No Playoff Match Up |
Las Vegas Raiders PK Daniel Carlson registered nine extra points in Week 15 against the Los Angeles Chargers. He has managed seven or more points in four of the past six games.
From TheHuddle
Las Vegas Raiders kicker Daniel Carlson nailed both extra-point attempts and went one for two on his field goal attempts in Week 12 against the Kansas City Chiefs. The Raiders kicker was on the injury report earlier this week with an illness that caused him to miss practice on Thursday, but he logged a full practice on Friday. Carlson was removed from the injury report before their Week 14 matchup against the Minnesota Vikings. Playing at home will benefit Carlson as he won't have to deal with the weather factor. Carlson will be relied upon in what should be a close game on Sunday.
From RotoBaller
Las Vegas Raiders OT Kolton Miller (shoulder) did not participate in practice Friday, Dec. 8, and has been ruled out for Week 14. DE Maxx Crosby (knee) was limited during practice and is listed as questionable. CB Brandon Facyson (shin) and LB Kana'i Mauga (knee) fully participated in practice but are listed as questionable. PK Daniel Carlson (illness), DT John Jenkins (non-injury) and DE Malcolm Koonce (ankle) fully participated in practice and are not on the injury report.
From TheHuddle
Las Vegas Raiders kicker Daniel Carlson (illness) did not participate in practice on Thursday. The Raiders have added Carlson to the injury report as a DNP for Thursday's session due to an illness, suddenly threatening his ability to suit up for Sunday's interconference tilt against the Minnesota Vikings. We'll see if Carlson is feeling better on Friday. The 28-year-old former All-Pro has yielded shaky results this season, hitting 83.3% of his 24 field-goal attempts after burying at least 90% of his tries in each of the prior three years. Las Vegas would likely need to find an emergency option off the scrap heap if Carlson's illness ends up costing him Week 14, as they don't currently employ a second kicker on their practice squad.
From RotoBaller
Las Vegas Raiders DE Maxx Crosby (knee), OT Kolton Miller (shoulder), PK Daniel Carlson (illness) and DT John Jenkins (non-injury) did not participate in practice Thursday, Dec. 7. CB Brandon Facyson (shin), LB Kana'i Mauga (knee) and DE Malcolm Koonce (ankle) were limited during practice.
From TheHuddle
Las Vegas Raiders PK Daniel Carlson converted all three of his field goal attempts, including a 54-yarder, while adding a point after for 10 total points in Week 10 against the New York Jets.
From TheHuddle
Las Vegas Raiders kicker Daniel Carlson nailed both of his extra-point attempts on Monday night in the loss to the Detroit Lions. Carlson was on the injury report earlier this week with a groin injury but logged three limited practices. The Raiders kicker was removed from the injury report before their Week 9 matchup against the New York Giants. In what should be a close game, Carlson may be more impactful on the outcome of the matchup.
From RotoBaller
Las Vegas Raiders LB Divine Deablo (ankle), FB Jakob Johnson (concussion), LB Luke Masterson (concussion) and OT Thayer Munford (neck) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 9 versus the New England Patriots. LB Robert Spillane (hand) was limited in practice for a second straight day on Friday, Nov. 3, and is listed as questionable. PK Daniel Carlson (groin), DE Maxx Crosby (knee, ankle) and CB Nate Hobbs (ankle) were limited in practice all week but no longer appear on the injury report. RB Brandon Bolden (knee) was upgraded to full practice on Friday and also has been removed from the injury report.
From TheHuddle
Las Vegas Raiders kicker Daniel Carlson (groin) remained a limited participant during Thursday's practice. The 28-year-old entered last week with a groin injury, but played through the issue. It's possible that he does it again, but groin issues have a tendency to be tricky. Right now, it seems like the Raiders are being cautious with Carlson. He should be able to suit up in Week 9 to play the New York Giants. However, he's not exactly a great fantasy option right now. The Raiders are expected to move forward with Aidan O'Connell as their starting quarterback. That being said, it's unlikely the Raiders put Carlson in position to kick many field goals.
From RotoBaller
Las Vegas Raiders LB Divine Deablo (ankle), FB Jakob Johnson (concussion), LB Luke Masterson (concussion) and OT Thayer Munford (neck) did not practice on Thursday, Nov. 2. PK Daniel Carlson (groin), DE Maxx Crosby (knee, ankle), CB Nate Hobbs (ankle), LB Robert Spillane (hand) and RB Brandon Bolden (knee) were limited.
From TheHuddle
Las Vegas Raiders kicker Daniel Carlson (groin) was listed as limited in Wednesday's practice due to a right-groin injury. Carlson was in danger of missing the Monday night game against the Detroit Lions in Week 8, but he ultimately suited up. The 28-year-old booter wasn't afforded a field-goal try and made both of his extra points in the 26-14 loss to Detroit. Barring a setback with his groin this week, Carlson should be active in Week 9 to face the New York Giants. Since Monday night, the Raiders shook things up by firing head coach Josh McDaniels, general manager Dave Ziegler and offensive coordinator Mick Lombardi. They are also benching quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo in favor of rookie Aidan O'Connell. It all adds up to Carlson being a fantasy kicker to avoid for the foreseeable future.
From RotoBaller
Las Vegas Raiders LB Divine Deablo (ankle), FB Jakob Johnson (concussion), LB Luke Masterson (concussion), OT Thayer Munford (neck) and LB Robert Spillane (hand) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Nov. 1. PK Daniel Carlson (groin), DE Maxx Crosby (ankle, knee) and CB Nate Hobbs (ankle) were limited during practice. The Raiders did not hold a practice Wednesday, so this is an estimation.
From TheHuddle
Las Vegas Raiders kicker Daniel Carlson (groin), who was listed as questionable for the Monday night game against the Detroit Lions, will kick for the team to close out Week 8, according to a league source. The Raiders promoted kicker James McCourt from the practice squad for Monday's game in case Carlson was unable to go, but it appears they'll have their regular kicker for this one. The 28-year-old missed practice on Thursday and Friday before returning to a limited session on Saturday. It's not a great matchup on Monday night for Carlson, and on top of it, he's taken a big fall in terms of fantasy value in 2023, averaging just six fantasy points per game. That mark has him tied for 27th in the league.
From RotoBaller
Las Vegas Raiders kicker Daniel Carlson (groin) is listed as questionable for Week 8 against the Detroit Lions, per Anthony Galaviz of The Fresno Bee. Carlson didn't practice on Thursday or Friday due to a groin issue but managed limited activity during Saturday's session, tentatively putting him on course to play. Perhaps the injury could explain some of the 2022 All-Pro's troubles this season, as Carlson is converting only 78.6% of his field goals (11-of-14). The Raiders would likely promote 25-year-old James McCourt from their practice squad if Carlson were unable to give it a go Monday. In this case, McCourt would act as an emergency kicking substitute if Lions kicker Riley Patterson is already rostered for fantasy managers relying on Carlson's slot for production to close out the Week 8 slate.
From RotoBaller
Las Vegas Raiders LB Divine Deablo (ankle) did not practice Saturday, Oct. 28, and was ruled out on the final Week 8 injury report. PK Daniel Carlson (groin), LB Curtis Bolton (knee) and CB Nate Hobbs (ankle) were limited at practice and are listed as questionable. DE Maxx Crosby (knee) and CB Marcus Peters (back) were limited at practice and carry no injury designation. CB Jakorian Bennett (knee, shoulder) and CB Tyler Hall (foot) practiced in full and carry no designation.
From TheHuddle
Las Vegas Raiders PK Daniel Carlson (groin) and LB Divine Deablo (ankle) did not participate in practice Friday, Oct. 27. CB Jakorian Bennett (knee, shoulder), LB Curtis Bolton (knee), DE Maxx Crosby (knee), CB Nate Hobbs (ankle) and CB Marcus Peters (back) were limited during practice. CB Tyler Hall (foot) fully participated in practice.
From TheHuddle
