Jacksonville Jaguars WR Christian Kirk (collarbone) was part of trade conversations with the Pittsburgh Steelers, and until he broke his collarbone in Week 8, there was a reasonable chance that Kirk was going to end up with the Steelers, according to league sources.
From TheHuddle
According to Adam Schefter, before Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Christian Kirk's (collarbone) injury, the Pittsburgh Steelers had a deal in the works to acquire him. Per Schefter, league sources told ESPN there was a "reasonable chance" that Kirk would be heading to the Steel City. However, that plan was derailed when the 27-year-old suffered a broken clavicle that effectively ended his season. The NFL Insider noted that Pittsburgh is still looking to upgrade their wide receiver corps before the Nov. 5 trade deadline and that they've been "making calls and checking on any and all available wide receivers." With the last call for trades quickly approaching, we'll know if they're successful or not over the next 36 hours. Stay tuned.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR Christian Kirk (collarbone) was placed on injured reserve on Saturday, Nov. 2.
Fantasy Spin: Kirk is expected to miss the rest of the season with his broken collarbone. Gabe Davis figures to see the biggest bump in targets with Kirk gone, but he shouldn't be in lineups until he proves he can actually do something with them. Brian Thomas Jr. and Evan Engram are the only Jaguars pass-catchers to own, and both are starting option.
From TheHuddle
Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Christian Kirk (collarbone) was placed on the Injured Reserve list on Saturday. The wideout was already in line to miss the remainder of the 2024-25 campaign, so the latest move is just a formality. Kirk will officially finish the year by catching 27 passes for 379 yards and one touchdown. But after totaling eight touchdowns in 2022-23, his production has significantly declined over the last few seasons. With the injury and decrease in statistical output, his fantasy value will likely take a substantial hit entering 2025-26, no matter what uniform he is wearing. At any rate, to fill the void, the Jaguars elevated Austin Trammell and Elijah Cooks from the practice squad, although Brian Thomas Jr. (chest), who is questionable for Week 9 against the Eagles, should continue to lead the way offensively, barring further injury.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR Christian Kirk (collarbone) underwent surgery on his broken collarbone Monday, Oct. 28, and will miss the rest of the 2024 season.
Fantasy Spin: Parker Washington likely will be more involved in the passing game with Kirk out for the season. He is not a starting fantasy option at this point, but fantasy players may want to keep an eye on his over the next few games.
From TheHuddle
According to head coach Doug Pederson, Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Christian Kirk (collarbone) underwent surgery this morning on his broken collarbone. He'll miss the remainder of the season, as Kainani Stevens of the team reported. While Jacksonville's 2024 is in turmoil -- sitting at 2-6 -- it's still a considerable blow to the team, who could have potentially traded Kirk to a contender before the Nov. 5 trade deadline. He'll now begin the road to recovery. It's the second consecutive season that an injury has cut the 27-year-old's campaign short after missing the final five games of 2023 with a core muscle injury. The Texas A&M alum has potentially played his last snap for the Jaguars, with one year left on his four-year deal after being the subject of trade rumors recently. With rookie wideout Brian Thomas Jr. (chest) dinged up as well, wide receivers Gabe Davis (shoulder), Parker Washington, and Tim Jones figure to see an increase in usage.
From RotoBaller
Updating a previous report, Jacksonville Jaguars WR Christian Kirk (shoulder) suffered a broken collarbone during the team's Week 8 loss to the Green Bay Packers, per ESPN's Adam Schefter. The injury is expected to be season ending.
Fantasy Spin: There was some thought that Kirk would be moved before the trade deadline. Instead, his season looks to be over. He's safe to drop in all leagues. Meanwhile, Gabe Davis (shoulder) and Brian Thomas Jr. (chest) were injured in Week 8 as well. Both should see their value tick up, assuming their respective injuries aren't long term. Beyond those two, the next man up would likely be Parker Washington.

Dynasty | Jaguars wide receiver Christian Kirk is out for the season with a broken collarbone. Dynasty Analysis: Kirk, the target of a number of trade rumors recently, ends the year with 27 receptions, 379 yards and one touchdown. It was a major letdown for Kirk after his 57/787/3 season from last year was considered a blip on the radar. Kirk is still under contract with the Jags for one more year, but he's going to be three years removed from his last productive season at the beginning of next year. Turning 28 next month, Kirk's dynasty star is quickly starting to fade.
Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Christian Kirk (collarbone) will miss the remainder of the 2024 season after suffering a broken collarbone in Sunday's 30-27 loss to the Green Bay Packers. He finished his night recording 59 yards on 2-of-5 receiving. The seventh-year wideout exited the game early in the fourth quarter after landing hard on his left shoulder while going after a deep shot from Trevor Lawrence and immediately went to the locker room -- a foreboding sign. What was initially considered a shoulder injury will effectively end his season. It's a big blow to Jacksonville, as their offense appeared to be finding its footing over the last few weeks. Additionally, Kirk had his name thrown around in trade circles ahead of the Nov. 5 deadline. In his stead, WRs Brian Thomas Jr. and Gabe Davis figure to earn more targets, while Parker Washington and Tim Jones will fill in for three-wide-receiver sets.
From RotoBaller
Jacksonville Jaguars WR Christian Kirk (shoulder) had a pair of receptions for 59 yards on five targets in Week 8 against the Green Bay Packers before departing early with a shoulder ailment.
Fantasy Spin: Kirk and Brian Thomas Jr. both left the game with injuries, which makes the Jacksonville WR picture a little unclear heading into Week 9 in Philadelphia. Parker Washington and Tim Jones could see much larger roles if both of the top wideouts are sidelined, not to mention more targets for TE Evan Engram.
From TheHuddle
Per ESPN's Adam Schefter, Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Christian Kirk has generated significant trade buzz ahead of the Nov. 5 deadline. With wideouts changing hands left and right over the last few weeks, it appears Kirk could be one of the next on the move. The seventh-year WR is in his third campaign with Jacksonville, who, after another loss on Sunday, "might make it more likely they would be willing to entertain offers for players such as Kirk," according to Schefter. Despite a solid three-week stretch, the 27-year-old has mostly taken a backseat to first-round rookie wideout Brian Thomas Jr. in the passing game thus far. That trend could continue with tight end Evan Engram back in the fold. The ESPN Insider noted that Carolina Panthers wide receiver Diontae Johnson (ribs) is a highly-sought trade piece as well, so it could be an eventful upcoming two weeks before the trade deadline. A change of scenery would undoubtedly boost his outlook.
From RotoBaller
Jacksonville Jaguars receiver Christian Kirk has limited upside in a tough matchup with the Green Bay Packers. After a rough two-week start to the season, Kirk seemed like he was turning things around with a solid three weeks. However, since tight end Evan Engram returned from injury in Week 6, Kirk has just a combined four catches and 64 yards in the last two games. It is hard to expect more than that out of the veteran receiver against the stout Packers secondary. Kirk could take advantage of teammate Brian Thomas Jr. being shadowed by Jaire Alexander, but it is more likely Evan Engram will benefit the most out of the other receiving options. Until he shows he can coexist with Engram from a fantasy perspective, Kirk should be viewed as a low-upside flex option in Week 8.
From RotoBaller
Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Christian Kirk turned three targets into just one catch for 24 yards during Sunday's Week 7 win over the New England Patriots in London. The 27-year-old has underperformed over his last two games, tallying just four catches and 63 yards during that span. Immediately upon returning stateside next week, he gets a tough matchup against a very tough Green Bay Packers secondary. Fantasy managers should leave Kirk on the bench in 12-team leagues.
From RotoBaller
Jacksonville Jaguars WR Christian Kirk caught one pass for 24 yards against the New England Patriots in Week 7. He was targeted three times during the game.
Fantasy Spin: Kirk was not a big factor this week because the team did not have to throw much during the game. He should be more involved next week and can be at least a flex option in fantasy leagues.
From TheHuddle
Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Christian Kirk makes for a decent flex play in London against the New England Patriots in Week 7. The veteran receiver was overshadowed by Evan Engram and Gabe Davis last week but has the potential to return to previous form in a good matchup. Engram dominated the targets and could continue to do so, but Kirk going forward should be more involved than his three catches for 39 yards on six targets from last week against the Chicago Bears. He combined for 22 targets in Week 3 and Week 4, so he has shown capable of earning plenty of targets to be a good fantasy option. As long as Trevor Lawrence spreads the ball around more than last week, expect Kirk to return to form as a solid flex option against a much weaker Patriots secondary in Week 7.
From RotoBaller
Jacksonville Jaguars WR Christian Kirk caught three passes for 39 yards against the Chicago Bears in Week 6. He was targeted six times during the game.
Fantasy Spin: Kirk was held to under 40 yards for the first time in four weeks but was still targeted six times during the game. He has a good chance to have more success next week and can be at least a flex option in leagues.
From TheHuddle
Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Christian Kirk is still a decent starting option in a Week 6 trip to London, but is a bit risky of a play against a tough Chicago Bears secondary. With the potential returns of wide receiver Gabe Davis and tight end Evan Engram, Kirk could suddenly have much more competition for targets. He still should serve as a good intermediate passing option for Trevor Lawrence, but he doesn't quite have the big play potential of Brian Thomas Jr., or the ability to be a mismatch like Engram. Kirk seems to have a decent floor after settling in over the past three weeks, but his upside should be limited. As long as Trevor Lawrence can move the ball somewhat, he should be fine fantasy-wise. Kirk fantasy managers should try to find higher upside options for their flex if they can, but they can do much worse than the veteran receiver in Week 6.
From RotoBaller
Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Christian Kirk had a solid outing in a 37-34 victory over the Indianapolis Colts. Kirk finished with four catches on four targets for 88 yards, including a 61 yard reception. Both Kirk and Brian Thomas Jr. have become reliable receiving options for Trevor Lawrence, combining for 210 of Lawrence's 371 passing yards on the day. Kirk wasn't as heavily targeted as he has been in recent games, but he made the most of them. The 27-year-old receiver now has put together three straight good performances after two horrid performances to start the year. It seems the first two games are well behind him at this point. While BTJ has been the standout option for the Jaguars in fantasy, Kirk has been great as well and should continue to produce going forward as the offense continues to improve. Kirk and the Jaguars take on the Chicago Bears in London in Week 6.
