The Colts used their first-round pick on Richardson in this year's draft. Richardson might be the most talented quarterback of the rookie class. He is as athletic as any quarterback in the game right now. He has a great arm, can run like a running back, and make plays on the run as both a passer and runner. Richardson is raw, though. He will miss on some easy passes he should make and has little starting experience. He also could use work reading defenses. Richardson is likely to start this season for the Colts, but might not open up in that role.

FANTASY OUTLOOK: Richardson is the most exciting fantasy rookie quarterback. His rushing ability separates him from the rest, giving him huge big-game potential. It might take him some time to get up to speed in the pro game, though, so take him as a low-end No. 2 and hope he gets the starting job sooner than later.
