Player Notes
Nov 15 3:40am CT

San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey had his second-lowest rushing total of the season in Week 10, gaining just 30 yards on the ground on 12 carries against the Rams. McCaffrey hasn't been as productive in the run game as he has been in years past, averaging 62.6 rushing yards per game in 2025. Still, McCaffrey has been an invaluable fantasy asset thanks to what he has done as a receiver. The double-threat is second in the NFL in receptions behind only Ja'Marr Chase and sixth in receiving yards. In Week 11, McCaffrey will do plenty of damage against the Arizona Cardinals. Last week, Arizona gave up 181 rushing yards and two touchdowns to the Seahawks' running backs. McCaffrey is a regular contender for overall RB1, and his projection for Week 11 is no different.

San Francisco 49ers RB Christian McCaffrey (non-injury) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 14, and is not on the injury report for Week 11.

Fantasy Spin: McCaffrey is one of the most valuable players in fantasy football because of the touches he receives in both the running game and passing game. He should see plenty of touches again this week and is a must-start option in all leagues.

San Francisco 49ers RB Christian McCaffrey (non-injury) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Nov. 12.

Fantasy Spin: McCaffrey has been held to 30 rushing yards or less in two of the last three games, but his work in the passing game helps his fantasy value even if he is finding running room. He should see plenty of touches again in Week 11 and is a must-start option in leagues.

From TheHuddle

Nov 11 6:50pm CT

San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey handled 12 carries for 30 rushing yards and caught eight of his 10 targets for 66 receiving yards in Week 10. As has been the norm this season, McCaffrey's abilities as a receiver kept fantasy football managers happy. He has registered more yards through the air than on the ground in seven of ten games, and Week 10 was the sixth game of the season where he led the team in targets. The 96 scrimmage yards he ground out were his second-lowest total of the season and just the second time in 2025 that he failed to hit the century mark. He should fare better in Week 11 when the 49ers square off against the Arizona Cardinals, who just gave up 181 rushing yards and two touchdowns to Seattle's running backs in Week 10.

From RotoBaller

Nov 9 10:23pm CT

San Francisco 49ers RB Christian McCaffrey ran 12 times for just 30 yards in Week 10 against the Los Angeles Rams, while adding eight receptions for 66 yards on a game-high 10 targets.

Fantasy Spin: McCaffrey couldn't get it going in the run game, but he was still very production for fantasy managers, particularly those in PPR formats. While Brian Robinson Jr. had more rushing yards, and a total of nine touches, there is no controversy in San Francisco. It was simply situational why Robinson saw more work, seeing plenty of second-half touches with the game out of hand. McCaffrey remains a legit RB1 in all fantasy leagues, and it's not even a question.

From TheHuddle

Nov 8 4:20am CT

San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey took a while to get things going on the ground, but now has reached 100 rushing yards in two of his last three games. However, in the game between, McCaffrey put up his worst numbers of the year in a slog against the Houston Texans. On Sunday, McCaffrey again faces another tough opponent in the Los Angeles Rams. The Rams have allowed the fewest fantasy points per game to opposing running backs, the sixth-fewest rushing yards, and have yet to give up a touchdown on the ground to the position. When the teams met in Week 5, McCaffrey had just 2.6 yards per carry but logged an 8-82-1 line as a receiver. Despite the difficult matchup, McCaffrey's talent makes him a weekly contender to finish as a top-12 back, and he should be locked into fantasy lineups this weekend.

From RotoBaller

Nov 7 8:43pm CT

San Francisco 49ers RB Christian McCaffrey is on pace for 1,182 receiving yards, which would break Marshall Faulk's single-season record for receiving yards by a running back (1,048).

Fantasy Spin: McCaffrey has been an every-down workhorse all year, and while he is only averaging 3.5 yards per carry, he is currently averaging a career-best 10.3 yards per reception. Expect the 49ers to lean on him again in Week 10 when they face the Los Angeles Rams.

49ers' RB Christian McCaffrey scored an astounding 34.30 fantasy points in Sunday's Week 9 win in New York Giants. McCaffrey ran for 106 yards and caught five passes for 67 yards with two touchdowns.

Nov 3 8:03am CT

Dynasty | 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey had 106 rushing yards, five catches, 67 receiving yards and two touchdowns in a win against the Giants. Dynasty Analysis: McCaffrey isn't getting as much attention as he honestly should this year with Jonathan Taylor putting up career numbers. However, he's been as dominant as ever and consistently puts up monster numbers whenever he's healthy. The future Hall of Famer can't have his value really rise based on his age but he's the ultimate buy for a contending dynasty manager.
