Player Notes
Nov 17 5:00pm ET

Houston Texans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins was somewhat of a fantasy bright spot in Sunday's loss to the Baltimore Ravens, catching seven passes for 80 yards. He had a team-high 12 targets. It wasn't the best game for Hopkins, but it also wasn't the worst game, and with how little the rest of the team did, Hopkins deserves some credit for at least putting up serviceable numbers. He's not quite the threat to be the overall WR1 that he was supposed to be this year, but Hopkins is still a strong fantasy option and arguably the most talented wide receiver in the NFL.

From RotoBaller

Nov 17 4:33pm ET

Houston Texans WR DeAndre Hopkins registered seven grabs for 80 yards on 12 targets in Week 11 against the Baltimore Ravens.

Fantasy Spin: Hopkins failed to find the end zone for the seventh time in the past nine games, but at least the yardage total was somewhat respectable. He also has seven or more catches in each of the past six outings, and five or more in all 10 of his appearances. Hopkins remains an obvious must-start in all PPR leagues heading into Thursday's Week 12 matchup with the Colts. He had nine catches for 106 yards and a touchdown in the first meeting in Indianapolis in Week 7.

From TheHuddle

Nov 15 3:20pm ET

Houston Texans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins will be tested this Sunday when the team travels to Baltimore to face a tough Ravens secondary. Hopkins has been the centerpiece of the Houston offense getting double-digit targets in four straight games with either 100 yards or a touchdown in each of his last three. Hopkins is likely to see shadow coverage from Marlon Humphrey which could limit Hopkins' appeal in DFS, but he's an obvious must-start WR1 in any seasonal format in what could be a high scoring game.

From RotoBaller

Nov 3 1:23pm ET

Houston Texans WR DeAndre Hopkins caught eight passes for 48 yards and one touchdown against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 9. He was targeted 11 times during the game.

Fantasy Spin: Hopkins was targeted at least 10 times in the fourth straight game and posted his fourth touchdown on the season. He remains one of the top receivers in the NFL and is a must-start option no matter the opponent.

From TheHuddle

Nov 3 1:10pm ET

Houston Texans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins had eight receptions on Sunday as the Texans hopped across the pond to take on the Jacksonville Jaguars. It wasn't a huge yardage game for Hopkins, who finished with just 48 yards, but a late touchdown catch helped him finish with a solid fantasy line. It's been a frustrating year for Hopkins owners, but he seems to be turning a corner lately. We'll see if he's able to return to the top of the wide receiver position after Houston's bye week.

From RotoBaller

Nov 1 9:43pm ET

Houston Texans WR DeAndre Hopkins has recorded at least five receptions in 11 straight games dating back to the 2018 season. Only New Orleans Saints WR Michael Thomas has a longer streak, catching at least five passes in 13 straight games.

Fantasy Spin: Hopkins faces the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 9, and while he managed just five catches for 40 yards the first time these teams met, it is important to note that Jalen Ramsey played in that game. Without Ramset in the fold, expect a stronger showing from one of the steadiest receivers in the NFL this time around.

From TheHuddle

Nov 1 8:20pm ET

Houston Texans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins has gotten things back on track lately, posting back-to-back 100-yard games for the first time all season. But Houston faces a tough Jaguars Defense on Sunday and even with Jalen Ramsey no longer on the team, Hopkins could have a difficult time finding space against his former teammate, cornerback A.J. Bouye. You're still starting Hopkins and assuming that Will Fuller's (hamstring) continued absence will keep Houston funneling targets towards their star receiver, but there's enough chance of things going wrong to introduce a little worry into the equation.

From RotoBaller

Nov 1 7:23pm ET

Houston Texans WR DeAndre Hopkins (thumb) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 1, and is not on the injury report for Week 9.

Fantasy Spin: Hopkins continues to be one of the more reliable receivers in fantasy football and is a must-start option no matter the opponent.

From TheHuddle

Nov 1 4:13pm ET

Houston Texans WR Will Fuller (hamstring), CB Lonnie Johnson (concussion), OL Greg Mancz (concussion), TE Tashaun Gipson (back, rest) and CB Bradley Roby (hamstring) did not practice Friday, Nov. 1, and have been ruled out for Week 9 against the Jacksonville Jaguars. OT Laremy Tunsil (shoulder) was limited in practice all week and is listed as questionable. OL Tytus Howard (knee) practiced in full for a second straight day Friday and is also listed as questionable. CB Gareon Conley (hamstring), WR DeAndre Hopkins (thumb), LB Dylan Cole (knee), OT Roderick Johnson (neck), RB Taiwan Jones (hip), CB Johnathan Joseph (neck), S A.J. Moore (knee), QB Deshaun Watson (eye), LS Jonathan Weeks (ankle), DE Charles Omenihu (knee) and WR Kenny Stills (hamstring) fully participated in practice Friday and no longer appear on the injury report.

From TheHuddle

Oct 31 6:53pm ET

Houston Texans WR DeAndre Hopkins (thumb) fully participated in practice Thursday, Oct. 31.

Fantasy Spin: Hopkins has posted back-to-back 100-yard games and has been targeted at least 12 times in each of the last three games. He continues to be one of the top receivers in the NFL and is a must-start option in all leagues.

From TheHuddle

Oct 30 5:13pm ET

Houston Texans WR DeAndre Hopkins (thumb) was limited during practice Wednesday, Oct. 30.

Fantasy Spin: Hopkins should be ready to play in Week 9 game despite the injury and will continue to be the focal point in the passing game for the Texans. He is a must-start option in all fantasy leagues.

From TheHuddle

Oct 28 1:13am ET

Houston Texans WR DeAndre Hopkins set a season high with 11 catches and tight another with 13 targets for 109 yards in Week 8 versus the Oakland Raiders.

Fantasy Spin: Hopkins' fantasy owners weren't overly thrilled with his production over a five-game stretch prior to last week, but all he is done since then is top 100 yards twice while hauling in 20 receptions. It's probably no coincidence those spiked weeks have come with Will Fuller out this week and playing only a handful of snaps last week. Hopkins is a good bet to keep it going in London against the Jalen Ramsey-less Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 9.

From TheHuddle

Oct 27 9:10pm ET

Houston Texans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins put up fantasy points steadily in Sunday's win over the Raiders. Hopkins didn't find the end zone, but he caught 11 passes for 109 yards. With Will Fuller out, Hopkins had double the targets of anyone else on the Texans team. After a slow start to the year, Hopkins is now back to playing like the version of himself that was a first round fantasy pick this season.

From RotoBaller

Oct 27 8:30pm ET

Texans' WR DeAndre Hopkins had 11 receptions for 109 yards but no touchdowns in Sunday's win against the Raiders. It was Hopkins's 2nd consecutive 100+ yard receiving game. He has averaged 10 catches with 108 receiving yards in those games.

Oct 25 2:00pm ET

Houston Texans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins broke out in Week 7, recording his first 100-yard game since Week 1. It was also his first time finding the end zone since Week 1, as the star receiver shook off a disappointing season. It's interesting to note that Hopkins' big day mostly came after Will Fuller (hamstring) exited the game. With Fuller out for Week 8 and with the Raiders allowing the fifth-most fantasy points per game to wide receivers, expect Hopkins to have another strong outing and continue to right the ship that is his 2019 season.

From RotoBaller

Oct 22 1:00pm ET

Houston Texans' WR DeAndre Hopkins scored 25.60 fantasy points in Sunday's Week 7 loss in Indianapolis. Hopkins caught nine passes for 106 yards with one touchdown. It's the 2nd time this season Hopkins scored at least 25 fantasy points in a game.

Oct 20 6:53pm ET

Houston Texans WR DeAndre Hopkins caught nine passes for 106 yards and one touchdown against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 7. He was 12 times during the game.

Fantasy Spin: Hopkins posted only his second 100-yard game of the season but has caught at least six passes in four of the last five games. He is a must-start option in every league no matter the opponent.

From TheHuddle

Oct 20 5:00pm ET

The 2019 season hasn't been kind to Houston Texans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins, as he just hadn't been living up to his preseason hype as the league's top fantasy receiver. Week 7 was a reminder of what Hopkins can be though, as he caught nine passes for 106 yards and a late touchdown. Hopkins got off to a slow start, but looked like the player that was drafted in the first round of fantasy drafts in the second half. Hopkins remains a must-start in all formats, especially against Oakland in Week 8.

From RotoBaller

Oct 20 4:30pm ET

Texans' WR DeAndre Hopkins had 9 receptions for 106 yards with one touchdown in Sunday's loss in Indianapolis.

Oct 18 7:43pm ET

Houston Texans WR DeAndre Hopkins (ribs) fully participated in practice Friday, Oct. 18, and is not on the injury report for Week 7.

Fantasy Spin: Hopkins continues to be one of the top receivers in the NFL and is a must-start fantasy option every week.
