Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker's 'upside' may be limited in Week 11 because of the coverage skills of Buffalo Bills CB Tre'Davious White, according to Cameron Wolfe of ESPN.com.

Fantasy Spin: Parker had five catches for 55 yards and a touchdown in the first meeting with the Buffalo, but with Preston Williams sidelined, White and the Bills can focus all their attention on Parker. He is a touchdown-dependent WR3.

Miami Dolphins CB Ken Webster (ankle) did not practice all week and has been ruled out for Week 11 against the Buffalo Bills. DE Taco Charlton (elbow) and LB Raekwon McMillan (knee) were limited in practice all week and are listed as possible. S Reshad Jones (chest) and DE Avery Moss (ankle) practiced in full for a second straight day and are also listed as questionable. OL Jesse Davis (elbow), QB Ryan Fitzpatrick (shoulder), DT Davon Godchaux (shoulder), WR Jakeem Grant (toe, Achilles), LB Trent Harris (foot), C Daniel Kilgore (knee), CB Chris Lammons (ankle, toe), S Bobby McCain (shoulder), WR DeVante Parker (calf), TE Durham Smythe (knee, elbow), DT Christian Wilkins (toe) and WR Albert Wilson practiced in full Friday and no longer appear on the injury report. RB Kalen Ballage (neck, illness) was not given a practice designation Friday but was also removed from the injury report.

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Devante Parker is the most talented man left standing in the Dolphins receiving corps but will face an uphill battle with the Buffalo Bills coming to town in Week 11. Led by shutdown corner TreDavious White, the Bills secondary has allowed the second-fewest fantasy points to wide receivers this season, trailing only the New England Patriots. With teammate Preston Williams out for the season following knee surgery, Parker is clearly quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick's favorite place to look, with his 10 targets leading the Dolphins last week in their 16-12 win over the Indianapolis Colts. While the speedy wideout has a touchdown in four of his last six games and should get close to double-digit targets every week, Parker might also be shadowed by the aforementioned White on Sunday, limiting his ceiling and dropping his floor down to zero. Avoid starting him this week but don't sleep on Parker in the future, as three of his next four opponents are in the bottom-six in fantasy points allowed to wide receivers in 2019.

Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker (calf) fully participated in practice Thursday, Nov. 14.

Fantasy Spin: Parker has recorded at least five receptions in three of the last four games and has at least 55 yards in each of those games. He appears to have good chemistry with Ryan Fitzpatrick and can be a No. 3 receiver or flex option in leagues.

Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker (calf) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Nov. 13.

Fantasy Spin: Parker has received at least six targets in each of the last four games and appears to be the top option in the passing game with Preston Williams out. He has caught a touchdown pass in four of the last six games and can be a No. 3 receiver or flex option in leagues.

Nov 11 6:40pm ET

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Devante Parker was quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick's favorite target in a 16-12 victory over the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday, with his 10 targets leading the team. Parker could only haul in five of those passes, however, finishing with just 69 yards receiving in the win, and failing to score a touchdown for only the second time in the past six games. It may have been a disappointing final line, as the Dolphin offense only managed 229 yards of offense on the day, but Parker is seemingly firmly entrenched as Miami's number-one receiver, making him a viable flex option in most weeks. Just not for this week, as the Dolphins will face a Buffalo Bills Defense in Week 11 that's allowing the second-fewest fantasy points to wide receivers in 2019.

Nov 10 10:03pm ET

Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker caught five of his 10 targets for 69 yards in a 16-12 win over the Indianapolis Colts in Week 10.

Fantasy Spin: Parker led the team in catches, yards and targets, and he has become the de facto No. 1 option in the Miami passing attack. He should be a serviceable WR3 going forward.

From TheHuddle

Nov 9 1:30pm ET

After scoring his fourth touchdown in five games, the stock of Miami Dolphins wide receiver Devante Parker continues to rise. Scoring 11 points on four receptions last week in Miamis first win of the season, Parker has now scored 48 fantasy points in standard leagues, on 22 receptions in the Dolphins past five games. With the news that teammate Preston Williams will miss the remainder of the season with a knee injury, Parker should be in for an even larger share of work, as Williams was the only Dolphin who had more targets on the year than he does. Parker and the Dolphins will have a tougher task in Week 10, going on the road to face an Indianapolis Colts Defense thats allowing the 14th-fewest points to wide receivers in 2019. Even with the tough matchup, Parker is a WR3 with upside, considering Miamis commitment to throwing the ball along with the lack of better options at their skill positions.

Nov 4 12:40pm ET

Experiencing a win for the first time in 2019, Miami Dolphins wide receiver Devante Parker caught a touchdown pass for the fourth time in five weeks, scoring 11 points in standard leagues in a 26-18 victory over the New York Jets. Parker caught 4-of-6 targets for 57 yards and connected with quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick on a 17-yard score midway through the second quarter. Once thought likely to be traded by the rebuilding Dolphins, Parker is second on the team in targets and could see a bump in usage if teammate Preston Williams is forced to miss any time with a knee injury suffered in the Dolphins win. If Williams is unable to go, Parker moves into WR3/4 territory, with the Dolphins heading into a Week 10 matchup with the Indianapolis Colts.

Nov 3 7:03pm ET

Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker caught four passes for 57 yards and one touchdown against the New York Jets in Week 9. He was targeted six times during the game.

Fantasy Spin: Parker has caught a touchdown in four of the last five games and has been targeted at least six times in each of the last three games. He has become a reliable target for Ryan Fitzpatrick and can be at least a flex option in fantasy leagues.

From TheHuddle

Nov 2 8:40pm ET

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Devante Parker has a significant upside against the Jets on Sunday. With 18 targets over the last two games, the 26-year-old has 11 catches for 114 yards, while also hauling in a touchdown in three of his previous four outings. Parker could serve as an adequate streamer against an unimpressive Jets Defense in leagues of all sizes, especially in PPR formats, for those looking for help to get through a bye.

Oct 29 12:50pm ET

After scoring touchdowns in three-straight games, Miami Dolphins wide receiver Devante Parker was kept out of the end zone in Monday's 27-13 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Targeted a team-high eight times, Parker finished with 59 yards on six receptions, with his longest completion going for 15 yards. Along with many of his now-departed teammates, Parker has seemingly been on Miami's trade-block all season but still remains a Dolphin with only hours remaining before the Oct. 29 deadline. If he does stay in Miami, Parker will remain a boom-or-bust WR4/5, barring a dramatic turnaround by the Dolphin offense.

From RotoBaller

Oct 29 12:13am ET

Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker posted six receptions for a team-high 59 yards on eight targets in Week 8 against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Fantasy Spin: Parker was the top target for QB Ryan Fitzpatrick, but it was still a minimal splash from a fantasy perspective. However, Parker could be a nice streaming option and low-cost DFS play against the equally lowly New York Jets in South Florida next Sunday.

From TheHuddle

Oct 25 1:20pm ET

Heading into a Week 8 matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers on Monday Night Football, trade rumors continue to swirl around Miami Dolphins wide receiver Devante Parker. With Miami seemingly willing to trade anything of value, teams such as San Francisco and Green Bay have reportedly checked on what it would take to acquire the speedy fifth-year receiver whos on a team-friendly contract through 2020. Parker has helped his own case for getting shipped out before the Oct. 29 deadline, catching touchdowns in his last three games. Averaging just under 11 points-per-game in standard leagues over that stretch, Parker was targeted 10 times in last weeks loss to the Bills and should continue to see the highest volume of looks behind teammate Preston Williams. The Steelers are allowing the 14th-fewest points to wide receivers on the season, but with Ryan Fitzpatrick under center and the Dolphins likely to spend much of the game trailing, expect Parker to see plenty of looks down the field. This makes him a solid WR4 with some upside, but also someone with the lowest of floors given how much difficulty Miami has had in moving the ball this season.

Oct 20 11:10pm ET

Rarely consistent in his pro career, Miami Dolphins wide receiver Devante Parker has now scored in three straight games, catching a 12-yard pass from Ryan Fitzpatrick in the second quarter of a 31-21 loss to the Buffalo Bills. Parker caught five of his team-high 10 targets and ended with 55 yards and the aforementioned touchdown. With it seeming a certainty that hell be moved before the trade deadline at the end of the month, Parker continues to make his case for a team in a better situation to make a trade for the speedy receiver. The Dolphins should continue to give him plenty of looks in Week 8 when they travel to Pittsburgh on Monday night, putting Parker in WR4/5 territory, particularly given the Steelers middling pass defense.

From RotoBaller

Oct 20 5:23pm ET

Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker caught five passes for 55 yards and one touchdown against the Buffalo Bills in Week 7. He was targeted 10 times during the game.

Fantasy Spin: Parker found the end zone for the third straight week and appears to have a nice connection with Ryan Fitzpatrick. He could be a possible flex option in deeper leagues but is not a must-start option next week.

From TheHuddle

Oct 18 10:00am ET

He may have scored touchdowns in his past two games but Miami Dolphins wide receiver Devante Parker still isn't trending up and still doesn't belong on your fantasy roster. Even in a favorable matchup last week against the previously winless Washington Redskins, and with teammate Preston Wilson drawing most of cornerback Josh Norman's attention, Parker still only finished with 28 yards on three receptions, with his touchdown not coming until Miami's final drive. Heading into a Week 7 matchup with a Buffalo defense that's allowing the fewest fantasy points to wide receivers on the season, Parker should only be a dart thrown at the flex position by desperate owners in deep leagues.

From RotoBaller

Oct 14 12:50pm ET

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Devante Parker made the last of his three receptions count on Sunday, with an 11-yard touchdown catch with just six seconds remaining in Miami's 17-16 loss to the Washington Redskins. Parker has now caught a touchdown in his last two games but was only targeted a total of eight times in those two, after averaging just under seven targets in his previous three. The speedy receiver only received four targets on Sunday, putting him behind five other players, all of whom received at least six looks. Getting less and less attention in an offense that's going nowhere fast, there are few reasons to take a flyer on Parker with Miami facing Buffalo's top-ranked pass defense in Week 7.
