Player Notes
Dec 13 4:23pm ET

Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry (hamstring) did not participate in practice Friday, Dec. 13, and is listed as questionable for Week 15.

Fantasy Spin: Henry has said he will be able to play despite not practicing this week, but fantasy players will need to check the inactive list. He is a must-start option if he is active for the game but is a bit of a risky option because of the injury.

Dec 13 3:13pm ET

Tennessee Titans LB Daren Bates (shoulder), WR Adam Humphries (ankle) and CB Adoree' Jackson (foot) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 15 against the Houston Texans. RB Derrick Henry (hamstring) also did not practice all week but is listed as questionable. S Kenny Vaccaro (concussion) practiced in full for a second straight day on Friday, Dec. 13, and is also listed as possible. LB Jayon Brown (hip) was limited in practice after appearing on the injury report Friday but has been cleared to play. DT Jurrell Casey (knee), C Ben Jones (thumb) and CB LeShaun Sims (ankle) practiced in full Friday and have been removed from the injury report.

From TheHuddle

Dec 13 3:10pm ET

Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry has been listed as questionable to suit up for Sundays game versus the Houston Texans due to a hamstring injury. Henry missed practice again Friday, putting his status up in the air for a crucial divisional matchup that the Titans will likely need if they hope to claim the AFC South. He has exceeded the 100-yard rushing plateau in each of the last four weeks, having logged rushing touchdowns in his last five outings. Should he ultimately be held out, Dion Lewis would figure to see an increased workload out of the backfield. Owners will want to keep tabs on Henrys status ahead of kickoff Sunday.

Dec 12 4:43pm ET

Tennessee Titans LB Daren Bates (shoulder), RB Derrick Henry (hamstring), WR Adam Humphries (ankle) and CB Adoree' Jackson (foot) did not participate in practice Thursday, Dec. 12. DT Jurrell Casey (knee) was limited. C Ben Jones (thumb), CB LeShaun Sims (ankle) and S Kenny Vaccaro (concussion) practiced in full.

From TheHuddle

Dec 12 4:43pm ET

Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry (hamstring) did not participate in practice Thursday, Dec. 12.

Fantasy Spin: Henry is optimistic about his availability for Week 15, but fantasy players will need to keep an eye on the situation. He is a must-start option in all fantasy leagues if he is active for the game.

From TheHuddle

Dec 12 1:43pm ET

Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry (hamstring) sat out the team's first practice of the week Wednesday, Dec. 11, with a hamstring injury but said Thursday that 'I'll be ready to go' for Sunday's Week 15 AFC South showdown against the Houston Texans.

Fantasy Spin: With at least 100 total yards or two TDs in five straight games, Henry has taken his place among the RB1 elite, but a hammy injury is lingering at just the wrong time. Henry's practice-participation levels over the next few days will be heavily scrutinized.

From TheHuddle

Dec 12 1:10pm ET

Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry (hamstring) said "I'll be ready to go" for Week 15 against the Raiders. Henry has been rested early in the week recently as he navigates a nagging hamstring injury, but he should be fine for this Sunday and is a must-start in all fantasy lineups. The bruising 25-year-old back is once again carrying teams in the fantasy playoffs in 2019 with four straight 100-yard performances. We see no reason why that shouldn't continue against Oakland this weekend as long as Henry plays the entire game.

From RotoBaller

Dec 11 6:33pm ET

Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry (hamstring) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Dec. 11.

Fantasy Spin: Henry was able to finish the game last week despite the injury and should receive his normal workload this week. He is one of the top running backs in the NFL and is a must-start option in all leagues.

From TheHuddle

Dec 11 3:50pm ET

Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry (hamstring) and wide receiver Adam Humphries (ankle) were not seen at practice on Wednesday. Henry has been by far the best running back in football in the second half of the season. He's gone over 100 yards rushing in four straight games against the Chiefs, Jaguars, Colts and Raiders and has seven touchdowns in that span (all on the ground). The Titans continue to rest him early in the week, but fantasy owners aren't taking him off their benches. He'll face the Texans this Sunday as an elite RB1. Humphries is no guarantee to return this weekend. No pass-catchers can be trusted outside of A.J. Brown or Corey Davis in this run-first offense.

From RotoBaller

Dec 9 12:53am ET

Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry (hamstring) rushed 18 times for 103 yards and two touchdowns in Week 14 against the Oakland Raiders. He added one catch for six yards.

Fantasy Spin: Henry has run for at least 100 yards and a touchdown in four straight games, making him one of the most dependable running backs in fantasy over the last month or so. Even more impressively, he did so at far less than 100 percent, as his lingering hamstring injury tightened up on him as the game progressed. Fantasy owners should at least a missed practice or two this week and a questionable tag for Week 15. If he is OK by next Sunday, he should be a solid RB1 start again versus the Houston Texans.

From TheHuddle

Dec 8 6:43pm ET

Updating a previous report, Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry (hamstring) returned to the field after halftime and scored a rushing touchdown in the third quarter Sunday, Dec. 8, at the Oakland Raiders.

Fantasy Spin: This is obviously good news, and one has to believe he wouldn't have returned to the game if the injury was anything more than a tweak. Keep tabs on what should be a limited week of practice for the big man.

From TheHuddle

Dec 8 5:33pm ET

Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry (hamstring) was testing his hamstring on the sideline in Week 14 during the second quarter at the Oakland Raiders, according to CBS Sports. Henry had experienced hamstring problems in recent weeks, but it is unclear if this injury is related. He was icing the injury and his status to return is unknown.

Fantasy Spin: There's not much to say here for Week 15 and beyond without knowing details about the injury. Keep tabs on his week of practice and act accordingly.

From TheHuddle

Dec 6 5:13pm ET

Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry (hamstring) fully participated in practice Friday, Dec. 6, and is not on the injury report for Week 14.

Fantasy Spin: Henry has been one of the most valuable players in fantasy football recently with five touchdowns in the last three games with at least 149 yards in each of those three games. He is a must-start option in all fantasy leagues.

From TheHuddle

Dec 6 4:03pm ET

Tennessee Titans LB Daren Bates (shoulder), WR Adam Humphries (ankle), CB Adoree' Jackson (foot) and CB LeShaun Sims (ankle) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 14 against the Oakland Raiders. WR Tajae Sharpe (hamstring) was downgraded to a limited practice Friday, Dec. 6, and is listed as questionable. DT Jurrell Casey (non-injury) did not practice for a second straight day Friday but has been removed from the injury report. WR Corey Davis (non-injury), RB Derrick Henry (hamstring), C Ben Jones (thumb) and WR A.J. Brown (calf) practiced in full Friday and also no longer appear on the injury report.

From TheHuddle

Dec 5 5:43pm ET

Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry (hamstring) was upgraded to a limited participant in practice Thursday, Dec. 5.

Fantasy Spin: It's a big step in the right direction for Henry after sitting out Wednesday's session. He should be good to go Sunday and is an RB1 in a nice matchup.

From TheHuddle

Dec 5 3:20pm ET

Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry (hamstring) returned to practice on Thursday after being held out on Wednesday. The Titans are just resting Henry early in the week. He's been the best running back in the NFL in the last three games, running for well over 100 yards in each contest and totaling five touchdowns in that span on the ground. He'll get another great matchup in the Raiders in Week 14. Henry is a must-start fantasy commodity in the first week of the fantasy playoffs.

From RotoBaller

Dec 5 3:13pm ET

Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry (hamstring) returned to practice Thursday, Dec. 5.

Fantasy Spin: Henry has sat each of the last two Wednesdays and returned on Thursday both times. The fourth-year back has been on a serious roll lately, rushing for 496 yards and five touchdowns in the last three games alone while also adding six catches for 36 yards. There's little reason to expect him to slow down in Week 14 versus the Oakland Raiders.

From TheHuddle

Dec 4 5:03pm ET

Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry (hamstring) didn't practice Wednesday, Dec. 4.

Fantasy Spin: It's likely just a form of load management for Henry, who has rushed for at least 149 yards in each of his last three games with a total of five touchdowns. He's an RB1 as long as he dresses.

From TheHuddle

Dec 4 4:20pm ET

Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry (hamstring) and wide receiver Adam Humphries (ankle) both missed practice on Wednesday. Henry has gone well over 100 yards on the ground each of the last three games and has five touchdowns in that span, so the Titans might just be giving his legs a rest late in the season. Keep an eye on his practice status the rest of the week, though. Dion Lewis would see a big boost in fantasy value against Oakland this weekend if Henry were to sit out. If Henry is good to go, he's a must-start in all lineups. Humphries has 37 catches for 374 yards and two touchdowns on the year and isn't fantasy relevant in this run-first offense even if he plays. Tajae Sharpe, who was inactive last week, could see more work if Humphries is forced to sit this weekend.

From RotoBaller

Dec 1 9:13pm ET

Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry rushed 26 times for 149 yards and a touchdown in Week 13 against the Indianapolis Colts and he hauled in three receptions for 17 yards.

Fantasy Spin: Henry is on fire over the past three outings, running for at least 149 yards while scoring at least once for the fourth straight outing. That's 486 rushing yards and five scores over the past three games. He has lost three fumbles across the past five outings, so you have to take the good with the bad. Lately, there is way more good than bad.
