Nov 17 5:00pm ET

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Calvin Ridley had a monster day in Week 11 against the Panthers, catching all eight of his targets for 143 yards and a touchdown. It was only Ridley's second 100-yard game of the season. The first one came all the way back in Week 2. Clearly, Matt Ryan saw something he liked in Ridley's matchup this week and exploited it heavily. Ridley had as many targets as his superstar teammate Julio Jones and outperformed Jones significantly as Jones had six catches for 91 yards in the game. Ridley should continue to see an uptick in targets with Austin Hooper (knee) sidelined, so make sure he's in your lineup with his favorable matchup against the Buccaneers in Week 12.

Nov 17 4:43pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Calvin Ridley caught eight passes for 143 yards and one touchdown against the Carolina Panthers in Week 11. He was targeted eight times during the game.

Fantasy Spin: Ridley has been a bit inconsistent this season but posted his second 100-yard game of the season this week. He should have a favorable matchup in Week 12 and can be a No. 2 receiver.

From TheHuddle

Nov 14 1:00pm ET

It's been a roller-coaster type of year for Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Calvin Ridley. He was rolling early in the season, but has gone without a touchdown in three straight games, and has failed to top 30 receiving yards in two of those three games. This week, Ridley and the Falcons face the Panthers. The team is going to be short-handed offensively with Austin Hooper (MCL) and Devonta Freeman (foot) sidelined. There's also a chance that quarterback Matt Ryan (ankle) misses the game. Ridley should have an opportunity to step up in the absence of Hooper and Freeman. Expect him to see at least six or seven targets from whoever is quarterback, giving him a good chance to come down with four or more catches and around 70 or 80 yards. He's a solid WR2 option this week.

From RotoBaller

Nov 10 11:20pm ET

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Calvin Ridley finished with just three catches for 28 yards during the win over the Saints in Week 10. Ridley was targeted five times on Sunday, his second-lowest of the season, and also failed to find the end zone for the third time in the team's last three games. After scoring four times during the first six games of the season, the 24-year-old has disappeared for the most part as of late. He remains a suitable starter in all formats but desperately needs to get it together against the Panthers in Week 11.

From RotoBaller

Nov 10 4:53pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Calvin Ridley caught three passes for 28 yards against the New Orleans Saints in Week 10. He was targeted five times during the game. He also rushed for 22 yards on one carry.

Fantasy Spin: Ridley has been targeted at least five times in each of the last six games, but his 28 yards were his second lowest of the season. He will look bounce back next week against the Carolina Panthers and can be No. 3 receiver in most leagues.

From TheHuddle

Nov 7 9:50am ET

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Calvin Ridley has earned six or more targets in five straight games and should be able to keep that streak alive in Week 10 against the Saints. The Falcons should have starting quarterback Matt Ryan (ankle) back in action, which most definitely gives Ridley a boost. Ridley is the team's clear No. 2 receiver now that Mohamed Sanu is in New England. Even though tight end Austin Hooper is heavily involved in the passing game, Ridley still provides a unique asset as a more dynamic playmaker than Hooper. Expect Ridley to catch at least four passes and compile around 70 yards in Week 10, making him a viable low-end WR2 or strong WR3 in most leagues.

From RotoBaller

Oct 27 8:53pm ET

Atlanta Falcons RB Calvin Ridley registered four receptions for 70 yards on seven targets in Week 8 against the Seattle Seahawks.

Fantasy Spin: Ridley has four or more receptions in four consecutive games. While he hasn't scored in two weeks, his yardage total was his highest since Oct. 6 when he had 88 yards. He remains a solid WR4 in most PPR fantasy leagues, although you'll need to make alternate plans with a bye in Week 9.

From TheHuddle

Oct 27 4:50pm ET

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Calvin Ridley had a solid outing against the Seahawks in Week 8, catching four of his seven targets for 70 yards. It was his third-highest yardage output on the season. The Falcons were led by backup quarterback Matt Schaub in the game as Matt Ryan (ankle) was out. Schaub still managed to lead a dominant passing attack in the game, which is promising to know going forward, even though Ryan may not miss any further games. Ridley tied with Austin Hooper for fourth on the team in targets in the game, behind Julio Jones (12), Devonta Freeman (8) and most surprisingly, Russell Gage (9). Ridley's 70 receiving yards were second on the team behind Jones.

From RotoBaller

Oct 27 4:03pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Calvin Ridley (head) left the Week 8 game early and is being evaluated for a concussion.

Fantasy Spin: Ridley will need to be medically cleared if he is diagnosed with a concussion, so fantasy players will need to monitor the situation. Ridley has played well so far this season and can be a No. 3 fantasy receiver against most opponents.

From TheHuddle

Oct 24 10:00am ET

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Calvin Ridley received a boost in his value going forward when the team traded away Mohamed Sanu, who had been targeted just two fewer times than Ridley on the season. Now, Ridley is the team's clear No. 2 receiver. Starting quarterback Matt Ryan (ankle) is currently questionable for Week 8 and Ridley's potential in Week 8 varies a bit depending on if Ryan can go or if Matt Schaub is the starter. With Ryan at the helm, consider Ridley a low-end WR2 option with a good chance to compile around 60 or 70 receiving yards with scoring potential. With Schaub starting, Ridley's more of a WR3 play with a risk of gaining under 50 yards on the day, though he'd still have the potential to score.

From RotoBaller

Oct 22 10:53pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Calvin Ridley was listed as the No. 2 receiver on the version of the Falcons' depth chart released following the trade of WR Mohamed Sanu Tuesday, Oct. 22.

Fantasy Spin: Ridley was already Atlanta's second-most productive receiver behind Julio Jones, but he stands to gain at least a few extra targets per game without much depth behind the top two wideouts for the Falcons.

From TheHuddle

Oct 20 7:43pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Calvin Ridley ended up with four grabs and 30 yards on six targets in Week 7 against the Los Angeles Rams.

Fantasy Spin: Ridley has four or more grabs in three straight outings, although his yardage total was his lowest since Week 3 and he saw his touchdown streak end at two games. He'll look to rebound in Week 8 against the Seattle Seahawks, but his fantasy value could take a hit if QB Matt Ryan (ankle) is unable to go.

From TheHuddle

Oct 20 4:40pm ET

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Calvin Ridley had four catches on six targets in Week 7, but managed just 30 yards and was held out of the end zone. The Falcons offense struggled mightily on the day and didn't score their first, and only, touchdown until the fourth quarter, when backup quarterback Matt Schaub had taken over for an injured Matt Ryan (ankle). Ridley will most certainly have some down games sprinkled in throughout the season, but the team's offense should rarely struggle to this degree as long as Ryan and the team's key playmakers remain healthy. Ridley will be worthy of starting as a WR2 most weeks going forward.

From RotoBaller

Oct 17 3:00pm ET

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Calvin Ridley has found the end zone in four of six games so far this year, keeping up his impressive touchdown rate from his rookie season. He has 21 targets over his last three games and should stay heavily involved in the offense as the team hosts the Rams in Week 7. Ridley is a bit handicapped by the number of mouths to feed in the Atlanta offense. Apart from star receiver Julio Jones, Ridley also has to compete with Austin Hooper, Mohamed Sanu and Devonta Freeman for targets. This makes Ridley a bit risky on a week-to-week basis, but he should still produce decent WR2 numbers more often than not given the strength of the Falcons passing game.

From RotoBaller

Oct 13 11:03pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Calvin Ridley caught four of his six targets for 48 yards and a touchdown in a 34-33 loss to the Arizona Cardinals in Week 6.

Fantasy Spin: Ridley continues to be more of a touchdown-dependent fantasy option, but with four scores in six games, he is worth starting as a WR3.

From TheHuddle

Oct 13 8:10pm ET

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Calvin Ridley caught four of his six targets for 48 yards and a touchdown in Week 6. He was third on the team in receptions, targets and yards, behind Julio Jones and tight end Austin Hooper in all three categories. Ridley has four touchdowns through six games this year, which is a great mark, but he's only topped 65 yards twice so far this year. He's going to be a little hit-or-miss throughout the season, but as a key part of a dominant passing offense, he should be started as a low-end WR2 most weeks.

From RotoBaller

Oct 11 10:30am ET

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Calvin Ridley got back on track last week, catching five passes for 88 yards and a touchdown, after two straight disappointing weeks. This week, Ridley and the Falcons face a very favorable matchup in a Cardinals Defense that's allowing over 400 yards per game. The Falcons should be able to have a field day from both a yardage and points perspective, making Ridley a good bet to break a few big plays. Start him with confidence as a WR2 and look for him to go for at least four or five catches for about 80 yards and a chance to score.

From RotoBaller

Oct 7 1:43am ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Calvin Ridley caught five of his nine targets for 88 yards and a touchdown in Week 5 versus the Houston Texans.

Fantasy Spin: Ridley totaled four receptions for 38 scoreless yards in his previous two games, so his fantasy owners have to be thrilled he got right in a get-right matchup. The highlight of his day was the toe-tapping, 29-yard TD grab in which he showed off his field awareness and hands. The second-year standout should be in for another solid day at the office and remain in the WR2 conversation in Week 6 against the woeful secondary of the Arizona Cardinals.

From TheHuddle

Oct 6 7:50pm ET

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Calvin Ridley had a solid bounce-back game in Week 5 after two straight disappointing outings. Ridley caught five of his nine targets for 88 yards and a touchdown in Week 5. He led the team in receiving yards in the game and tied with Austin Hooper for the team lead in targets. His 29-yard touchdown reception was the team's longest play from scrimmage in the game. Ridley will be a bit up-and-down as the Atlanta offense has a lot of mouths to feed, but he's worthy of starting as a low-end WR2 going forward.

From RotoBaller

Oct 3 2:50pm ET

After a promising start to the season, Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Calvin Ridley has cooled off significantly the past two weeks, totaling just four catches for 38 yards. Ridley is an exceptionally talented receiver, but the Falcons just have a lot of weapons in the passing game. Mohamed Sanu's nine-catch outing in Week 4 is certainly concerning, but it's a clear outlier for Sanu, who typically tops out at about five or six catches. Ridley won't be a staple of consistency for as long as the Falcons' key offensive weapons remain healthy, but he still should produce solid numbers for you more often than not. Look for him to get back up to around 60 or 70 yards with a chance to score this week.
