Yeldon didn't get much playing time in his first season with the Bills, serving as the No. 3 back most of the year. He was inactive many weeks. He didn't even have 100-rushing yards and finished with 187 to-tal yards in six games. Yeldon will try earn a third-down role this season, a job he can serve well. Yeldon has 30 or more receptions each of his first four seasons in the league. He is best suited as a change-of-pace back. Yeldon lacks a big-time second gear, but still makes big plays because of his quickness and moves in space. He is a big help in the passing game because he is a solid blocker and pass catcher. He still needs to improve on hitting the hole in a hurry and being more decisive with his runs.
FANTASY OUTLOOK: Yeldon can have some fantasy value if he is getting work in the passing game but that needs to happen first before you give him a roster spot. He might be worth a late-round look in deeper formats. Look for around 400 total yards and 20 or so receptions.

Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen completed 28 of his 48 passes for 287 yards, two touchdowns and an interception and rushed seven times for 88 yards in a 38-24 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game Sunday, Jan. 24. RB Devin Singletary was bottled up, rushing for 17 yards and six carries and gaining nine yards on two catches. WR Cole Beasley had seven grabs for 88 yards, WR Stefon Diggs had six receptions on 11 targets for 77 yards, and TE Dawson Knox caught six balls for 42 yards and a touchdown. WR Isaiah McKenzie caught a six-yard touchdown pass on his only reception, and RB T.J. Yeldon had seven touches for 56 total yards. S Jordan Poyer led the defense with eight tackles, including six solo stops.
From TheHuddle
Buffalo Bills running T.J. Yeldon is active and will likely serve as the No. 2 back for the Bills in Saturday's Divisional Round against the Baltimore Ravens with Zack Moss (ankle) out. Devin Singletary will be the lead back and Yeldon's unlikely to see as much work as a healthy Moss would have, so he shouldn't be on your fantasy radar unless you really need a GPP punt play who won't be rostered much.
From RotoBaller
Buffalo Bills RB T.J. Yeldon will have a bigger role on offense in the Divisional Round playoff game since RB Zack Moss (ankle) is unavailable.
Fantasy Spin: Yeldon should see a handful of touches against the Buffalo Bills, but Devin Singletary will be the main running back for the Bills. Fantasy players can avoid Yeldon this week.
From TheHuddle
The Buffalo Bills have declared DE Trent Murphy, OG Jordan Devey, TE Tyler Kroft, WR Duke Williams, LB Tyrel Dodson, RB T.J. Yeldon and QB Jake Fromm inactive for Wild Card Weekend.
From TheHuddle
The Buffalo Bills activated running back T.J. Yeldon from the Reserve/COVID-19 list on Wednesday. Yeldon tested positive for the virus and has been on the list since Dec. 27. The 27-year-old has played in just three games for the Bills this season and hasn't appeared since a Week 5 loss to the Titans. He's accumulated only 10 carries for 70 yards and one reception for 22 yards and a touchdown in his second season in Buffalo. Yeldon will join Taiwan Jones as depth at the position behind Devin Singletary and rookie Zack Moss as the Bills enter the 2020 postseason as the No. 2 seed in the AFC. They will face the seventh-seeded Colts at home on wild-card weekend Saturday. You can continue to ignore Yeldon in fantasy playoff leagues.

Buffalo Bills RB T.J. Yeldon was activated from the Reserve/COVID-19 list Wednesday, Jan. 6.
From TheHuddle
Updating a previous report, Buffalo Bills WR John Brown (ankle) was activated from the Reserve/Injured list Monday, Dec. 28, but placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list along with S Josh Thomas and RB Christian Wade after being identified as close contacts to RB T.J. Yeldon, who was placed on the list one day earlier.
From TheHuddle
Buffalo Bills running back T.J. Yeldon tested positive for COVID-19 on Sunday and was placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list. He will not travel or play in the Monday night game against the division-rival Patriots on Monday night. It doesn't mean much for a fantasy standpoint, as Devin Singletary and rookie Zack Moss should continue to see most of the backfield touches on Monday night against New England. But with Yeldon out this week, Taiwan Jones will serve as the team's No. 3 back against the Pats. Make sure to check to see if any other Buffalo running back was deemed a high-risk close contact to Yeldon, as they wouldn't be allowed to play on Monday night either. Yeldon has only 10 carries for 70 yards in three games for the Bills this season.
