The Cleveland Browns Defense struggled in a 32-28 loss to the Seattle Seahawks in Week 6. Cleveland's offense jumped out to a 20-6 lead early in the second quarter but the defense was unable to hold on for the win, allowing 26 points in the final three quarters. The defense didn't get much help as the Cleveland offense committed four turnovers in the loss. Seattle also got excellent field position after blocking a punt. On the plus side, Cleveland's defense continues to sack the quarterback at a high rate, notching another three in the contest while also forcing one turnover. The Browns defense has plenty of talent but they have played a tough schedule thus far. Things won't let up after their Week 7 bye as they draw a brutal road matchup against the undefeated New England Patriots in Week 8. At least fantasy owners have two weeks to make plans to secure a proper replacement defense in their fantasy leagues before that matchup.

The Cleveland Browns Defense heads back home after getting whipped by the San Francisco 49ers in Week 5. In Week 6, the Seattle Seahawks head on the road to take on Cleveland. While West Coast teams heading east and playing at 1:00 PM EST usually tend to struggle, Seattle's offense has been red-hot of late, which is concerning for the Browns. Cleveland's defense will have their work cut out for them if they want to slow down MVP candidate Russell Wilson and company. Cleveland's defense does rank sixth in the league with 16 sacks but starting a fantasy defense against Wilson isn't a good idea at this time.

From TheHuddle

Oct 7 11:40pm ET

The Cleveland Browns Defense struggled in a 31-3 loss to the San Francisco 49ers in Week 5. Cleveland was absolutely dismantled by the San Francisco running game, allowing a whopping 275 rushing yards and two touchdowns, mostly to the trio of Tevin Coleman, Matt Breida, and Raheem Mostert. The Browns managed just two sacks and were unable to force a turnover in the loss. Things won't get any easier for Cleveland in Week 6 as they will face off against a white-hot Seattle Seahawks offense. The Cleveland defense will not be a recommended fantasy option for that matchup, so be sure to be on the lookout for a streaming option when waivers run in your league.
