Mims had another disappointing season despite the Jets looking for options in the passing game. He had just 11 receptions for 186 yards. He has just 42 receptions in three seasons and is yet to score a touchdown in the NFL. Mims is a former high-draft pick that hasn't lived up to expectations. He is likely stuck in a reserve role. Mims is a good athlete. He has size and speed, and can make the acrobatic catch. He can get by defenders in a hurry and use his athletic ability to beat coverage. He will drop some passes, though, and still needs to shore up his route running.
FANTASY OUTLOOK: Mims is trending the wrong way. There is a chance he gets better this year but that isn't saying much after his first three years. He probably isn't worth a draft pick but is a player to monitor on the waiver wire if he happens to move up the depth chart and play more. Mims can get around 20 receptions for 300 yards and a touchdown.
