC Divisional Round win over the Houston Texans. He also led the team with 53 rushing yards on seven attempts. RB Damien Williams ran 12 times for 47 yards with two touchdowns, while adding two grabs for 21 yards and a third score. TE Travis Kelce had a monster game with 10 grabs, 134 yards and three touchdowns. WR Sammy Watkins had two grabs for 76 yards and he added 14 rushing yards. WR Tyreek Hill ran three times for 41 yards with a four-yard run and one lost fumble. WR Mecole Hardman was good for two receptions and 19 yards, while WR Demarcus Robinson ended his day with one catch for four yards on four targets.

From TheHuddle

Jan 9 9:10pm ET

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill didn't finish the regular season on a strong note, but looks to have a big game on Sunday. Hill finished the season with two average performances, but fantasy owners shouldn't be worried. Hill has the kind of talent and speed to easily get over 100 yards and two touchdowns in a single game. The Houston Texans have a below average pass defense that Hill should be able to capitalize on. Hill didn't exactly finish the regular season on a great note, but he shouldn't be ignored for the playoff games this weekend. He'll have top tier potential against the Texans.
